I was recharged mobile 31/03/2017 via Paytm app, money was deducted from my wallet but it shows payment success and processing.
Till now either recharge or refund not processed.
It shows processing status in order .
I contacted Paytm custcare ivrs number [protected], it tells your order number was incorrect, but this order number is still in my app.
