    On 2 april paytm had deducted money from my account of ruppess 149 twice please refund it back it is saying that it is withdrawal against dispute its order id [protected] and other one id is [protected] and my paytm is not refunding since it happen 2 days so please take fast step against this complaint

      With regard to the above-captioned subject, I herewith present a chronicled sequence of events, post the purchase of the product as under:

      • An order was placed by the undersigned through Paytm on 05th Feb 2017 (No. [protected] I PHONE 7 256GB I (JET BLACK) COLOUR at 1.13 pm, total price paid worth Rs. 73048/-
      • The above phone was delivered on Februrary 7, 2017.
      • Upon opening the product and putting it to use, it was observed immediately that the product was malfunctioning with faulty screen described as ‘Bright Display at the bottom along with a yellow tint and dull display on the top’.
      • On the same day i.e. 7th of February, 2017, it was raised to Apple Cusotmer Care.
      • Apple Care observed that it might be due to an adhesive on the display that can cast slight yellow colour/ hue on to the display. Hence it was suggested to wait for a few days and the issue may get resolved on its own or else to visit the nearest authorised service centre for its replacement.
      • In view of the foregoing, the undersigned waited for a few days. However, since the problem persisted for over a week, the Apple Service Centre was contacted upon and an appointment got fixed for February 17th, 2017. A Case ID was duly assigned towards the same (ID #[protected].
      • Upon visiting the Service Centre, the concerned Service Engineer examined the phone and confirmed that the persisting issue is not due to any software bug but appears to be a manufacturing issue of the display.
      • Immediately, Paytm was contacted to state the above and raise the issue for its resolution (i.e. replacement) on 17th February 2017 itself.
      • Unfortunately, since the first alarm raised as stated above and a series of random, non-specific responses thereafter, Paytm has not been forthcoming with the much-awaited replacement of the faulty product till date. What’s more, the responses from your end has been ‘variable’, ‘incongruent’, ‘inconsistent’ and ‘repetitive’ - completely devoid of customer-centricity as well as domain competence to comprehend or handle such an issue that might crop up occasionally with a high end product aggregation like iPhone.
      • To substantiate the above charges levelled against you in mishandling the case, let me chronically take you through the series of communications exchanged between Paytm and the undersigned:
      • Upon making the request for the replacement to Paytm, a set of queries were raised by Paytm (Ms Varnika) to submit the documents that includeed Identity proof, snapshot picture of the product with visible IMEI NO., snapshot of outer and inner package with visible serial /barcode number, whether the packaging was sealed or open when the product was delivered, etc.
      • To the above-stated email was duly responded on 18th February, 2017 by the undersigned along with submission of all the documents as were requested.
      • However, no response was received between 18th and 21st February despite reminding the company through tweets, SMSes, etc.
      • Finally, an e-mail response was received from the Paytm on 22nd Feb seeking to submit the Job Sheet of the service centre. This was clearly an ill-intentioned demand as the phone was not submitted to the Servie Centre and hence no Job Sheet could have been generated or provided to any customer without submmission.
      • Feeling utterly helpless and harassed, the undersigned made another visit to the ASC at Netaji Subhash Palace, Wazirpur, New Delhi on ... (please provide the date of second visit) where the Service Engineer suggested to leave the phone behind for an observation for ~ 24 hours. However, the undersigned clearly refused the same as he had purchased a brand new phone and in no way, could have agreed for a compromise like ‘repair’/ ‘screen replacement’, etc. under any circumstances.
      • Morever, as the iPhone comes with a ‘waterproof’ feature that ceases to exist once opened, no way the undersigned wanted to compromise on the same.
      • The same iteration of Paytm demanding the job sheet with a clear, malafide intent to harass continued forcing the undersgined to make repeated visits to the Service Centre between 23rd February and up to 1st week of March, 2017.
      • In the meanwhile, Paytm conveyed to the undersigned that the issue is being checked thoroughly once again and they shall revert on the matter.
      • On March 1st, the undersigned sent the screen shot of Apple Support through twitter wherein it was categorically suggested that the phone may be returned or exchanged from where the client has purchased it/
      • On 8th March, the undersigned paid another visit and requested for Job Sheet once again and finally with such perseverance observed by the undersigned, a Job Sheet was issued by the ASC (Job Sheet enclosed) that stated the condition along with a limitation that the undersigned had refused to unlaminate it.
      • Even upon receipt of the Job Sheet as stated above, the Paytm stance continued to remain rigid, non cooperative and with lot of false pretences to replace the damaged phone.
      • Finally. Paytm directed the customer to activate the mobile and avail the warranty service instead of the replacement.
      • On 11th March, Paytm formally refused to replace the phone on the lame ground that the request for replacement was made 10 days after the delivery and that the handset is not checked by the ASC as it was fully laminated. Shame!!!

