, I received a call on my mobile no. [protected] from Mobile no. [protected]. He identified himself as Mr. Nitesh Kumar – Bank of India, Branch Manager and informed me that my BOI ATM card is expiring shortly and hence he would require my ICICI Bank ATM card Number as a Backup to renew my BOI ATM card. He also informed me that once I provide the card details I will receive an OTP and that would prove that his process has started. As he sounded so convincing and it is true my BOI card is due for expiry I provided my ICICI ATM details alongwith with the OTP which came shortly.
1. 1st Transaction was done to Paytm of Rs.19999/- ( We spoke to Paytm customer service officer who confirmed that later this amount was transferred to savings bank account & refused to share the details of transaction due to secrecy agreement.)
The Fraud team is tracking complain even on this portal & trying to make one more fraud, as soon as I posted complain here, this guy called me from No. [protected] & identified himself as a Paytm executive. Also he pretended to transfer money & ask me my Debit Card details to Transfer money . Since I dint shared it, He disconnected call.

Paytm Team, Pls look into it.

    On 2nd MArch, Rahul called me again and said your job is confirmed and sent me the confirmation letter. In that it was mentioned that as a part of Bond

    for 6 months, I need to pay 50000 which will be refunded to me in the 7th month after joining. After this, I refused to pay the amount and asked to cancel

    my process and initiate a request for money back which i paid earlier (as they said it will be refunded within 21 working days). At last they convinced me

    and I paid an amount of 50000 rupees and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable amount. I convinced my parents for the money and on trust I

    paid the money .

    Moreover someone from ([protected]) called me saying I am from accenture and as a part of bond amount you need to pay this amount so that we can

    process your request. I said I have done the process, please proceed. I got offer letter from Email Id : [protected]@accenture.com.
    Then, I called them and said I need to discuss about joining date, then, they said you need to wait for 1 month for the same. I said 1 month but you said it

    is confirmed. Then they said we cant do anything, company accenture will process your request and asked me to wait till 27th march, 2017. I called them on

    6th March and they were not picking the call. At last he picked (Rahul) and said your money is safe and convinced me that soon accenture will contact you.

    Again, I called them on 23rd of march and and they said dont resign for now and wait till 27th March. After that they switched off the phone. I am trying

    to reach on all the contact since yesterday but I am not able to reach. please help me out, I need the amount, at least 50000, I really need the amount due to

    financial criusis. Please, please do help me.

      I booked the Sony 108cm (43) Full HD 3D Smart LED TV KDL-43W800D on 18th March and it's suppose to be delivery in between 23rd March to 26th March. But it's was not delivery on that time, when I was contact with Paytm customer care thru phone and mail. they have not at all giving the proper reason, why it's not delivery the product on time. If I asked them, they are saying some many stores to the customer and blaming to the customer. If we will give a call to them they will speak some time after that they put a call on hold or disconnecting it. it's worst experience I have faced with Paytm. I never every have faced the problem with other vendors. They are not having the details why it's delaying the delivery.

        Hi,

        I have ordered a watch in paytm. The order was delivered to me on[protected]. When i opened the box the watch was missing from the box and some stone packed with tape was there. I tried contacting paytm customer care but the call never gets connected. They have asked for photos which i have already sent. Please help me in this and fine a big penalty on them for doing this.

            About one hour before(12.30) i just recharged through my paytm wallet. money is credited from my wallet. still it is not recharged. it is showing as processing. then i tried to cancel it and i gave the cancel request also still the money hasn't got back. and also they took extra money from my payTM wallet. When i am calling to the customer care they are still saying as it needs two days to confirm... cancellation proccess also not worked...

              I was looking for black color swimming caps. So I saw a really nice Speedo brand's swimming cap on Paytm, which they're giving on a discounted price. I made the purchase.

              I was really excited for the delivery of the purchase I had made. But what they delivered me was local brand, PLYR's black cap.
              How can Paytm even make fool of its customers, who have trusted Paytm.
              I've placed a request for return of the item.
              But I'm very angry because of this Fraudulent and cheap act of Paytm.
              I'll take Paytm to the consumer courts! I'll file a complaint against them.

                      As per notification shown by paytm account for booking o[censored]ber cab the minimum required amount is Rs. 350 that should be available in the account. When I tried booking a cab on evening of 27th March 2017 at approximately 5:40 pm I was not allowed to book a cab till I would further add funds in the paytm account. The balance shown at that time in paytm account was about Rs. 333/- while actual amount in the account was about Rs. 683/- and the estimated fare charge for destined location was Rs. 120/-. This is not the first time that such incidence has happened with Paytm services. Besides they have arbitrarily increased their minimum required balance to Rs. 350/- without any prior notifications. Even before such instances have happened where it has been shown lower available amount than the actual in paytm account and to continue to avail paytm services the account had to be recharged immediately although balance available in account had been more than the minimum required amount. This implies that the minimum amount being forced by Paytm to be retained in account is more than they actual claim to be required. I also tried to contact on four different customer care and complaint numbers provided on internet by paytm but none of them had the option to let me communicate my issue.

                            kindly verify the same and find it is honoured for which telephone No. the OTP generated for the transaction kindly stop using the Rs. 4000/- for this transaction .

                              I am not your customer .sir kindly refuse the transaction that is made through my sbi credit card no. [protected] for RS 3000, 3000, 3000 and 1000 on 25.03.2017 time between 1 PM to 1:30 p.m . This transaction not done by me.

                              Some one called from mobile and told me that he is called from sbi credit card head office. He said that he will deposite my reward points amount and asked my card no, cvv no, otp no . After telling the numbers i realised that it is fraud .

                              I informed to sbi card persons they ard blocked my card . Kindly cancel this transaction and please return to take amount.

                                I have returned the item to the seller.
                                Item has been delivered to the seller. The seller has accepted the item. Reverse pick up no is[protected]. Paytm customer care told me that they will shortout my issue within 48-72 hours and update me.
                                12 days have been finished. Still no refund. Now they do not reply my emails.
                                Customer care no is not contactable.
                                No customer representative attend my call. Please help me.

                                    I have booked two tickets and paid using ICICI net banking. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                      PAYTM ORDER NO # [protected] Dated - 8th Feb 2017

                                      I have Purchased Yonex Mavis 350 shuttle from Paytm and received the wrong product Yonex Mavis 10, which almost half in the price of ordered items.
                                      After the receipts of the order, i have returned the same with own Courier Charge and Paytm care has said that they should refund the Product Amount along with return courier Charges on dated 18th feb 2017.
                                      The returned products has already been received by Seller on dated 20th Feb 2017, but still they have not refunded my Amount.

                                      The Status of order has changed from "Return Approved to Return Rejected" on dated 3rd March 2017.

                                      After so many communication through mail they have not giving any satisfactory reply. It seems that now they don't want to refund the money.

                                      They have so many idea to harassing to their customers. First they did not pick-up the product from where they have delivered the same and after shipped the courier they demanding the proof of delivery. however i have sent them the POD of shipment delivered along with courier slip.

                                      Paytm is very third class online site, i suggest all the people that they never transact with Paytm.

                                        i purchased a handset Asus zenphonemax from paytm site on 8march2017 they delivered me on 10/03/2017 but handset was not good then i returned to paytm they again send me faulty device on20/03/2017 and again i request to return and refund my amount afer 7 days days there is no progress whenever i try to connect customer care they alway reply we are working but no responce and you problem will be resolve in 24 hours. so plz take action as soon as possible.
