I have done recharge of rs 273 using paytm service to mobile no [protected] for jio network on dated 31.03.2017. I had received the notification from paytm via message around 16:01 hrs that recharge is pending with operator or u can cancel the order after 2 hours. And therefore the cancel option are not there to get my refund amount, please cancel my order and transfer the amount of rs. 273 in my paytm wallet so that i can proceed further for other option.     I called the customere care person for cancelling my mobile recharge of 147, who misused my credentials and hacked 29995 rs from my bank account on 27/3/2017. I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com. They closed the ticket mentioning - "Unfortunately, the services against your lost amount has already been availed. Therefore, the amount cannot be refunded."

    I am a retired senior citizen who is new to this digital processing. All the money in my account has been withdrawn leaving just 1000. Please help me how to recover my money from this fraud transaction.

      I requested for a replacement of my order as I received a faulty prouduct. I got a mail that the reverse pickup is unavailble at my location, so I was requested to ship back the product to seller. I Shipped the product to seller but the seller refused to accept my parcel. i am in a big trouble now. My order id [protected]

      The replacement was already accepted by the seller and an order was also placed for the same product. The order Id is [protected].

      I also did not received any courier charges. Total of INR 880 (INR 440 for shipping the product to the seller+ INR 400 for RTO as the product was returned back to me).

      Below i am also attaching the copy of mail sent by paytm that the replacement has been accepted.

      I am Shashank and I will assist you on your query today. I understand that you want to return the product Coolpad Note 3 Plus 16GB (White) against the Order [protected].

      As I check the system, it shows that we do not have a courier pick-up service available at your address. However, you can courier the product back to the seller warehouse address mentioned on the packaging slip. Please mention your Paytm order number [protected] on courier slip and packaging of the product.

      Seller performs various checks on the product once received. Hence, please make sure that product must not be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Your refund will be processed immediately after seller confirmation.

      When your poduct will get back to merchant then a fresh order will get delivered to you.

      Additionally, to get the courier charges refunded to your Paytm wallet (up to a maximum of INR 200), please share the scanned copy/image of the courier slip.

      We recommend the below mentioned couriers to ship the product back:

      2. DTDC Courier and Cargo limited

        I accept the same but seller send only pack of 1 instead pack of 4
        At present I am not able to return such product due to term & condition.
        So I make a complaint against paytm

          I paid for my flight tickets through Paytm, that flight (G8-157) got cancelled, I couldn't connect with my airlines so I called up paytm that night and they asked me to send them the screenshot of the cancellation message.
          In the meanwhile i connected with the airlines and got myself accommodated on another flight (G8-153). I later got a message saying my cancellation request for the new flight (G8-153) has been processed. After speaking to the airlines and make my trip I figured out that the request for the cancellation was initiated by paytm. This came as a surprise to me as I had never made such requests.
          I have since then spoken to a lot of operatives from Paytm and everyday its the same process, an explanation of what happened and then the operatives says we ll contact you in the next 24 hrs, I then do not receive any calls from paytm so I call them up and its the same response again that is they will get back to be in the next 24 hrs and it has been 3 days since I had reported the issue.
          I do not want a refund but I want to be accommodated on the same flight that is (G8-153) that was cancelled by Paytm.

            I have recharge my sim but it shows processing for a long time. Money has been deducted but recharge is still not successful. Please help me fix this.                 I ordered to recharge my jio no for Rs 99 on 30th march 2017 at 9:44pm (order id [protected]) through paytm. I got a message saying operator's confirmation awaited and after 2 hrs I can cancel the transaction. But more than 20 hrs passed, I got no option to cancel and order is still pending. How can I trust you? Please cancel the order and refund it to my account as Rs 99 recharge to jio would be useless after a few hrs.

                    30/03/2017 night 9.30pm through PAYTM I recharge my AIRTEL no. [protected] (🆔 [protected]) 349/- rupees. After halfonhour it's showing processing, next I cancelled my order and sended to PAYTM mail and cancellation request also.
                    Today morning 31/03/2017 also I requested my order cancellation. And I done my recharge in other App. Now evening 5.30 I got a msg ur recharge successful. I don't won't recharge, I won't my money back. Pls help me

                        It is shown recharge is pending on operator side.
                        Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.

                          I have done transactions one for jio recharge of 303rs and airtel recharge of 349 rs with order numbers[protected] respectively on 30/03/17 at 10.15 p. M respectively.
                          App shown recharge is pending on operator side.
                          Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.
                          Two hours lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account.
                          Sent complaint to customer centre no response.
                          Hope u guys respect my time and urgency.

                              The worst experience ever in online shopping.
                              I ordered a phone priced 23k and received in around 8-9 days( damn slow delivery). I was so excited for my new phone but what I received was a piece of ****, the phone was defective and I requested for replacement, the replacement process took around 10days, I was sending mails, again and again, talking to customer care again and again, then I received a new phone in replacement, was not that excited as earlier. opened the packaging and saw that there was dust on phone, I ignored then used for 2 days and again found that product is defective.
                              Now I am going to request return again and again all the ****TY process. Please don't buy anything from paytm. PLEASE!

                                Amount for the jio prime membership ₹99 and ₹303 were deducted from my Paytm wallet but the membership was not activated as the jio company dint receive my money ..Wallet transaction id :[protected] and [protected] !! It has already been an hour and the payment hasn't yet made for the jio membership and it's the last date for activating it . Please help me as soon as possible

                                  I have done recharge for my jio number for Rs.303.The money got deducted from my paytm wallet.Its showing "Waiting for operator confirmation" from 4 hrs.Even if I press Cancel its not getting cancelled.
                                  Refund the money ASAP or do the recharge immediately.
                                  It shows no orders at times because of which I cant even see my order number.

                                    I have given order for 2 Adorn Homez 3 Seater Sofa cum bed along with free bean bag cover on 21/3/17. same were delivered on 25/3/17. As per Paytm they need to refund Rs.4200 and Rs.4199 towards purchase of two items within 24 hours of delivery of items. Six days have gone by, till date no refund credited to my Paytm wallet nor any communication from Paytm inspite of sending tickets thru Paytem app on this matter. I have applied GOLD35 promo for this.

                                    Order no. [protected], dt:21/3/17 for Rs.23998/- . To get refund. Pl credit the above amount into my Paytm wallet today

                                        This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 31th march at 10.16 am through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
                                        The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (31st march 2017) from past more than 4 hrs.
