Till today the same amount is not refunded by you. the same amount is deducted by my bank account due to this trasaction.

    b) On 24 March the status of the order changed to "shipped". As i was not able to track the order, therefore i called your customer care team, they told that order is shipped by Hand. I insisted again to cancel the order, they assured me that our concern team is working on it to cancel it.

    c) On 30th March 2017 the status of the order changed from shipped to pending return. Here i raised the concern regarding my doubt on the team why the status has been changed to pending return as i didn't get the order.It is now showing "failed" and stating "Return request received.Please do not accept the delivery in case the item reaches you".

    I did n't received the product and on 20-30 times dropping the mail and 20 -25 times calling the customer care regarding this.No body is helping me.It had been more than 2 weeks this happen.ticket num 25188460 for your ref.

    And now your concern team asking me share the reason for return the product. What is this nuance? Your very own team told me that they are working on it and now after 12 days they asking me the reason to return. I didn't received the order .

    As you see how i am harassed by the paytm team .I am totally fed up from the Paytm.Please share with me the Paytm process to file a complain in consumer court regarding this.

    Please be ethical and return my RS23700 immediately.

      I recharged my jio number for an amount of rs 303 using my paytm wallet on 31 th March but didn't get any confirmation message from jio on inquiring from jio customer care i was told that the amount had not yet been credited in their account whereas according to the mail receipt that I got from paytm it says the transaction was successful . The transaction id [protected] for the transaction was . Please refund it .My paytm No is [protected].

        My account [protected] has been blocked on march 1st 2017... i am premium customer also given my kyc details 1 year ago... since deactivation of my account ... i have been writing mails daily to them till today( 1 month over)... they simply reply" for security reasons we have blocked ur account". what the ****... for whose security they(paytm) steal my money...on april 2nd they asked me to show my bank transaction pdf details used for paytm tansactions... i provided to them ... but no activation till now...i have been paytm customer from 2 years and purchased many items... lastly they ditched me by blocking my account... so dont keep money in wallet u could be looted... they could block any time without reasons...

            I have made a transaction of Rs 348 on 31 march 2017 whose order no. is [protected]. The recharge was in processing state for nearly 2 days and despite several attempts i was unable to cancel the transaction after 2 hours acoording to your policy.I even wrote a mail to [protected]@paytm.com but there is still no reply from your side.I called your customer care but no response was there so i recharged my no from another portal.Now suddenly on 2 april 2017 you processed my recharged and wasted my previous recharge.Now you tell me whats the use of 2 recharges in 2 days.I also made a complaint on your customer care with complaint no. 25685523 on that day itself but still no solution is provided.kindly refund my money and cancel my recharge.

              Hi,
              I am an artist and on Sunday, 2nd April 2017 a customer purchased a product from me. Now by mistake she transferred money to the number [protected] instead of [protected]. She said the money went from her Paytm wallet and the other guy who received it( [protected]) said that he received a message that said:
              ( Received Rs 350 from 99____3081) in your Paytm Wallet. Wallet txn id. [protected]. )
              but since he has no paytm on his mobile dosn't know how to transfer the money back to us. The customer left telling us to ask that other person to send the money but the problem is he has no paytm so the money will be reverted to the customers wallet. So i asked the third party to send me the message he received, which is what i wrote above, but the full mobile number of the customer was not visible in it. So request you to please send me the details of the customer so that i can call her and get my Rs 350 back.
              My self Gazala, I had added 17000 in my Paytm but instantly my Paytm I'd is blocked.i want to my money back Also I call in Paytm customer care no. But there is no option regarding my matter

                A ordered a product via paytm on 15 march. The order was supposed to be delivered by 21st but i didn't received it. on 23rd i went to paytm office and executive told me that plz give us 24 hours to resolved it. But when i went back to my home i saw that my order was cancelled by the seller and he has asked for return of product via logistics. on 23/03/2017 itself i got the message via paytm that your amount 45898/- as been refunded but till now its 6/04/2017 i have not received any amount. when i contacted them no one picks the call in customer care. Saw many negative complaints on social media. Wondering how the company is surviving. I have written nearby 13 mails till now. But still i didn't received any satisfactory response about when will i get my return.

                SHAME ON PAYTM. BREACH OF ETHICS BY FOUNDERS. CUSTOMERS HERE ARE THE REAL SUFFERERS.

                  I ordered phone from paytm on 2nd april the order was successfully placed and its estimated delivery date was 5 april, Sudenly on 5th april the status shown was delivered. when i called the customer care they informed me your order is cancelled, (i was neither asked nor informed about it). Now the status is they are saying you have to order it again and still there is no refund amount in my account for the cancelled order, from where i am supposed to get half a lakh. and there is no confirmation weather i will get the product second time and they will play the same way again.
                  I recharged my airtel mobile number for Rs.349 at 04:07 p.m. on 31st of March 2017 but still now my order status is showing pending. It's been 9 hours and tried to reach consumer care of PayTM but I got nothing.
                  Please help me either by completing the order or by doing refund for my order.

                      Welli have done transaction in a month of august and i have done one mistake .there is a mis match in account number and money has been credited to different account. i have talked to the bank (icici).They said its dummy ac and your money is safe and they tried to refund the money to paytm however when i talk to paytm.They said give us reference number of all the translations(which is transferred by bank to paytm.Now they said its not our problem.once money is transferred they won't be able to transfer the money to the paytm ac.its not in the policy however its matter of 45500 rs and i have been trying to reach them through email but they don't talk and they just tell the same thing

                              I have recharged my post paid bsnl mobile no. [protected] for Rs 202 on 23 March 2017. Transaction Successful shows by Paytm vide tansaction I'd No. [protected] But same has not credited in my BSNL bill account. My Mobile no blocked by bsnl and I again made payment to bsnl on 05 April 2017. Please refund the amount paid by me through SBI Card immediately.

                                On 4th April, 2017 I tried recharging my TataSky DTH for Rs 570/- at around 7:40 pm.

                                To my surprise my bank confirmed a successful payment of Rs 570/- against order ID TM[protected]. I am also enclosing the screenshots for proof and evidence.

                                I request Paytm to look into this matter seriously and refund back my money ASAP my Paytm account phone number is [protected].

                                  SIR, I recharged 2 Jio numbers @303 iusing jio 30rs cashback promo code and GRAB 10 also but i had not received my 80ra cashback.. what wrong is going on... i receive only 1 rs cashback this is wrong.. They are doing cheating wrong with customers.. please solve my problem... and sir my friends sends money to my paytm no. which is not registered on paytm but when i regusterd on paytm i had not received transaction of -Rs, 1700 but transaction is successfully transfered where this money is m? Sir, there r no customer support service of paytm when i called to customer support service there are no option for complaint. Please solve this issue

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have made a payment on 14.03.2017 for SpiceJet Seat Booking for 4 passenger. I have made a payment through my card for Rs. 1000/- and I found in my statement it has been deducted twice, I asked my Bank and they informed me that the said double amount has been demanded by Paytm and the Bank has paid rs. 2000/- as per the false transaction demanded by PAYTM.

                                    I am very much disappointed for this...

                                      I am new to Paytm and this is my first purchase. But I am highly disappointed with the product recd. It's having quality issues. When I have requested a return of the product they have rejected the request.
                                      Worst service.
                                      Sky bags SLANTS is not having TSA lock and American Tourister is shaking.
                                      Then how can I use this product.
                                      Paytm is trying to cheat me by rejection of my return request they are telling me that my account is suspicious and hence they have rejected my return request. This is my first purchase then how can they judge me. Really worst service.
