Today I tried recharging my Jio number[protected] with rs 303 at 11.47 am but it's still in process even after 5hrs and I am not able to cancel the order and get the refund since there is no cancel button. then I can cancel the order from the order page in the app but when I tried to cancel its seems error .
Myorder no is [protected]. Please cancel the order and refund the money as soon as possible.

    I hariom bahadur singh have an saving account in boi nagpur from which rs 2043 has been deducted towards pay tm mobile solution, transaction detail is medr/paytm mobile solution/377462 on dated 20.03.2017. I have not done any transaction through paytm. Kindly do the reversal of same at earliest.

      My patym order number [protected] for recharging 303 rs Jio prepaid sim has been never done by paytm, they gave 30 rs discount for this recharge.deducted 273 rs from my paytm wallet, i got a message from paytm after recharge that recharge is processing and if recharge didn't done u can cancel it.recharge doesn't done after 4 hour so I choose to cancel recharge.but i can't cancel the request.so if the recharge done, no problem, otherwise need my money .please help me sir

          Respected sir/madam,

          This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my job number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 30th march at 9.12 pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
          The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (31st march 2017) from past more than 14 hrs.
          I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer from effective date 01st april 2017 provided jio is not extending happy new year offer and if jio is making announcement to extend the jio happy new offer then i must get the refund back.

          Payment summary : [rs 243 from icici bank + rs 30 from paytm wallet and rs 30 discount for promo code paytmjio applied successfully on 30th march at 9.12 pm & paytm transaction number: [protected]]

          Dear Support, This is to let you know that my complaint has resolved by JIO/PAYTM by executiing hold TXN succesfully in my favour as required. They dropped me confirmation approval mail to my registered mail ID today (31st March) at 2.PM as well confirmation SMS to my registered mobile number. JIO has sent confirmation approval mail through "[email protected]" mentioning complete offer and benfits where as Paytm has sent succesful TXN mail with approved promocode benefits from [email protected]. I thank all support team member for executing this TXN succesfuly in my favour. Thanks & Regards Vikas Mishra

            I have made payment of 303 using paytm to jio plan.

            303 deducted from my wallet and bank account but jio did not receive money.

            Something wrong with PayTM app.

            I discuss with Jio customer care but they did not receive money.

            PayTM and Bank deducted money.

            I got below SMS on my mobile

            "Paid Rs.303.00 to BILLDESKutil at 12:06 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected] Avail. Bal:Rs.0.0"

            Please help to get money back.

            I got a notification from jio so i thought i'll do it. View of the page was like jio website (no web url was seen so thought might be from jio app itself) so i chose the plan of 499 n made the payment.
            Money got deducted from paytm saying "you have paid Rs.499.00 to BILLDESKutil".
            payment was made 14:38:01hrs, Apr 3, 2017 n its same day 6:42pm but no benefits received yet!
            Need to take some serious action against them i think! >:(

              Hi,

              I recently made a mobile recharge of a particular amount through Paytm on 31st of March 2017.The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful.The transaction status is showing "processing" and I am unable to cancel my transaction order even after 2 hours of the payment.

                So please solve my issue as soon as possible
                I ordered IPHONE 7 PLUS online on 6 march 2017 from PayTM site and payment online and got delivered IPHONE 7.
                tried to contact so many times to paytm but no one took any decision, nd nothing happened till now as of 25 march 2017

                    On 4 march, Rupees 302 were deducted from my paytm wallet(mob. [protected]) and since i never did it, i tried calling and mailing to you, but to no avail. To this day i do not know for what purpose, it was used. Kindly refund my money back. Also, on 31st march(today), I tried to get Jio Prime membership from Paytm wallet, the money was deducted, but it never reached the Jio people. What is going on? I have been robbed of Rs. 401 by your company.

                    I just got three calls from fraudulent numbers... asking for my credentials and passwords... numbers are... [protected], [protected], and [protected]... beware... i have already files an FIR for these numbers...

                    I ordered shampoo worth rs. 500 with 30% cashback and recieved the order bt didnòt recieve my cashback of rs. 150 till now..
                    Humko bhi mobile number [protected] se phone aaya tha aur ATM number maaga aap logon se mera request hai ki mobile number [protected] se call karne wale ko apna koi bhi ATM number ya apni personal jankari nahi den yeh fraud hai

                      Yesterday I tried recharging my Jio with rs 303 at 6:35pm but it's still in process even after 10hrs and I am not able to cancel the order and get the refund since there is no cancel button. I have also received a message that if the recharge is still in Process even after 2hrs, then I can cancel the order from the order page in the app but when I tried to cancel I found that there is no such option to cancel the order.
                      Myorder no is [protected]. Please cancel the order and refund the money as soon as possible.

