Greeting of the day!!!
My Name is Montu Pathania. Actually, on 24th February 2017, i did online recharge of my Delhi Metro smart card through by PayTM of sum of INR Rs. 500. The amount was immediately deducted from my bank account but, i did not get any confirmation from PayTM whether the recharge was successful. But, When i visited the AVM machine for Card TOP UP. It refused that there is not happen any kind of transaction and there was not blinking these Rs. 500 which i did online recharge from PayTM.
Now, my concern is that please handle my issue as soon as possible and refund or credit my Rs. 500 the same in my account. Even i did not get any order id from PayTM . So, while i try to contact your PayTM mobile number they were asking to me the order id . But, how can i tell them if i have no any order id.
The second thing is that please improve your customer handling approach and start your toll free number . So, that we can directly contact and talk to your representative at any time. Your contact number is chargeable service and for talking to you we have to pay . So, this is not good.
