I had recharged 400 from myjio app..my amount deducted but recharge failed... so i want my money back...please help me..i pay by paytm wallet in myjio app... i report 5-6 time in paytm app...i also mailed patym care regarding my complain...but there is no response from paytm...so please report my complain...

      It's the worst experience. Your customer service is also not responding well
      They say if recharge is not done within 2 hours you can cancel it but there is no option for cancelation in app

                Its being more that 20 hours of the transaction when i paid paytm through my credit card, the amount was immediately deducted from my credit card but i didn't get those funds in my paytm wallet yet.. I was left with that fund only as i am facing financial crisis now.. and now the situation is like I don't have even a single penny in my pocket, just because of paytm.. Now my credit card is also empty and my paytm wallet is also empty, Kindly help me out as of now I seriously need my money ..

                  I paid Rs 99 for Jio Prime Membership yesterday(i.e 31st March 2017 at 4:21pm)
                  Money was deducted, It's still showing under "process"/"Processing".
                  Have sent many emails to Paytm regarding this issue but till now I've not heard a word from them. They don't even have a customer care number which I can call and talk to regarding this particular issue.

                  I've been using paytm since a very long time and have also advise people to do so.
                  I hope that they resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money back as I've already done the membership through under means.

                    I recently made a mobile recharge of a particular amount through Paytm on 01st of April 2017.The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful.The transaction status is showing "processing" and I am unable to cancel my transaction order even after 2 hours of the payment.

                      it is still in process

                      this recharge was very urgent

                      I have already emailed about this issue, called customer service
                      still yet to respond. Very poor customer service.

                      Neither I am able to cancel nor they have refunded

                        I bought a mobile from this website bearing order no [protected]. there is promo code attached to it saying they will share the promo code after lapse of return period. As when i have not recived the promo code, i sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com. Their response was: it is sent to your mail id /mobile no. i have checked all my mails and sms but didnt found anything.i conveyed the same thing to this people. but there is no response afterwards. how they are running with unethical business attitude.

                                  My electricity bill - Relaince energy-account no :[protected], Bill date :[protected], Bill amount :Rs 1940.00., I have paid my bill at the date of[protected], that time showing it sucessful but my next bill when i see it was not deducted the amount of 1940, the amount was included with the next bill pls refund my money and i pay the next bill amount with paytm app rs 3020.

                                    The amount got deducted from my bank account but my number didn't get recharged. When i check it under my orders, it says i can cancel order after 2 hours.                                       303 deducted from my wallet and bank account but jio did not receive money.

                                      Something wrong with PayTM app.

                                      I discuss with Jio customer care but they did not receive money.

                                      Please help to get money back.
