I returned the item that I ordered due to some reasons, than your man came next day and took the item back but my money has not been refunded yet.
This behaviour of yours (paytm) is highly unprofessional. You cannot keep anybody's money with yourself. This is intolerant. You just cant keep someone else's money with you. You don't know how much problem I am facing right now and you will never understand it.

In paytm i fill like i have been cheated. I recharge rs 303/- on 31st march 2017 but 2 days gone and still show processing. I complained many times but no response received till date....

Recharge status is showing as "waiting for operator confirmation"

Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.
1 day lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account....

Ordered a diamond pendant worth 9000 from paytm which was delivered to someone in surat on 22nd march 2017, though i stay in chennai. I contacted Paytm custcare ivrs number [protected], it tells your order number was incorrect, but this order number is still in my app....
