Recharge in my mobile rs 199. But not recharge or not refund in my account. Date.31/3/2017 time 21.00. I will richarg for paytm but not richarg. Recharge my mobile no.[protected]. I talk to today docomo customer car but he said you talk to paytm costomer care. I confused i talk docomo customer care or paytm costomer care. You salwe my problem & my refund....

I have made payment of 303 using paytm to jio plan.
303 deducted from my bank account but jio did not receive money.
I discuss with jio customer care but they did not receive money.
Paytm and bank deducted money.
I got below sms on my mobile
Payment of rs.303.0 on paytm against order id ipt[protected].
Please help to get money back.

I made 2 transactions (5000 each) to add money to sbi bank account using my icici credit card. Money has been debited from card but i did not get any confirmation from paytm. And also my account also not credited.
There are 3 numbers in website for costemer care.in them 2 numbers not connects only. If i call 3rd customer care it's asking for order id.. Which i did not receive from paytm. How can i enter without receiving???

I did a recharge of rs 347 for my vodafone number on[protected]. But Still on[protected] recharge is not done and its showing as processing still. No refund too, no option to resolve the problem either on Paytm App or on Paytm websites. There is no option to talk to a customer care centre as in case of amazon. This is a consumer oriented industry, Paytm should not forget this thing. Paytm Care showing all BS useless heads for the resolution...

Hi team,
I ordered and lg ac from paytm on 28 mar 2017 and they sold me an used product. I called paytm as well the seller he delivered this and product and seller agreed that he sent an used product because it was out of stock.
I am just looking for refund now and paytm is entertaining the request and its been 6 days now.
Every time i called them they are just saying to wait for 24-48 hours....

I had recharged 400 from myjio app..my amount deducted but recharge failed... so i want my money back...please help me..i pay by paytm wallet in myjio app... i report 5-6 time in paytm app...i also mailed patym care regarding my complain...but there is no response from paytm...so please report my complain...

They say if recharge is not done within 2 hours you can cancel it but there is no option for cancelation in app...

Its being more that 20 hours of the transaction when i paid paytm through my credit card, the amount was immediately deducted from my credit card but i didn't get those funds in my paytm wallet yet..
