I hereby received a call on 27/02/17 by around 5pm and said that we calling from ICICI bank nungambakkam branch and her name - Kavitha and said that we offering a new credit card with increase in credit limit with photo on card and 9 digit no will be provided so that when ever uyou lost a card can track the card by 9 digit number thrugh our mobile and said will be issued without any card charges and told my card starting number and has given teh full no and also told that after an 3 beep sound have to tell the CVV no so that it will be hered only for computer and me and has given the CVV no and said after sayng the 3 digit no againt it will connect to us so that you will be getting an new card in a week time so that i given and said that the payback points will get redeem from old card to new card so that we have sent an OTP no once i say that no all points will be transfered to new card and RS - 5000 us been crdited to the bank and after a week it get replaced and balance Rs - 5000 wcan be taken using payback card in any ATMcenter so by using my credit card a fraud transaction as be made so kindly dont pay to the merchant transaction made on 27.02.2017 at 5.20pm so kindly block the payment and confirm at the earliest
Already informed in icici but told that has been transfered to paytm so kindly call at the earliest to solve the issue
so kindly cancell my last transaction amount of RS - 4999.00 from your end and do the need full at the earliest so pls call me at any time for further clarifications pls take this as an serious issue and resolve my problem at the earliest and i am awaiting for your call .

    Hi Guys,

    Paytm advertises of providing direct bus services from ahmedabad to delhi.
    As there is no other similar service available on this long route, many people like me fall into this trap. I too booked a ticket for my journey from ahmbd to delhi. The bus started around 2 hours late and it reached jaipur on time.
    Upon reaching jaipur, we were asked to change the bus as operator told us that there is no direct bus service to delhi from ahmd and they mention about direct service to only get customers!!!
    Upon changing bus, the new operator didnt allow us to sit in sleeper seats although we had already booked and paid for these sleepers. when we insisted, he started abusing and insulting us, forced us to deboard the bus. Immediately we called paytm and told their executive about our ordeal. He told us to get any other bus and the paytm will refund all that money.
    However, after sending paytm 8 emails, i have got only rs 400 and the rest of the 300 rs that i incurred from my travel to delhi from jaipur still remains unpaid.
    Their call executives are dumb fellows and have no idea on how to help people. They dont even share their seniors contacts and one is left high and dry on whom to approach.i have been duped of rs 400 total by paytm and also received innumerous amount of abuses from their travel partners.
    Paytm is promoting fraudalant bus services like parshavnath travels who are duping travellers in broad day light.

    Aafter 5 calls to paytm executives shakeel, dinesh, shudhanshu and rehman,
    case id 22680268 opened on 26 feb at 1000 am itself by me.
    All these people seem very dumb as they dont even comprehend my problem properly enough.
    all previous id closed and on 27feb, lovely singh told me that he has opened new case id 22714612
    a new case id was opened and it was 22795927 on 2331 hours on 27 feb 2017.
    Note that i got the same mail from paytm care on closure of all these cases about how paytm has refunded me total amount of 400 rs and dont have a word on the remaining 400 rs.

      Hi there, I sent money from my PayTM wallet to one of my friend's wallet, however I mistakenly entered wrong mobile number. Thus it got transferred to another number, I tried to contact him, as he is not using PayTM, money neither was there in his account nor in mine. I then tried to reach out to PayTM customer care and explained my problem, and its been almost 1 and half month so far none of them have replied me and solved my problem. They are now not even trying to listen the problem and directly replying that "We are unable to roll it back".

        Dear Sir / Ma'am,
        Greeting of the day!!!

        My Name is Montu Pathania. Actually, on 24th February 2017, i did online recharge of my Delhi Metro smart card through by PayTM of sum of INR Rs. 500. The amount was immediately deducted from my bank account but, i did not get any confirmation from PayTM whether the recharge was successful. But, When i visited the AVM machine for Card TOP UP. It refused that there is not happen any kind of transaction and there was not blinking these Rs. 500 which i did online recharge from PayTM.

        Now, my concern is that please handle my issue as soon as possible and refund or credit my Rs. 500 the same in my account. Even i did not get any order id from PayTM . So, while i try to contact your PayTM mobile number they were asking to me the order id . But, how can i tell them if i have no any order id.

        The second thing is that please improve your customer handling approach and start your toll free number . So, that we can directly contact and talk to your representative at any time. Your contact number is chargeable service and for talking to you we have to pay . So, this is not good.

        The following details of my problem is given below:

            I was booking my flight tickets on 26th December 2016 with the Order Summary of [protected] of worth Rs.5000. The money was transacted with my Bank Account No. [protected] with the transaction ID:[protected] but the Order status was failed. I had a conversation with Paytm Customer Care and they told that Paytm has not received the amount while on the other side bank statement is that the amount has been deducted and received by the merchant and till date bank has received the debited amount so they are unable to process the refund.

            Kindly look into the above matter and do the refund process as early as possible

              Hi, I'm a paytm user I'm using app from past two months and last I had received an option to upgrade my paytm wallet to paytm VIP customer, but when I disclosed my aadhar details and checked to proceed further I had received an error stating that the there is an data display error and it states that we need to take a screen shot and send this to [protected]@paytm so kindly resolve this issue

                I am unable to add money in to my paytm account through my debit card and this card is working fine with other apps like freecharge and oxygen wallet. May be it gets blocked from your side. I am regularly submitting tickets from last one month why there is no action taken yet is this your service? if this is the way to treat then its fine I will opt out from paytm if this will not fix within this week.
                Below are the order numbers against which tickets are created. Below are the just examples of your laziness I have enough order numbers more through which I have generated tickets but does not resolved. Please see the error messages are like below.

