I was recharged 04/04/2017...on my jio number with 303 ...paytm showing recharge successfull and amount also cut from my wallet...but when I not receive benefits ...I was call to jio care and they tell me that jio not accept direct recharge of paytm...and they also suggested me to call the paytm care and get back your money ...I was tried from 2 days but...there is brust service of paytm ...they are not helping me...

Cancelled my order [protected] immidately...

This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected] where i have done the transaction yesterday on 06th april at 10.58 pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.br...

I reached my jio no. [protected] for amount Rs 303 using my payatm wallet no April 1/2017 but did not get my contention nasseg form Jio on inquiry from Jio costmor care was told that amount had not yet been credited in their acount whereas according to mail recept that. I got from payatm it says that transaction was successful they transuction ID [protected] please see it and refund my amount Rs303 my payatm wallet...

I ordered an iphone on 2nd of april 2017, and it was on 3rd of april 2017, still it is held at Bangalore. When i contacted the courier service provider they informed that due to insufficient documents given by the merchant the product is still held at bangalore. Few months back i requested for VIP Customer ( Paytm Wallet Upgrade ).
I got a confirmation call and submitted ID Proof also to respective agent and after few days they confirmed your wallet is upgraded.
So I added Rs.20000/- to my paytm wallet and trying to send the same to my bank account, but it is not allowing me to send the same to my bank account.
It is showing - Sorry, you can send...

Everytime they are cancelling order after confirming and saying apologies what is disgusting service Paytm has. Such kind of site should not be there in market....

On 30 th march I recharged a jio membership through my paytm account of Rs 99 (order number=[protected]
)but because of some problem the transaction of my recharge was failed may be because of server down but my transaction was received by paytm but not by the jio . so on 1 st april I requested for the the refund from the paytm and at that time they refunded my money and but on 2nd of april they withraw my money that is 99 Rs which...

I was paid aitel post paid bill through paytm with credit cards no[protected]-1363 on 16.03.17 for Rs 258 and amount debited from my account (copy attached).But that amount is not credit to aitel since they have send message and put some fine also.Same i was communicated with airtel and confirmed that payment was not done .Hence i requested good self...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have transferred the amount to a wronge mobile number on Sunday dt. 2 April 17.

Till today the same amount is not refunded by you. the same amount is deducted by my bank account due to this trasaction.

Please take the immidiate corrective action & refund the amount as early as possible.

I recharged my jio number for an amount of rs 303 using my paytm wallet on 31 th March but didn't get any confirmation message from jio on inquiring from jio customer care i was told that the amount had not yet been credited in their account whereas according to the mail receipt that I got from paytm it says the transaction was successful . My account [protected] has been blocked on march 1st 2017... i am premium customer also given my kyc details 1 year ago... since deactivation of my account ... i have been writing mails daily to them till today( 1 month over)... they simply reply" for security reasons we have blocked ur account". what the ****... for whose security they(paytm) steal my money...on april 2nd they asked me to show my bank transaction pdf details used...

I Have receivd message from PAYTM that my acount has been creadited by Rs. 163/- but my wallet id not credit by such amount....

I am an artist and on Sunday, 2nd April 2017 a customer purchased a product from me. Now by mistake she transferred money to the number [protected] instead of [protected]. She said the money went from her Paytm wallet and the other guy who received it( [protected]) said that he received a message that said:
