On 31 st march i have make a transaction for recharge in my airtel prepaid number my money had deducted but no recharge had done and in my order history it is showing proccesing and not the way to cancle the recharge i have send mail to coustumer care of paytm but they not replying me is this is the way they treat there coustumer my order id is [protected]

      In paytm i fill like i have been cheated. I recharge rs 303/- on 31st march 2017 but 2 days gone and still show processing. I complained many times but no response received till date.

        I have done transaction for jio recharge of 303 rs with order numbers [protected] and nb transaction no igabbfyry9 at 9:44 am, apr 01 2017

        Recharge status is showing as "waiting for operator confirmation"

        Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.
        1 day lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account.

          I have complaint several times with paytm regarding this that m order which costs 302 rs/- shows delivered but actually it is not.i have paid the money and I m helpless.nobody is assisting to m problem.i needed the book urgently.totally frustrated wid this problem.hopeless company.either dolve m problem by giving me the book or returning me the money through m paytm wallet. paytm is not at all reliable.

                I have done 150 recharge to idea sim on 31 march 2017. I didn't have balance in paytm wallet so i have done recharge through net banking instead of paytm wallet but i didn't receive the recharge and amount is deducted from my bank account. On paytm order summary it is showing me that paytm received the money and your transaction is successful and but it is still in processing. I have called idea customer care they are saying that there is no any recharge happen on your sim.
                Please i request you to take action against paytm and please refund my amount in my bank account and please call me on [protected] if you need more details

                  I had done two recharges from my pay tm account the order number are [protected] of rupees 303 and another order of whose number is [protected] of rupees 101 on dated 31 march 2017 the recharges are still in pending and there is no option to cancel the recharges. My amount deducted but neithermy recharges are done nor my money is returned to my bank account or my wallet account

                        Ordered a diamond pendant worth 9000 from paytm which was delivered to someone in surat on 22nd march 2017, though i stay in chennai. From that day onwards i am calling paytm customer care everyday and i have been told that i will receive my product. 4days back i got a email saying product was delivered in chennai to some kush. I don't know any kush how can they deliver an expensive product to any person and then blame me. I never received any communication regarding the delivery also. Even for a 100rs product courier company people call and ask when to deliver them why not for a product worth 9000rs. I enquired with the courier partner also and they said product was delivered in surat. I have a proof of it also. Order id is [protected]

                          I was recharged mobile 31/03/2017 via Paytm app, money was deducted from my wallet but it shows payment success and processing.
                          Till now either recharge or refund not processed.
                          It shows processing status in order .
                          I contacted Paytm custcare ivrs number [protected], it tells your order number was incorrect, but this order number is still in my app.

                              I have made payment of 303 using paytm to jio plan.
                              303 deducted from my bank account but jio did not receive money.
                              I discuss with jio customer care but they did not receive money.
                              Paytm and bank deducted money.
                              I got below sms on my mobile
                              Payment of rs.303.0 on paytm against order id ipt[protected].
                              Please help to get money back.

                                  I made 2 transactions (5000 each) to add money to sbi bank account using my icici credit card. Money has been debited from card but i did not get any confirmation from paytm. And also my account also not credited.
                                  There are 3 numbers in website for costemer care.in them 2 numbers not connects only. If i call 3rd customer care it's asking for order id.. Which i did not receive from paytm. How can i enter without receiving???
                                  Bloody system it self not good. No body is there to support us through voice in such situations.
                                  None of your team, none of the number will help in giving solutions by paytm.
                                  How can normal person can trust this paytm??
                                  What if same problems repeats in emergency.. Who will be having patience of days together to messaging and mailing..??
                                  Please resolve my problem soon.

                                      I did a recharge of rs 347 for my vodafone number on[protected]. But Still on[protected] recharge is not done and its showing as processing still. No refund too, no option to resolve the problem either on Paytm App or on Paytm websites. There is no option to talk to a customer care centre as in case of amazon. This is a consumer oriented industry, Paytm should not forget this thing. Paytm Care showing all BS useless heads for the resolution of complaint, there is no proper arrangement of the issues in the list where we can put the complaint or feedback.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I ordered and lg ac from paytm on 28 mar 2017 and they sold me an used product. I called paytm as well the seller he delivered this and product and seller agreed that he sent an used product because it was out of stock.
                                        I am just looking for refund now and paytm is entertaining the request and its been 6 days now.
                                        Every time i called them they are just saying to wait for 24-48 hours.