      As is evident, the above sequence of facts and event is a burning case of mollified intent (forcing warranty-led service instead of a rerturn policy-bound replacement), apart from as series of lapses, delays, vague responses and inconsistent communications sent across to the undersigned.

      The above description is an extremely ignominious and shameful act and unworthy of being done from a reputed brand like Paytm.

        I had booked movie tickets through Paytm on sunday(2-Apr-2017) for 2 seats S7, S8, PVR Rivoli, Connaught Place, Delhi for show timing 3:50 PM but after receiving a confirmation, I got seats T7, S8( rows were different) . I had called paytm but as per them, I had chosen that seats. PVR didn't took the responsibility as it was booked by third party vendor (Paytm). I want a refund of Rs. 750 back as it was a mistake of paytm, but they are denying to refund.

          I recharged my jio number one week before but not received my money.but my money is deducted from paytm.And there is no response from paytm.i want my money back.
          Since it completed one week and no reply from paytm.i want to cancel my order.but it was not done.
          There is no customer service for paytm.I message them from email.They are not responding.
          They are cheating the customers.

            Hi,

            I recharge for jio prime membership through Paytm of Rs.99 and the money got deducted but in the end of transaction the screen was showing error that due to some issue the transaction was not successfully completed but I received sms from my bank and paytm that amt got deducted.

            Paytm also sent me the transaction id .the message was

            Paid Rs.99 to BILLDESKutil at 9:49 PM Wallet txn ID: [protected] Avail.Bal:Rs0.0

            I also tried customer care no. of paytm but thereis no customer care executive to help me and the options available on their voice recorded messages does not include such issue;

            Please help me in getting my money refunded.

            Hi,

            I recharged on 31st March 2017 approached both jio customer care and paytm care.
            jio customer care says that transaction failed at paytm end so they can help my ticketid with jio is SR000007QG63. The closed the ticket from thir end andthe issu is not resolved.

              I did recharge of Rs 352 on 31st March 2017, 11.18pm, order id is [protected]. My balance was deducted but the transaction status reflected as processing. The status remained same till 6pm on April 2nd. Since that particular recharge had to be done before 31 mar, midnight, i did the recharge using a diff payment portal.
              Paytm has a guideline stating that order showing as pending or processing for more than 2 hours can be cancelled. But in my case case the option to cancel the order was not reflecting even after the said time. I raised many queries and asked the paytm team to cancel the order at their end. But no one responded or reslonded very late to the queries i made. Some Ticket no's are 25441206, 25427584, 25696872, 25431252, 25587753, 25696872. I also called the support team and stated my issue to them. And since it is in their policies that if a transaction remains pending for more than 2hrs can be cancelled, i asked for the same bcoz i cud not do it as the option was not available.
              After 2 days of repeated complaint instead of cancelling the order and refunding the amount they have proceeded with the transaction and completed the recharge. Please note this was not a talktime recharge. This was a benefit plan and which i already did on 31st march using another 3rd party service.
              Now paytm is mentioning that my order status being successful no complaint is pending against them. In short they cost me Rs 352 by playing fraud with me and not acting according to their policies.
              If anyone could suggest me how to get my money back. Or a way to fight them legally, it would be of great help.