                We regret to inform you that the service of adding money to your Paytm wallet is currently not available on your card. You may still continue to transact on Paytm with the same card for other services such as recharge, bill payments, travel & movie bookings and shopping

To talk to its executives. I am very much frustrated about its returning process.
                  I requst you to please help me as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                  sir i bought iphone6 under this order id on 18 th feb 2017 and after 2 days i requested paytm to return as i didnt like it and its also not wrkng properly.but i didnt get any reply from them.they are simply befooling people by providing some moneyback offers and provide them damaged and faulty products.paytm has not provided any contact no.to talk to its executives.customers dont find any way to contact them as we have only its email id.
                  sir i want to return this product and want my money back.please help me as soon as possible.

                      While using paytm app, i was transacting an amount of 1000 rs from my canara bank into paytm wallet ...money was deducted from my bank account but not recieved in paytm wallet...
                      then i complained in bank..the bank manager told me to contact paytm...when i contacted paytm..they say contact your bank..please help...i am poor student!!
                      here is the bank statement that shows that paytm has deducted my money on 14/02/2017 at 16:26
                      but this money was not came in my paytm wallet..

                        I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to tirunelveli and i have canclled also. but when i approached for rebooking they are helpless and the response also very poor. so i called immediately the bus service provider for rebooking, they said that ticket was booked by somebody else, they are also cant help, then i requested to refund my money back since it was huge amount around Rs.1300 to 1400/-, then they said that for cancellation we are not charging any amount, but paytm is charging that amount, you can ask them to refund back because they are not supposed to charge amount for cancellation though they are not a service provider/operator. they are just a mobile app provider, but still they are saying we are following as per cancellation policy. By saying this they re eaten up my money, waste service by paytm. dont book any ticket or dont use that app only. sincere request. i was much frustrated after hearing this, how they are cheating the customer.
                        till today i am calling and spending 45 minutes for call charges, now 4 days are over, they are saying we cant refund my money back.

                        dont use paytm for bus ticket booking, never.
                        they wont support for rebooking and they wont follow cancellation policy as per operator's policy, they follow their own cancellation policy, they wont refund also. felt very bad and bad experience.

                        Rfurtheefurther to theabocve complaint, so many people called me and said we are calling from, we will transfer money only by card to card transfer and they asked my card details. They asked all details including cvvno.. But I did not disclosed all details. Just see how many fraud steed are reacting immediately.. But from Paytm still the refund was not initiated and Complaint is still open only.. Will approach nearest Police station legally and shortly.

                          This is to bring to your kind attention that there is a fraudulent activity transaction happened calling as a paytm customer care. To brief you more on this, I have received one paytm customer care mobile no. [protected] on Google, while talking he said he will resolve my problem, he just wanted to verify the Debit card no. they took my debit card details along with CVV and OTP details confirming that it is one time payment and will be credited to your account.

                          However, subsequently I received a message after sharing the details with the person on a call and I got a receipt SMS from my bank account that an worth Rs 9999 on POS Airtel money at Airtel money Txn OTHPG 121377.

                          This is seems to be a fraudulent activity and request your intervention to track the transaction and credit the amount money to my respective SBI account.

                          Request your help and support at the earliest.

                            I added money from SBM debit card 4000 to my wallet on 6th December 2016 and the same amount on 7th December 2016 by mistake I pressed RETURN TO BANK button. That's all it's deducted from wallet. I called customer and mailed them so many times, I got replied that it's already credit on 08th December to SBI account, I have a SBI account but I didn't receive any amount. They are telling to approach to SBI bank. Which SBI I have to go. Whose account is that. Please help in this issue. Transaction ID is [protected]

                              I, Mrs Hema Malini SK Deepak (Tel No. [protected]/[protected]) placed an order for MI.E Wet and dry vaccum cleaner with PAYTM and paid the cash in advance for the product on 18.02.2017. The item has not been delivered so far. So I was not interested anymore in it and cancelled the order asking for refund of money paid by me on 24.02.2017. But PAYTM has neither delivered the product nor it has refunded my money. This was the worst experience I had with PAYTM although there are several other issues still pending with the company. Even the person who is supposed to deliver the item Messrs Laxmi Truston (as I could see the name from true caller ) whose mobile No. is [protected] does not care to attend my call or answer my query regarding delivery of the ordered item. I have called PAYTM helpline several times but there has been no response but only vague promises. I therefore demand that my money Rs.424/- may be immediately refunded by PAYTM or else I will be forced to file a complaint in the Consumer Court for the same.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I transferred Rs 4830 to my Paytm a/c :[protected] vide PayTM order no : [protected] from my Punjab National Bank account no : [protected]. (Transaction Id: S[protected] on 20th Feb w2017.

                                This amount of Rs 4830 got debited from my PNB account - I got confirmation from my bank.

                                But the same is not yet credited in to my Paytm wallet.

                                Kindly look in to and help me on this.

                                  I am trying to call the customer care of Paytm, but nobody is responding me. Neither my payment has been successful to my mobile company nor my payment came back in my wallet. They do not have any Representative to talk with the customer.

                                        I applied to Add money to my paytm wallet and got succesfully . Amount of Rs. 2500 and been debited from my bank account but does not reflect in my paytm account. In bank statemwent it clearly shows Rs. 2500 debited to PAYTM.This is the 2nd time i have faced same issue with PAYTM. Earlier too this incident happen while transfering from Paytm to Bank Account but atlast it got resolved from PAYTM.
