I recharged my jio number with paytm 12 hours ago.Balance in my wallet got deducted but i did not get the recharge.The status is still processing and i havent even got my refund.Customer care doesn't respond.If I enter my order number it says invalid order number.I tried calling the customer care but they do not respond.I can't even cancel the transaction

    I am using Uber account with Paytm. That account mobile number is [protected]. Also I have another Paytm account. That mobile number also [protected]..

    I have tried from last week for uber cab booking by using by my uber paytm wallet. that time my wallet balance was 200Rs. but payment method error was come continuously. So yesterday I was add gain 200Rs to my uber Paytm. After the wallet was 400Rs. Toady Morning almost at 9.20 AM I tried for Uber cab booking by Paytm. then Paytm account verification OPT number I got in my mobile. After I entered the OTP My wallet is showing 0Rs.
    So please check this and correct my wallet balance ( alos uber payment method)

    I got call from Paytm customer care number [protected] and asking my credit card all details ( number, exp.date, date of birth, CVV number). I didnot told CVV number. How getting the fraud call from Paytm Customer care number ...
    Paytm started for digital stealing...

      I added Rs. 15/- four times (total Rs. 60/-) on 04.04.2017 in my wallet of mob no. [protected] with promo code of Krackjack biscuits on 04.04.2017. I received a message that amount will be added with in 24 hours. But it is not added yet.
      Pls look into the matter & add Rs. 60/- (4xRs.15/-), I will be thankful.

      Just before some time I have received a call from [protected] (probably Patm customer no.) I explained all the details but phone was disconnected & could not resolve the problem.

      Again I have received calls from [protected] & [protected] and they asked my password but I did not provide my password then they told that amount Rs. 60/- has been credited in my wallet. But I think that they told a lie because amount not credited yet. It seems these no. are fraudulent because they were asking my password. Pls confirm whether these no. are of your customer care no. or fraudulent. And finally pls resolve my issue.

      I have received calls from [protected] & [protected] & again from [protected] and [protected] many times they asked my password but I did not provide my password, also they were asking my ATM card credentials again and again. But I did not provide any details as I am aware that may frauds are being happened in this way, so I am safe from any fraud.
      It is 100% sure that any one of your company staff is also involved in this type fraudulent gang, otherwise how they got my mob no. and how they came to know about my complaint which I made exclusively to PAYTM only.
      Pls resolve the issue and arrange to hand over your fraudulent staff to police immediately else I will go to Police & Media also.
      Pls revert.

        I have tried each And every contact number but no one is responding .my transaction is processing and amount of 293 has been deducted from account. I am unable to cancel the order and non of the contact number is responding. Please refund my money.there must be some active numbers for complain issues as these are money related.

              Yesterday night i recharged my mobile the order id is [protected] my Jio no [protected] but recharge still in processing, paytm send an message to me saying if your recharge is not completed in 2 hours your recharge was cancelled and your money is returned so i wait for 2 hours and after wards i recharged in other way, but in my paytm orders it's still showing processing, so please cancel that recharge and my paytm mobile number is [protected]

                    I have trying to recharge my mobile no but it still pending after 7 hr also. But we are not seeing any option for cancel this order. But according to your commitment after 2 hr we can cancel "processing" order. Now problem is that I am able to recharge my mobile from other sources because paytm order is under processing. I am not expecting this from Paytm. I am dispointing from paytm. My paytm order no is 303873

                      I have recharged my number from paytm but it is in processing from last few hours and still it is showing that it is in processing but it was shown there that if my order is not processed within 2 hours order will be cancelled and I will get my money back but already more than enough time is spend and i haven't got my anything neither my recharge not my money. if you are unable to recharge so cancel the order and refund my money.                         I recharged for my JIO number for rs. 303 at 11:21 pm on 6 April, 2017.
                        The amount was deducted from my PAYTM account but recharge was not done. It is showing PROCESSING even after 8 hours.I waited for 8 hours but seems that it will not be recharged. It shows WAITING FOR OPERATOR CONFIRMATION. The CANCEL ORDER option is not showing. I want my money back or recharge done as soon as possible.

                          Yesterday night i recharged my mobile the order id is [protected] but recharge still in processing, paytm send an message to me saying if your recharge is not completed in 2 hours your recharge was cancelled and your money is returned so i wait for 2 hours and after wards i recharged in other way, but in my paytm orders it's still showing processing, so please cancel that recharge and my paytm mobile number is [protected]
                          Paytm takes 24 to 48 hours to refund amount to your wallet if recharge is failed.

                          Select contact us option and make a complaint through it. It will be solved.

                            I was recharged 04/04/2017...on my jio number with 303 ...paytm showing recharge successfull and amount also cut from my wallet...but when I not receive benefits ...I was call to jio care and they tell me that jio not accept direct recharge of paytm...and they also suggested me to call the paytm care and get back your money ...I was tried from 2 days but...there is brust service of paytm ...they are not helping me

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected] where i have done the transaction yesterday on 06th april at 10.58 pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
                                The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (07th April 2017) for the past 06 hours
                                I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer Summer Surprise, as it waa announced it would be terminated as per the orders of trai, since my recharge was before the official termination by jio i claim the offer, else i must get the refund.

                                Payment summary : [Rupees 273 deducted for a recharge of 303 as promocide was applied with order number [protected]]

                                  I reached my jio no. [protected] for amount Rs 303 using my payatm wallet no April 1/2017 but did not get my contention nasseg form Jio on inquiry from Jio costmor care was told that amount had not yet been credited in their acount whereas according to mail recept that. I got from payatm it says that transaction was successful they transuction ID [protected] please see it and refund my amount Rs303 my payatm wallet

                                    I ordered an iphone on 2nd of april 2017, and it was on 3rd of april 2017, still it is held at Bangalore. When i contacted the courier service provider they informed that due to insufficient documents given by the merchant the product is still held at bangalore. Since yesterday i am trying to contact the patym office but there is no response from there side, 5-6 mail along with several queries has been submitted still there is no reply. i want my product within the due failing of which will be forced to take necessary actions. Patym is really testing my patience and this is not good. A simple mail would be enough stating the position of the product but they are totally silent about it.

                                    resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      Few months back i requested for VIP Customer ( Paytm Wallet Upgrade ).
                                      I got a confirmation call and submitted ID Proof also to respective agent and after few days they confirmed your wallet is upgraded.
                                      So I added Rs.20000/- to my paytm wallet and trying to send the same to my bank account, but it is not allowing me to send the same to my bank account.
                                      It is showing - Sorry, you can send only upto Rs.25, 000/- to a person or a bank account in a month.
                                      So please check the same and upgrade my wallet.
