Hi my name is Nitish kumar and my complain is for paytm I was having Rs 331 and suddenly a email come to me from paytm and it says that you have paid Rs 248 to BILLDESKutil. Then I checked my paytm passbook then my rs 248 is reduced.I have not paided, orderd, recharged etc. but money was deducted. I hope paytm will give my money back..

On 28 feb while adding money transaction failed and rs 200 money debited from bank but not credited in wallet also not refunded to bank till now.

Here I would like to inform you that as on 09.02.2017 i have done online bescom bill payment through your payTM App But unfortunately cash of Rs.1159/- is debited From my Andhra Bank Account No:[protected], Malur Branch. But Cash has not been credited to Bescom Kindly help Me with This.

    Had an issue with my refund payment kindly help out me to refumding me my money back ...
    I purchased some items n recharged amount isRs. 1910. That transaction is failed. The amount is refunded on my paytm wallet. I recharged that amount on November r december . Please note this complaint n refund my amount.

        I ordered a shoe from paytm & upon receiving the order I found out that the product was torn at multiple places so upon asking for a refund or replacement they said that my account has been flagged and I can’t have a refund or replacement . Now I wasn't made aware of this policy before purchasing the product, this is really unfair and unacceptable.

          Dear sir, i sukhwinder kaur a teacher is frauded today date 26 march 2017 by a person unknown to me who gave his identity as sbi associate and by asking me my atm card particulars he completed his transactions worth rs. 13350 on paytm pos.Trx #[protected] time 6.27 pm dt. 26 march 2017 &[protected].29 pm same date. Please help me and make blocking transactions on paytm so that payment can be reversed.

            I have booked item from Paytm site Order No :[protected] on 14 Mar 2017 and same was shipped through delhivery AWB Number: S[protected]. Even after completion of expected due date I have not received my order. I was constantly mailing them about this issue but instead of solving problem they are sending same predetermined message to me and without solving complaint they are closing complaint ticket # 24191785. Even after continous mailing they arenot doing anything. nor I got any call from courier partner delhivey AWB Number: S[protected] through which they shipped package . On tracking they have mentioned of attempt of delivery on 18th and 20th March 2017. But no one from their side contacted to me on that day nor anyone came to address mentioned by me.I have raised complaint with courier partner by mailing them but they too did nothing.
            I have been still waiting for my order but no concrete sureity given by either by shopping site nor by courier partner.
            Now I just want confirmation will they deliver the product or should I cancel the order.

                Have been using paytm for two yeras and haven't faced any serious issues. But on[protected] I've sent an amount of 500/- from my Paytm account wallet to a wrong mobile number. After that I raised three tickets to refund the amount through Paytm's own website and none responded. Please solve my problem.

                  Dear sir, I stored my 5, 000₹ in Paytm wallet to and to my friend suddenly my Paytm wallet is signed out and says I am temporarily blocked for login
                  I forgot my mail id because in creation I am busy
                  I requested them with another mail they said share the bank statement of Paytm transaction
                  I shared that information in PDF format
                  But they said send me in registered mail I tell them a lot of times
                  In my transaction receipt there is clearly visible of transaction code
                  They cheated me for 5, 000₹
                  I am a student it's valuable to me
                  Just kindly think how can we digest if we lost 5, 000 rupees without a reason
                  Please Paytm give me money back

                      I m trying to book my flight ticket from delhi to surat .. I used my credit card for this payment and payment is 20, 345 .. During credit card verification i done all process for done th payment but, , , lastly when i press. "DONE " on botton then . Suddenly deducted ammount of 20, 345 from my AXIX BANK ACCOUNT... And then me app showing me that your payment is not succesful, , but Amont is deducted in my account .. Also my ticket is not confirm from PAYTM

The payment shows failed in the app called "little" but my money got deducted from bank account. I received a message from paytm showing transfer from bank successful. I want my money refunded.

                            On 18th of march 2k17 at 06:53 i tried to transfer Rs.960 to my axis bank
                            account but my transaction was unsuccessful but still the money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I'm saying its unsuccessful because the money is not reflecting in my bank account and its a week now and if at that time its successful so why i did'nt get any mail from paytm and neither a single message from my bank account ??? I raised a ticket and as a reply
                            paytm said we refunded your money on 20-03-17 but i'm saying that my transaction was unsuccessful. Please reply me ASAP and give my money back, i'm a old customer of your's and have faith on paytm. I want my money back from you because my bank says that there is no such transaction happened on that date.

                                I have ordered blue star 1.5 ton 5 star standard window ac 5w18ga under the order [protected]. The payment was done in advance and as per wbsite the delivery should be on 18th march 2017. There is a tracking no availble on web site but its not showing anything. No proper response from paytm customer care till date. Several mail exchanged but only mail received stating paytm will check with shipper.

                                    I have made payment for jio prime Plans of rupees 303 but they haven't received. Their suggestions is that the fault is on patym side. I had a long conversation with jio network about this. They said the the fault is on patym wallets. And the big company paytm is not reverting on my problem. I have sent so many emails, complaints but no reply.

                                      This is complaint regarding payment not updated at PGVCL.

                                      I’ve paid my electricity bill using paytm on 1st March’17, amount INR. 1300. But somehow the same has not been credited to PGVCL account. When i enquired at PGVCL office, they asked me to check with Paytm as they are not responsible for the same.

                                      Now, first of all, I need justification why the same was not sent to PGVCL?
                                      I got call from PGVCL about disconnection of electricity line or I’ll have to pay fine to continue enjoying services. Who is responsible for the same as payment was debited from my Paytm account on 1st March itself.

                                      Also, Pay fine of Rs.500 for delay from your end!
