I was booking online railway ticket from Kolkata to Rasra.I had done online payment from Paytm but 234.76 rs has deducted from my account and the ticket was not confirmed.I want my money back to my account.this is the msg that came to my mobile after the payment...

    Maine apna phone paytm se recharge karvaya tha 31 march 2017 ko. Mere account se bhi amount deducted ho gaya lekin ab vo status mai processing or successful show kar raha h. Aur recharge hone ke baad abhi tak msg receive nhi hua. Kya mujhe dubara se phone recharge karvana hoga. Agar recharge karvati hu to mujhe payment refund hogi ya nhi. Plz help.

    My order number is [protected]. I ordered an Voltas 1.5 Ton AC in paytm. They are not delivering the product on the date specified. If complained will get a apologize letter from them. Is there any way that I can complaint against them in the consumer court. This is happening for the second time.
    I have transferred money to bank from paytm wallet but at the time of transaction it's show that your transaction is failed but the balance is deducted from my wallet at what time i received my amount please solved my problem as early as possible

      We bought tickets for Arijit concert at JN stadium on 2/04/17 from PayTM. on reaching the venue we were denied entry to venue. The police there said that the stadium is overcrowded so they cannot let any more people. there was nothing written on the ticket as to what time to report, or first come first serve basis. We tried at several gates all the places we were denied entry. we want you to revert asap, and also demand a refund

          I did a jio number recharge from Paytm. I did this on 31st March so that i can get extra benefits, but its not done today. Now i can not get extra benefits of Jio.

          I mailed on [protected]@paytm.com but they closed my request.

          And i tried customer care but they are not giving option to talk to the customer care. Giving me in-feasible options. The options which are of no use by me.

          I just want a refund of my money.

          I can not share my number here. But i have mailed to paytm care april 03 10:40 AM.

            I had linked my Paytm account with UBER. I had about 450 rs in my Paytm wallet. I tried to book my UBER on February 13, 2017 when paytm told me to reauthorize my PAYTM account. When i reauthorized my PAYTM account, the balance was reduced to 0. I had to again put some balance in my PAYTM account to book my CAB.
            I had tried to book my paytm complaint a lot of times through mobile. I still havent received any amount of refund.

                          has been debited from my IDBI Bank account xxx26044(Jabalpur) and the amount has been kept in Paytm Wallet as balance. I have been intimated to create atm password, but i have not given/or tried for paytm login. While booking ticket the pytm payment option shown and I tried to make payment from my bank through it.                             Dear sir,
                            I returned the item that I ordered due to some reasons, than your man came next day and took the item back but my money has not been refunded yet.
                            This behaviour of yours (paytm) is highly unprofessional. You cannot keep anybody's money with yourself. This is intolerant. You just cant keep someone else's money with you. You don't know how much problem I am facing right now and you will never understand it.
                            Now what should I do ?
                            Kindly help me with a good solution.

                              I had purchased smart watch from Paytm against order no. [protected] and the payment was made through debit card of Axis Bank. The product that was received was defective and therefore the same was returned and picked up by Paytm agent on 21st Mar 2017. in the Paytm app the refund status shows that the amount has been refunded to the bank account but till date the amount has not been credited. I have checked with the bank also but there is not refund instruction received by the bank. When checked with Paytm in their help line I have been told that the refund will take 7 days but still till date the amount has not been credited. Have also registered complaint through the Paytm app but the same is still unresolved. I have completely lost my trust on Paytm and would request concerned authroities to resolve my refund issue.

                                        Recharge status is showing as "waiting for operator confirmation"

                                        Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.
                                        1 day lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account.
