Request for refund my mobile recharge of Rs 23/-

on dated 30/03/2017 of Rs : 23/- Paytm recharge yet not receive moblie recharge but account debited.

paytm recharge of Rs 23/- is expires on 30.03.2017 kindly look in this issue and credit my account / recharge my moblie of Rs 23/- on urgent basis.

    On 28th march 2017 I paid my electricity bill through payTM mobile application. Now my amount 3030 rs. debited from my account. When I checked my light bill on 1st April 2017 its still showing me same amount 3030 rs. remaining to be paid. payTM have not completed my transaction neither i received my amount back.

    I only received this email from paytm and amount is debited from my account.

      I paid Rs 500/- by debit card of New India cooperative Bank on 27th March 2017 to paytm for of OLA cabs. The amount has not been credited into my paytm account but the same has been debited from my bank account. When I booked a OLA cab on 29th I got a message that I need to add money to my account, so I added Rs599/- . Total balance does not include Rs 500/- credited on 27th. Please clarify.       I had made a complain to paytm about the amount paid by debit card has not been credited into my paytm account. Within a short time I gat a call, saying he is from paytm ( tele no [protected] at 1023 hrs and 1029 hrs on 1 April 2017 ) he wanted the details of my debit card. He also wanted my CVV number or PIN for the card which I refused. He said these details are required to solve the problem. I did not give the details.

      Again at 1118hrs I receive a call from [protected]( Said his name is Deepak Kumar ) saying he is from paytm and wants the details of the card to refund the amount immediately. Needless to say I did not give the details. When I asked him he too wanted my CVV number ? he immediately disconnected.

      I have a feeling that some of the employees of paytm are involved in this fraud.

        Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited but recharge not successful
        Dear sir
        This complaint idea offer of Rs. 348 on my idea mobile no [protected] and order no.[protected]
        where i have done recharge on 31st march 2017 at 11:08 pm through paytm.
        The paytm status says that "payment of Rs.348 received by paytm" & your transanction is successful & recharge for idea "processing ".
        please solve my problem immediately

          Last night I have recharged for 349 but paytm transaction was successful but my recharge amount was not processing to my network connection (I dint receive any amount to my number as recharge).But paytm has shown that paytm transaction was successful and my money from ATM card is also gone.

              I have recharge for no.[protected] on[protected] but recharge is pending...amount from bant was deducted. also i cant see my order for recharge in my orders menu. I have not received any conformation messege from paytm. Also I cant cancel my order because my oder is not showing in my orders menu

                Dear Sir/madam,

                I have used paytm wallet for paying my railway ticket on 30 mar'17 and on payment complete page it was blank and not received and confirmation but money deducted from my indian bank account and not received any ticket booking confirmation.

                and on 1 april'17 I have used paytm App for recharging my Vodafone no-[protected] amounting rs 342 and on payment complete page it was blank again and have not recieved any confirmation or transaction id and money had been deducted from my indian bank.

                Kindly lookinto it and refund my money back.

                  I have done my jio recharge worth rs 303 the amount is deducted from my bank but the recharge is showing still under process and no option to cancel the recharge..plz give me some solution to the problem as in faq and help it is mentioned that we can cancel our recharge transaction after 2hr but there is no option available to cancel

                            I have ad 1841 amount from my HDFC bank to paytm payment was cut by bank but not show in my paytm wallet so please resolve this problem on urgent basis because I have pay this amount at bank as a EMI if any changes to pay to the EMI bank I'm not paying that amount because I canform to the bank bank have no issues like the this all yours folt so please solve this problem now please..
