Hi Team, I am Komal. On 28th Feb, 2017, I got a call from naukri.com for jobs. Her name was Anshika Jain ([protected]) . She asked for the
requirements and i said I am searching for a job in NCR region. Also, I was in a need of job therefore was interested.
At 1st she asked me to pay 1850 to proceed for a interview. I refused but they forced me and asked me pay the amount through Paytm [protected](Transaction Id : [protected]). They gave me reference Id for the interview as NRC0095.
I attended the interview well and after that I got a call from a person named Rahul ([protected]) and asked me to send photo, id, marksheets in the email Id (hr.[protected]@india.com) to prceed further.
On 1st March, a person from ([protected]) called me again and said as a part of security, you need to pay an amount of 11900 so that it is confirmed that you will join and they told me that the amount will be refunded within 21 days if i do not want to join. At first i hesitated and refused to pay but then they convinced me and asked me to make payment via paytm and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable security
amount. I send money in slots as 5000 to number [protected](Transaction Id : [protected]), 5000 to number [protected] (Transaction Id : ), 1900 to
number [protected](Transaction Id :[protected] )
On 2nd MArch, Rahul called me again and said your job is confirmed and sent me the confirmation letter. In that it was mentioned that as a part of Bond for 6 months, I need to pay 50000 which will be refunded to me in the 7th month after joining. After this, I refused to pay the amount and asked to cancel my process and initiate a request for money back which i paid earlier (as they said it will be refunded within 21 working days). At last they convinced me and I paid an amount of 50000 rupees and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable amount. I convinced my parents for the money and on trust I paid the money .

Moreover someone from ([protected]) called me saying I am from accenture and as a part of bond amount you need to pay this amount so that we can process your request. I said I have done the process, please proceed. I got offer letter from Email Id : [protected]@accenture.com.
Then, I called them and said I need to discuss about joining date, then, they said you need to wait for 1 month for the same. I said 1 month but you said it is confirmed. Then they said we cant do anything, company accenture will process your request and asked me to wait till 27th march, 2017. I called them on 6th March and they were not picking the call. At last he picked (Rahul) and said your money is safe and convinced me that soon accenture will contact you. Again, I called them on 23rd of march and and they said dont resign for now and wait till 27th March. After that they switched off the phone. I am trying to reach on all the contact since yesterday but I am not able to reach. please help me out, I need the amount, at least 50000, I really need the amount due to financial criusis. Please, please do help me.

    I, govind kant mishra, have purchased two products on paytm [product id is given below]. At that time there was offers of cashback voucher on both orders. I made the purchase but paytm is not sending cashback vouchers.
    My complaint with order id is as follows..
    It's over 23 days and paytm did not send me promocode for eut1200 for electricity bill payments. Order id : [protected]

    It's over 20 days and paytm did not send me promocode for put500 for electricity bill payments. Order id : [protected]

    Please resolve this is us soon as possible.

      They reject my return after 7 days despite of complaining in 2 days of delivery.Because product is so costly they did so.First of all product is not full with all materials.

        I booked IRCTC ticket having PNR No.-[protected] which has been auto-cancelled on[protected] because of non-clearance of waiting list and an amount of Rs. 490/- refunded by IRCTC but PAYTM wallet balance yet not credited this amount for paytm transaction ID No.-[protected].

            Yeaterday we have booked total 28 tickets (katamrayudu movie) at sudharsan theater in tekkali location.Each ticket we have paid R.S.115/- but the theater staff sold each ticket R.S.70/- only.This is a big mistake from server side.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I have sent money INR 850 to my friend to his mobile number +91-[protected] Txn ID [protected] on[protected] at 05:02:50 PM. Unfortunately he didn't have the Paytm account linked with that number. Later on he has Signed Up with the above mentioned number for new Paytm Account still he didn't receive any credit.

              I have trying registering the problem with Paytm and they have generated the Ticket but didn't do anything. They customer care representative also after listening the problem are cutting the calls by saying we would like to put you on hold.

              As per the Paytm directives in mail communications the receiver also has sent the acknowledgement mail to Paytm that he didn't receive the money but no action has been taken. I request you to please kindly intervene the issue and help me in this regard.
              An amount of Rs.500/- deposited in my paytm account on[protected] Vinayaka Nagar Andhra Bank Branch, Visakhapatnam-530044. Amount has been debited from my account & it was not appear in paytm.

