Fastag not working at all. Paytm is harassing its customers.
first the order was delivered 4 days late. Second money got debited twice while the tag was still not delivered to me. Thirdly, the tag shows system suspended inspite of having sufficient balance

    I Have applied for FASTAG, got an message as first attempt is failed. SO tried next day . it is confirmed..

    after few days both got delivered.

    now i am trying to cancel one but, unable to cancel..
    so NO refund until cancel...

      Dear Consumer court,

      Greetings

      I got refund from Amazon Rs. 549and 1989. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me transaction id which is [protected], [protected].

      But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.

      But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which amazon provided [protected], [protected].

      i am also sharing refference number of that mail which i sent to Paytm Payment bank[protected] .

      Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.

        I have a Paytm bank account and I tried to transfer the amount in my Paytm Bank account to my ICICI bank account. I have typed my phone number which is linked to my ICICI bank account and made a transaction of 10000 Rupees. The amount got deducted from the account but is showing the money has been paid to Black Inc, which I have no idea who is, and the amount is transferred from my bank to an unauthorized number. I have raised the issue regarding this to the Paytm customer team within minutes and I raised the issue to cancel the transaction and refund the money. Since there is no reply from the team. My phone number is [protected] and my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com the transaction I made was to this number but the amount is showing it went to Black Inc but not showing their Account number or phone number or any kinds of details. Please take proper action against this fraudulent activity and a fine penalty to them and refund my money from Paytm authorities. Thank you

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          These online accounts claimed to be astrologers who said they would help me in return of the following amounts of money.

          These accounts are numbers of online scammers who have scammed me and looted me of in total

          Rs. 20, 000.

          I would like to report these online scammers and fraudsters to the police authorities who are looting innocent people in the name of God and Astrology.

          I would also request paytm to help me recover the amount of Rs.20, 000 from these online fraudsters and scammers.

          I have lost alot of money. I would request you to investigate the following phone numbers and paytm upi accounts and help me to get my money back.

          Please help me to resolve this issue and report these criminals to the police as soon as possible.

            I have paid the amount through upi. Now they are not returning back my money. Help me to get the the amount which I have spend.

              I purchased a Liberty shoe on the 30th of November from Paytm Mall. The size went a bit big for me so I placed a return request on the same day of its receipt i.e. on the 4th of Dec 2020. Even after the passing of 11 days no one has come to pick the material and neither the money refunded. The shoe was purchased for 3000 with cash back of 600, so the effective price was Rs 2400. Tried to contact customer care but every time it was routed to mail for which they are not providing any response till date. Such a big company with such practice is unthinkable. I would like my money refunded and material taken back as 2400 is not a small amount.

                I tried to transfer from my paytm wallet an amount of Rs 49 for recharging my mobile no [protected] at 15.54 hrs on 7thdec2020 via order no[protected] and wallet transaction I.D [protected].Your records show that money has been paid to Bharthi airtel where as airtel confirms that the amount has not been credited to them.Myseveral attempts to draw your attention through my mobile have not borne fruit.kindly let me know the exact position w.r.to this wallet transferand if needed take corrective action under intimation to me.Expecting your urgent attention Dr.Narayanaswamy

                    I have been scammed of 5700Rs, today.. The fraud gave me a QR code to scan .. As soon as i scanned..one by one..3 transactions were done.. Total 5700 rs. Immedietly he then deleted every picture .. I have enclosed the Fraud's No. . plz Help what to do next..?? I have online complaint registered at cybercrme.gov. how willi get my money back?

                        On 27 June 2020 @ 6:30PM I have made a transaction from PAYTM DEBIT CARD Of Rupees 1556 to a Emitra wallet, PAYTM showed it succesful with Transaction ID S21972922 & Refrence No.[protected]. but this amount was not credited to merchant wallet, and I complained PAYTM to resolve this case and i have submitted all the essential documents company asked to submit, but since then company giving one date or the other date even asking ro wait for months too, now its been six months and i can't rely on the company that it will ever solve the case by refunding the amount because company is not even able to give me sastisfactory response. please take my request and help me in refunding my amount.

                            I am unable to login into my account from 2 months...i have been complaint paytm customer care in november and 7 december.my referance number is[protected] ...i called and do email to customer care so many time in last 2 months., but they didn't solved my login issue..even they are trying to make me fool..i have approx 2500 rupees in my paytm wallet...if you are unable to solve my paytm login issue than please transfer my money from paytm wallet to my bank account...pls look into it...it is saying something went wrong...pls resolve it soon

                              I cancelled a train ticket which was booked through IRCTC app via SCB netbanking (paytm payment gateway) on 21/10/2020 of 6723.67 rupees. So a refund of rupees 6105/- was to be refunded by IRCTC, which not got refunded. So I enquired n also mailed to IRCTC customer care regarding the issue and first they said it is refunded n will take 6-7 days to credit in A/C. And after some days they reverted with this 👇

                                I have made payments of Rs1070 each twice for purchase of qty 150 surgical masks but it failed. These txns have been deducted from my account vide ref nos[protected] and[protected] and paid to your PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS account as attached.
                                Kindly do needful to return the amounts since the orders could not be placed.

                                Talked to O2pro rep. (Krishma). No order placed so far . Neither the amounts of 1070 and 1070 have been refunded so far. She sends me the screen shot as attached. It does not clarify whether it is refund or successful payment for placing the order which O2pro has not done so far. I doubt the integrity of PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS and O2pro . Both are cheating the innocent customers.

                                  On 15th oct i was doing an online payment on myntra via paytm upi but due to technical issue my order wasn't placed but money was deducted from my bank account. I called myntra they said they having received the payment so I called Paytm they said me to wait for few days as they are sorting out this issue with merchant but still now I haven't got my money back, paytm is saying me to wait for 3-4 days as it requires some time for the process.

                                    I had ordered a watch for Rs 6086/- on paytm mall on 04th Nov 20 which is expected to deliver by 06th Nov 20.
                                    But to mu surprise neither product received nor amount refunded to my account.

                                    Till date i have not received my product nor the refund of my money.
                                    Customer care says you should have informed within 3 days of delivery of product and same answer on Twitter. I tried to contact to the customer care and to the delivery agent but no response from the either side.

                                    I had requested paytm higher authority to inspect the matter and provide my acknowledgement or any proof of having received this product by me or by my relatives.

                                      Sir, I applied for a job on job search site “ naukri.com, I got calls from different phone nos., [protected] ( Name told Manoj Saxena), [protected] ( Name told Ms. Kajal) and [protected] saying that we are calling from “ naukri.com” asking for some payments for a job. The person asked me to go to the site”naukrihrs.com”. I asked him this not naukri.com, the person said that it is gateway to naukri.com. I believed in him and made the payments, later I came to know that “ naukrihrs.com” has no connection with “ naukri .com”. I realized that I have been cheated. It seems to be a fraud to me. I request you sir, to so kindly help me in this regard so as to get my hard earned money back. I feel very much thankful and obliged for that.
