I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to tirunelveli and i have canclled also. but when i approached for rebooking they are helpless and the response also very poor. so i called immediately the bus service provider for rebooking, they said that ticket was booked by somebody else, they are also cant help, then i requested to refund my money back since it was huge amount around Rs.1300 to 1400/-, then they said that for cancellation we are not charging any amount, but paytm is charging that amount, you can ask them to refund back because they are not supposed to charge amount for cancellation though they are not a service provider/operator. they are just a mobile app provider, but still they are saying we are following as per cancellation policy. By saying this they re eaten up my money, waste service by paytm. dont book any ticket or dont use that app only. sincere request. i was much frustrated after hearing this, how they are cheating the customer.
till today i am calling and spending 45 minutes for call charges, now 4 days are over, they are saying we cant refund my money back.
dont use paytm for bus ticket booking, never.
they wont support for rebooking and they wont follow cancellation policy as per operator's policy, they follow their own cancellation policy, they wont refund also. felt very bad and bad experience.

Updated by mariappan aru Rfurtheefurther to theabocve complaint, so many people called me and said we are calling from, we will transfer money only by card to card transfer and they asked my card details. They asked all details including cvvno.. But I did not disclosed all details. Just see how many fraud steed are reacting immediately.. But from Paytm still the refund was not initiated and Complaint is still open only.. Will approach nearest Police station legally and shortly.
