Dear sir/madam

This is Raja Vemuri, I have added money to pay bill of induction stove repair in kukatpally service center, Actually I forgot that date exactly, after that I have paid 307 for idea bill, after that when I check my about was not showing it showing nill, can you please help me, one of your customer care associate called me, he or she I don't remember very silly question and said our senior will call you about the issue, still am not getting any call from paytm. If you are not provide service why you are giving add and publicity. I have attached the screenshot of my account.

Please do the needful ASAP

    Hi my name is Nitish kumar and my complain is for paytm I was having Rs 331 and suddenly a email come to me from paytm and it says that you have paid Rs 248 to BILLDESKutil. Then I checked my paytm passbook then my rs 248 is reduced.I have not paided, orderd, recharged etc. but money was deducted. I hope paytm will give my money back..

          I ordered a shoe from paytm & upon receiving the order I found out that the product was torn at multiple places so upon asking for a refund or replacement they said that my account has been flagged and I can’t have a refund or replacement . Now I wasn't made aware of this policy before purchasing the product, this is really unfair and unacceptable.

              I have booked item from Paytm site Order No :[protected] on 14 Mar 2017 and same was shipped through delhivery AWB Number: S[protected]. Even after completion of expected due date I have not received my order. I was constantly mailing them about this issue but instead of solving problem they are sending same predetermined message to me and without solving complaint they are closing complaint ticket # 24191785. Even after continous mailing they arenot doing anything. nor I got any call from courier partner delhivey AWB Number: S[protected] through which they shipped package . On tracking they have mentioned of attempt of delivery on 18th and 20th March 2017. But no one from their side contacted to me on that day nor anyone came to address mentioned by me.I have raised complaint with courier partner by mailing them but they too did nothing.
              I have been still waiting for my order but no concrete sureity given by either by shopping site nor by courier partner.
              Now I just want confirmation will they deliver the product or should I cancel the order.

                    They cheated me for 5, 000₹
                    I am a student it's valuable to me
                    Just kindly think how can we digest if we lost 5, 000 rupees without a reason

                              On 18th of march 2k17 at 06:53 i tried to transfer Rs.960 to my axis bank
                              account but my transaction was unsuccessful but still the money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I'm saying its unsuccessful because the money is not reflecting in my bank account and its a week now and if at that time its successful so why i did'nt get any mail from paytm and neither a single message from my bank account ??? I raised a ticket and as a reply
                              paytm said we refunded your money on 20-03-17 but i'm saying that my transaction was unsuccessful. Please reply me ASAP and give my money back, i'm a old customer of your's and have faith on paytm. I want my money back from you because my bank says that there is no such transaction happened on that date.

The payment was done in advance and as per wbsite the delivery should be on 18th march 2017. There is a tracking no availble on web site but its not showing anything.                                       I have made payment for jio prime Plans of rupees 303 but they haven't received. Their suggestions is that the fault is on patym side. I had a long conversation with jio network about this. They said the the fault is on patym wallets. And the big company paytm is not reverting on my problem.                                         This is complaint regarding payment not updated at PGVCL.

                                        I’ve paid my electricity bill using paytm on 1st March’17, amount INR. 1300. But somehow the same has not been credited to PGVCL account. When i enquired at PGVCL office, they asked me to check with Paytm as they are not responsible for the same.

                                        Now, first of all, I need justification why the same was not sent to PGVCL?
                                        I got call from PGVCL about disconnection of electricity line or I’ll have to pay fine to continue enjoying services. Who is responsible for the same as payment was debited from my Paytm account on 1st March itself.

                                        Also, Pay fine of Rs.500 for delay from your end!
