On 16 Nov 2020, I 'Firoj Nadaf' did Payment Of 1200/- Towards Purchasing Of Borosil Bowls. However My Order Was Not Placed At Borosil And Unfortunately This Payment Was Transferred To Paytm Through My Bank Account. This Payment Was Done At Paytm E Commerce (Reference OID: [protected], UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Transaction Date: 16 Nov 2020, 11:17, Refer Attachment). I Had Raised Query At Paytm And basis on their Response, I Have Been Contacting Paytm Helpline Number[protected], But No Response Received On UPI Helpline Port Even After Providing Reference ID & UPI ID. Here I Am Requesting To Refund My 1200/- Amount To My Bank Account Else On Paytm Wallet.
Expecting Support To Resolve This Issue.