                          I want to draw your attention towards my paytm account.
                          Two times amount was deducted from my paytm account without my permission.
                          Whenever i do any transaction i receive otp for that. But for that 2 transactions i haven't recieved any otp.

                            I have done 2 transactions one for jio recharge of 99 rs and airtel recharge of 349 rs with order numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively at 7.15 P.M AND 7.29 P.M respectively.
                            Both shown recharge is pending on operator side.
                            Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged.
                            Two hours lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account.
                            Sent complaint to customer centre no response.
                            Hope u guys respect my time and urgency.

                              This is the third time I am raising ticket for my transaction and no one bothers or care for consumer's problem. I wish there was some harassment action against the paytm. Anyways just deal with my problem asap..and provide solution for my problem.I have made 2 same transactions for a mobile recharge and they are pending for about 12 hours.There is no option to cancel my order. I have raised various tickets for my complaint and I didn't get any ticket number. This is very much annoying. So cancel my order and get back to me, I want to recharge my mobile from some shop vendor in future, I believe that is much safe and easy for people. Hope this mail will be helpful for future consumers.. Attaching screen shot details of my order.

                                I had placed order on Paytm under order I'd [protected] on 28 feb, I received a wrong and used product on 2 March, I raised complaint the same time and my return was approved on 7th march
                                I was confirmed the pickup will be done by 15 March. Since then I have been calling everyday and I'm getting same response "our team will contact you within 24hours"
                                Now it's 30 March already and since no response is received yet.

                                Giving same standard reply to reply in 24 hours everytime

                                  Hi Team, I am Komal. On 28th Feb, 2017, I got a call from naukri.com for jobs. Her name was Anshika Jain ([protected]) . She asked for the
                                  requirements and i said I am searching for a job in NCR region. Also, I was in a need of job therefore was interested.
                                  At 1st she asked me to pay 1850 to proceed for a interview. I refused but they forced me and asked me pay the amount through Paytm [protected](Transaction Id : [protected]). They gave me reference Id for the interview as NRC0095.
                                  I attended the interview well and after that I got a call from a person named Rahul ([protected]) and asked me to send photo, id, marksheets in the email Id (hr.[protected]@india.com) to prceed further.
                                  On 1st March, a person from ([protected]) called me again and said as a part of security, you need to pay an amount of 11900 so that it is confirmed that you will join and they told me that the amount will be refunded within 21 days if i do not want to join. At first i hesitated and refused to pay but then they convinced me and asked me to make payment via paytm and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable security
                                  amount. I send money in slots as 5000 to number [protected](Transaction Id : [protected]), 5000 to number [protected] (Transaction Id : ), 1900 to
                                  number [protected](Transaction Id :[protected] )
                                  On 2nd MArch, Rahul called me again and said your job is confirmed and sent me the confirmation letter. In that it was mentioned that as a part of Bond for 6 months, I need to pay 50000 which will be refunded to me in the 7th month after joining. After this, I refused to pay the amount and asked to cancel my process and initiate a request for money back which i paid earlier (as they said it will be refunded within 21 working days). At last they convinced me and I paid an amount of 50000 rupees and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable amount. I convinced my parents for the money and on trust I paid the money .

                                  Moreover someone from ([protected]) called me saying I am from accenture and as a part of bond amount you need to pay this amount so that we can process your request. I said I have done the process, please proceed. I got offer letter from Email Id : [protected]@accenture.com.
                                  Then, I called them and said I need to discuss about joining date, then, they said you need to wait for 1 month for the same. I said 1 month but you said it is confirmed. Then they said we cant do anything, company accenture will process your request and asked me to wait till 27th march, 2017. I called them on 6th March and they were not picking the call. At last he picked (Rahul) and said your money is safe and convinced me that soon accenture will contact you. Again, I called them on 23rd of march and and they said dont resign for now and wait till 27th March. After that they switched off the phone. I am trying to reach on all the contact since yesterday but I am not able to reach. please help me out, I need the amount, at least 50000, I really need the amount due to financial criusis. Please, please do help me.

                                    I, govind kant mishra, have purchased two products on paytm [product id is given below]. At that time there was offers of cashback voucher on both orders. I made the purchase but paytm is not sending cashback vouchers.
                                    My complaint with order id is as follows..
                                    It's over 23 days and paytm did not send me promocode for eut1200 for electricity bill payments. Order id : [protected]

                                    It's over 20 days and paytm did not send me promocode for put500 for electricity bill payments. Order id : [protected]

                                    Please resolve this is us soon as possible.

                                      They reject my return after 7 days despite of complaining in 2 days of delivery.Because product is so costly they did so.First of all product is not full with all materials.

                                        I booked IRCTC ticket having PNR No.-[protected] which has been auto-cancelled on[protected] because of non-clearance of waiting list and an amount of Rs. 490/- refunded by IRCTC but PAYTM wallet balance yet not credited this amount for paytm transaction ID No.-[protected].
