I had transferred 2700 rs through wallet and the amount got deducted from my wallet and I received a successful message. but the receiver mobile in the passbook section it says pending from 2 days. Can you please revert.

I used paytm to rechargee net pack of rs.159 . Money got deducted from my account nd no recharge was done. I waited that day then i did the recharge from offline retailer as it was urgent . After three days paytm showingy recharge was successful which is of no use now . I am very sad about the issue. Kindly refund my money 159rs. I contacted their costumer care which was very less responsive on the subject

Hi PayTM Team,

We ordered LG 22MP67VQ 55 Cm (21.5) LED Backlit LCD Monitor from PayTM (Paytm Order # [protected] ) and received a faulty product with broken LCD screen. After multiple followup to replace or service the faulty product(within warranty), there was no solution provided so far. I will like to launch a complain against PayTM to delivering faulty product and fail to provide after sales services.

Payment from bank a/c deducted but both order confirmation & service not received till date.

We recharge TATA SKY DTH [protected] thru Paytm on 16th March 3.04 pm, Order no [protected], transaction of amount Rs 285.00 has been confirmed by bank but PAYTM a/c Showing status payment failed.

Please either recharge our TATA SKY DTH [protected] account by Rs 285.00 or return same amount in our paytm wallet....

I attempted to recharge my prepaid airtel mobile number yesterday (Order no [protected].) on paytm. While the transaction was successful and the amount of rs 349 deducted, the recharge did not take place and the order has been processing for over 72 hours. I did a jio number recharge from Paytm. I did this on 31st March so that i can get extra benefits, but its not done today. Now i can not get extra benefits of Jio.

I mailed on [protected]@paytm.com but they closed my request.

And i tried customer care but they are not giving option to talk to the customer care. Giving me in-feasible options. The options which are of no use by me.

I had linked my Paytm account with UBER. I had about 450 rs in my Paytm wallet. I tried to book my UBER on February 13, 2017 when paytm told me to reauthorize my PAYTM account. When i reauthorized my PAYTM account, the balance was reduced to 0. I had to again put some balance in my PAYTM account to book my CAB.