                  Hi consumer foram team,

                  We had booked flight ticked thru paytm from mobile no[protected] worth 18, 020 . Reference no QYK38M trip to srinagar from Mumbai via Go indigo flight with 10% cash back offer . But we still havent recieved the cash back worth 1794 inr which showed us that would refund on paytm account within 24 hours . Now it is been 4 days since we are trying to connecr paytm customer care etc but the service level is pathetic and no one even bothered to respond to our cal in call centre or email.

                  Pay tm is fooling us in ways of cash back, Truely cheating . Pls help us with the refund

                    I recharged on 31 March and till today no recharge and when I call Paytm the call comes in different language and no response.when I called Jio they tell that they have not received the amount and so I want my money back.they tell me that I have recharged through third party so only from Paytm they can refund the transaction ID is IPT[protected] this is the second time this is happening the amount I recharged is 303

                      Hi team,

                      I have done the jio number recharge my paytm account it was not successful and they had reduced my balance and added 20 cashback in my account but the recharge was not happened.
                      I tried to contact the customer care they are not ready to pick the call.

                      Payment of rs. 99 received by paytm! Your order no is - [protected]

                      Please check the order number it is showing still processing in your site but the recharge was not happened on 31 march and the same day paytm order site was not working for anyone.

                      Kindly do the needfull and refund the 99 rs back to my account

                              I used paytm to rechargee net pack of rs.159 . Money got deducted from my account nd no recharge was done. I waited that day then i did the recharge from offline retailer as it was urgent . After three days paytm showingy recharge was successful which is of no use now . I am very sad about the issue. Kindly refund my money 159rs. I contacted their costumer care which was very less responsive on the subject

                                This is inform you that, I have ordered the Mobile from Paytm (Order # [protected]) by applying the cash back offer (promotion code MOB11) and its showed message as the cash back will get credited to my Paytm within 24 hours of product shipment. However I dint get the cash back, so I have raised the request again with Paytm before delivering the product.

                                They have confirmed through email that, I will get the cash back since I have not applied the cash back code for 2nd time, so I have received the product.
                                However they are not ready to give the cash back now. I have received the order since they have confirmed through email, otherwise I would have rejected the product and reorder with promotion code.

                                I have raised the request for refund, since the charger is not working and I am not satisfied with the product.

                                I have applied the cash back promotion code (please find the attached screenshot), why should we apply second time. It will apply directly when we select for 1st time and nowhere you have mentioned to apply for 2nd time.

                                Please find the attached email, which was confirmed by your executive stating I will get the cash back, so I have received the product.

                                Please let me know how many times I have to raise the request and please check the history how many times I have raised the request for the same.

                                Please find the attached all the documentations for the same.

                                Request you to take back your product and refund me the same or give the cash back as confirmed by your executive.

                                  Hi PayTM Team,

                                  We ordered LG 22MP67VQ 55 Cm (21.5) LED Backlit LCD Monitor from PayTM (Paytm Order # [protected] ) and received a faulty product with broken LCD screen. After multiple followup to replace or service the faulty product(within warranty), there was no solution provided so far. I will like to launch a complain against PayTM to delivering faulty product and fail to provide after sales services.

                                      We recharge TATA SKY DTH [protected] thru Paytm on 16th March 3.04 pm, Order no [protected], transaction of amount Rs 285.00 has been confirmed by bank but PAYTM a/c Showing status payment failed.

                                      Please either recharge our TATA SKY DTH [protected] account by Rs 285.00 or return same amount in our paytm wallet.

                                        I attempted to recharge my prepaid airtel mobile number yesterday (Order no [protected].) on paytm. While the transaction was successful and the amount of rs 349 deducted, the recharge did not take place and the order has been processing for over 72 hours. I have contacted paytm by e-mail and their reply was to cancel the transaction on the order summary page. There is no cancel option on said page. I have attempted to contact paytm by phone and by e-mail several times over but there is no further response from them. Their customer care number does not even provide an option to speak to a representative.
                                        Kindly help as soon as possible.Your customer care service is horrible.
