Hey, my money deducted from my paytm account it was 990rs for dispute or some kind of thing like that I don't know why it happened to me and I was not notified also about the deduction of money and I want my money back.I several times tried to contact the costumer care for the refund of my money but nothing came from their side. Please kindly help

    It was a very pathetic experience shopping with paytm. They have delivered wrong product and denied to take return. I had raised for return on 19th feb. Now its showing return cancelled.

      Hello, my name is sachin, i canceled an order i made of red tape black hoodie i ordered from paytm mall. On 28th jan I placed the order and canceled it because I didn't approve the courier service which was assigned to deliver it. So as per the paytm the order is already refunded, but its been 4 days i have not received any amount. I complained to paytm customer care through their contact us section many times, but no any response or resolution, hence i am complaining it here now. The order details are as below-

        I Nanaiah A.J, received Scratch and Win Contest coupon through post/courier which stats that i ve won 10 lacs rupees and a letter stating that dont call the customer service number and given a helpline number "[protected]". I have to raise a complaint regarding this fraud company that how my personal details are going to this unwanted fraud companies.

          Past one month, i'm try to do the return, but your still not resolving the ticket and closing yours side with out conforming me. I'm very much un happy with this service provided by paytm. I have asked that, please take a proper resolving action. Or else please give the address i'm ready to ship the product to your place, but i'm don't any proper response. Please refund my money, i'm not happy about the product.

              I have added a certain amount to my paytm wallet. But when i was paying for my electricity bill it didn't paid but displayed a error message. Same thing happened when I was paying at a shop through QR code scan.

                    I received wrong sized shoes from paytm mall and requested for return but the seller has rejected the return request without even informing me. How can you reject the return, if return request was raised due to wrong fitting of shoes. Did you not read your own replacement policy? Deeply disheartened!!

                        I have ordered salted cashew as par description given by seller at paytm mall shopping app for 800 gram weight but I have recd. only 400 gram (2×200 gram) on 16th January instead of 800 gram as seller given in description clearly.
                        I have raise a complaint no. 18102717 with full detail on paytm customer care on 17th January but get no response from paytm till today.
                        Pls resolve it with paytm and oblige.

                          I had placed an order on Paytm mall. The delivery was made of a wrong product. Being given wrong product, I tried to return the product but the request for return is being rejected by the seller. I had shown the pics of the box with label while raising ticket for the same, had the product been correctly delivered would not have been suitable for delivery in existing package box. It's been 3 days since I have raised the issue on Twitter to their customer care but only I am getting is assurance to wait for some more time without a definite timeline for resolution.

                          What should I say about their customer care, they mention it 24/7 but despite making so many calls there is no one to pick up the call. Also, even after raising the complaint on App and twitter, the team is not bothered to call me and understand the issue.
                          I want my money back. I have no interest in the worthless product dispatched to me.

                          I had raised the complain as mentioned below, I am not sure why has this been tagged as resolved. This is not acceptable.

                          The complaint is still unresolved as at the time of posting.

                          Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong product delivered and no return accepted for same. Order id ref #[protected]

                          I had placed an order on Paytm mall. The delivery was made of a wrong product.                             I recently bought a DSLR Lens (Order No. [protected]) while buying it was showing that the return policy was applicable and I bought the same. Once the lens was delivered of Canon brand, the packaging was not proper and no authenticity seal was there and the lens was not a fit to the camera as well, to which when I raised the complaint the same day in the night, till that time return policy was seen applicable. By the time in the morning when I registered the issue again on Paytm support through app, just after that the return policy for my order was changed. This raised the alarm and I can definitely say from the order of events. Have been calling Customer Care, adding concerns on the Paytm portal, no followup or support has been received properly. I would request the team to proactively look into this and support me. It's really saddening that the sellers onboarded are playing with customer sentiments and delivering suboptimal products and committing a fraud.

                              On 16 Nov 2020, I 'Firoj Nadaf' did Payment Of 1200/- Towards Purchasing Of Borosil Bowls. However My Order Was Not Placed At Borosil And Unfortunately This Payment Was Transferred To Paytm Through My Bank Account. This Payment Was Done At Paytm E Commerce (Reference OID: [protected], UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Transaction Date: 16 Nov 2020, 11:17, Refer Attachment). I Had Raised Query At Paytm And basis on their Response, I Have Been Contacting Paytm Helpline Number[protected], But No Response Received On UPI Helpline Port Even After Providing Reference ID & UPI ID. Here I Am Requesting To Refund My 1200/- Amount To My Bank Account Else On Paytm Wallet.
                              Expecting Support To Resolve This Issue.

                                        I am a policy holder of Star heath for the last few years . My last policy number is P 231115/01/2020/012981. For the next renewal, on 04th Jan 2021 I made an online payment with my ICICI account on the link provided by Star health . Payment was successful from ICICI bank side but failed to Star health and got stuck with the payment gateway of Star Health, which is the Paytm Mobile solution . As a proof I am attaching herewith screen shot of my account and the confirmation email got from ICICI Bank . I request you to resolve this matter and credit the sum to my ICICI account, from which it was debited .