                I ordered a a DSLR on paytm on 1st march, 2017 paying the full amount and cancelled the order sometime later the same day. I did not receive my refund yet and its been 30 DAYS!!! When contacted the customer care of Paytm, they said that they've processed the refund. I did not get the money credited yet. When asked the branch manager of my account and customer care of SBI, they say they did not get any refund request and if gotten, they would've credited the money. This cycle has been happening since 20 days. PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY. Its a HUGE AMOUNT.

                    I have transferred some amount from my paytm wallet to my bank account, but it has been more than 7 days and the amount is not reflecting to my bank.
                    Amount value is rs. 5697
                    I have complained to paytm and bank of baroda but they are not helping me.
                    Paytm is asking me to contact hdfc bank and bank is asking me to connect to paytm, i am stucked in between.
                    Since two months i have been continously calling to hdfc and mailing to paytm... But they say that they cannot check and always ask for time.
                    Please help me to get my money..

                      Few hours ago i had recieved a payment from paytm through my barcode but till yet it is not showing in wallet and passbook got a message from paytm in my phone in box like i had recieved that payment but it is not showing in wallet or passbook totally frustated before 2 3 time it has done this late service but today it is very late and i am in need of that payment

                        Please report this transaction and refund me my amount.
                        I can prove the ownership of the account.
                        I have undergone a cancer surgery that is why I couldn't report this earlier.

                        I need this operation for my chemothrapy.
                        Please be sympathetic for a cancer patient.

                          Could not return the product.
                          Very big flaw in return policy.if courier partner put any false remarks on the return request you will never be able to return the product. Return request is approved by pay TM but courier company is not picking the product.they are falsely mentioning that I do not have original packaging.but I have shown and attached original packaging of product to Paytm customer care. Paytm Custcare saying your product will be picked as your return request is approved.but since last month nothing happened.please do not make big
                          Shopping on pay TM.if courier guy put any remark on return product, it will be impossible to alter that remark.
                          Online shopping is really frustrating with Paytm.

                          After receiving assurance from from top executive nothing happened.they are still working on it.I request Paytm shopper please take care for high value shopping because return policy is 100 % favourable to them only because unless you will not received return slip by courier guy you will not get back your money. so you are completely depend on the mercy of courier guy.

                              i am writing this complaint on behalf of my Father(Mr. JADO NANDAN SAHNI) SBI Account.

                              PayTM and OLACABS has deducted Rs 60200/- Money from my Dad's Account without taking any permission. Some has done online shopping by using My Dad Debit CardNumber from PAYTM NOIDA and OLACABS COM GURGAON.

                              while doing the shopping(by Fraud person) above companies have not verify Mobile Numer linked to Bank Account, and have not verify any security constraits like Phone call on Number, OTP etc. they have allowed transaction by meeting with Fraud people.

                              please take Legal action on above two companies and Revert my Deducted amount to my Bank Account.

                                Refund of 5230rs were not credited to account.
                                I contacted bank regarding this they have no confirmation regarding this transaction.
                                Patten said refund has been initiated from their side on March 15th 2017 but the refund not credited after 15 days also
                                So, please check and complete the refund process. Don't loose trust from members about refund

                                  We would like to inform you that, as confirmed by the operator your recharge for mobile number [protected] against Order Id [protected] has been successfully processed with Rs.81.

                                  In case you have not received the recharge benefit(s), request you to kindly contact the operator’s customer care team with reference number GJ[protected]
                                  But I didn't get the amount recharge phone success full on Paytm solve my problem so many times I will tell you in 5 minutes you just solve my problem we trust you and paytm in this way you treat customers
                                  I placed an order and paid through my paytm wallet.
                                  The transaction failed but paytm deducted the amount from the wallet. When called the payment company, for assistance they said the order was not placed and no money was received. Paytm has deducted the amount and refund is still not processed. Please help as soon as possible.

                                      My name is udit and i am complaining and writing here for the 5th time... i didnt receive any calls from paytm... it had been over a month and my money is stuck in my blocked account... which they (paytm people) told me that the account was blocked by mistake.. i am sick and tired... plz i beg you guys... i dont like writing to you again and again... i just want my money back...

                                        This is Misha Joshi (paytm user)
                                        I tried transferring an amount of 3500 to bank account!

                                        But the transaction was failed for some goddamn reason..
                                        And the money is neither in my wallet nor in the bank account..
                                        I don't know where did my money go!?
                                        And then your helpline numbers are always on IVR with irrelevant options I'm sick of it!

                                        Kindly look into this, fix this issue and refund my money back asap.
