Its all ready 7 days has been passed but no action has been taken on my request, i have also register my request to customer care[protected], [protected]) on this numbers on[protected] at 12;05 pm on friday but not even a single response i have been received from your side. "what a stupid" facility you are providing for your customers. If are holding a company like paytm at international level and responding like this to your customer. But sorry to say but i am highly embarrass with this kind of service from your side

Through this emails i request you for please help me... By taking my case or request at majority level. And kindly help me with appropriate help.

On 18-feb-2017 at morning a person deepak kumar reddy with mobile number +[protected] called me on my mobile and said he is calling from paytm authorities your account has been hacked so you has to reset it again and he knows my every detail even my account number and my email id also... So i believe him and... As he say... I trusted him nd give him my atm pin and otp code by mistake twice and in result i have been fraud by him and he stole 6000 rupees through my state bank of patiala bank through your esteem software of paytm may be he had add money into his account or he had purchased something (Shopping). And when i receive a messages of deduction of rs - 6000 then i realised i have been fooled by that person

Through attachment i can show you my state bank of patiala e-passbook statement of 6000 rupees deduction with your paytm transaction number also there with 6000 amount deduction on date on 18-feb-2017 and also attaching my id proof as my originality verification and details of my paytm account (Login id) also is there:

    Paytm simply Blocked my Paytm Account, for which there is no response from
    i have not done anything against their paytm rules, they are not giving any response, why they blocked my account and my money of Rs 1150 rs is Struck in the Account. I am unable t get my money, This Paytm is worst, not a singe person to Attend call and there is no response to emails also, i have given nearly 10-15 complaints to them not even single person attended the call, wants to solve this issue

      A person payed a sum of Rs. 1864 to my Paytm account on 26th Feb 2017 (Yesterday) around 8.45 pm. i got the SMS as " We have Successfully sent Rs. 1864 to XXXXXX2691. your reference number for this transaction is [protected]. But i didn't received any amount to my Paytm Wallet. So, kindly do the needful in this regard. And kindly tell me that if a person made a payment to other paytm customer how long you will to take to create the amount to the concern paytm customer.

                My Paytm account with mob no [protected] has been blocked to place any orders. This is the worst experience I've had with online shopping. I just returned few products I ordered because I didn't like them. Paytm initially blocked returns and replacements for the account. And after a couple of months I cannot even place any orders saying that it is to protect against fraud. I don't understand how does returning some products becomes a fraud. No other shopping app has ever raised such a concern. If you don't want to provide good customer service just shut down your company instead of treating your customers like criminals. Worst shopping experience ever. I'll never recommend Paytm to anyone. In fact I'll definitely make sure to circulate a word against using Paytm

                I got calls from Paytm team to explain regarding my previous complaint. After explaining to 3 or 4 people I asked them how many times do I have to tell them about the complaint. I am in office and I have to work also. The customer care guy named Some Parmar (Rahul or Rajesh I don't recollect) threatens me that do u want to activate ur account or not? I asked him if he is doing a favour to me or it is his job to resolve consumer complaints? He hung up on me. I haven't seen such rude behaviour from any customer care service. This is ridiculous and actually criminal to threaten a customer
                Exactly this is what happening to me also. They blocked my account for new orders and mine few other accounts too. Moreover they blocked mine friends account too stating that we are doing fraud. We can do anything which put paytm in profit except placing an order. Wow that's great paytm. Keep it up. My account is blocked from april 2017. Whenever I compaint they gave the same pre-written answers. Moreover my account is KYC complete. Still these people are doing like this.

                Same happened with me. Paytm has restricted my account for placing order just because I returned the products with a valid reason as mentioned in their return policy. As per the Paytm I am abusing their marketplace policy and as i was like"seriously". This is the first time happening with me while doing online shopping. No doubt i never had any great expectations from Paytm but recently i had started using it and i find the products good and i have recommended to my friends as well. There is a well knowing saying in marketing: "Customer is the King", so if you have to survive in this competitive market of E-Commerce you better care for your customers.
                Hope someone is reading from Paytm and look into these matter!
                PayTm is the absolute worst. I ordered a few jewellery items from PayTm and they sent me wrong items and broken items everytime. I complained and wanted to return them. They gave me my refund after a lot od haggling. Now they've blocked my account saying I was misusing policies. According to Paytm, you pay for what you want but they will send you whatever they want even broken items but you should keep them because they will block you otherwise. I called the customer care, was on hold for 20 minutes and they didn't help. I texted and they didn't help either. Worst place, cheating customers.

                  I bought a phone from PayTM.The courier boy claims that he has givem to someone around my area which i dont know know that particular person.I filed multiple request regarding this issue. I didnt get any positive respone from PayTM.I want my money back as it is not delivered to the rightful owner.I approached nearest police station to get it resolved. They told me its the fault of delivery boy.They want me to file FIR against couriesr boy and the courier company for cheating and to file a complainy to consumer court for defecincy in service against PayTM.

                    when my account is recovered with mobile no. ([protected]).
                    my Paytm Wallet Balance is Rs.0/-.

                    when i contacted customer service they were telling that they don't have any transaction records.

                        I was supposed to send Rs 1000 to a certain mobile number as i was told that this is the amount which was to be paid as a security deposit for promotions held by this person. I was given all the details of the event where i was supposed to work and it is scheduled for 27th of February when i had to commence my event work. The employer asked me to deposit 1000 rupees in the HR's account giving me a valid reason for the same which was paying the security fees for the uniform they were to provide for the event. After asking enough questions to the person, i agreed to pay that amount using PayTm wallet. I was promised that i would get all the details of the event in the form of an email, however i have received nothing. In fact, the person has stopped taking my calls and refuses to share any detail/ delaying in sending the mail that she was supposed to.
                        Please look into this, i have paid my amount successfully however been cheated by this person.
                        I am attaching a few screenshots of our chat as a proof of evidence.
                        Please help me get my refund to the earliest as possible.

                          Paytm is wrongly showing my paytm wallet zero. i already hv 29 rupees on 24january 2017, i added 500 rupees on same day. from that day to today i didnt make any transaction. paytm wallet was showing 529 rupees balance till this evening. now suddenly it is showing zero balance.

                          where is my money... who stolen ? no shopping or transaction made from my account. i have no transaction massage my msg box. its a fraud by paytm itself. do the necessary action as soon as possible. otherwise i ll initiate the issue on next level.

                            My father got call from the number [protected] as SBI bank official. and he asked Debit card number, CIF Number, Pin number etc. My Brother thought he is from SBI bank and my father revealed all the details what ever he has asked. Then after around 19000 rs got debited from his account. Please take some immediate action towards the culprit and refund us our money.My father also registered police complaint against it.

                              I deposited money in my PayTM wallet amount of 4000 /-thousand ruppe with a bank transaction.The status of the Order ID shows failed, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the PayTM wallet or bank account. Money deducted date is 26/12/2016 8:46 Am. When I call PayTM customer care then PayTM guys are called you must be to go bank, and bank also doesn't take action. Plz help and kindly refund my money.                                   My number is sunny kumar and I am having a paytm account with mobile number [protected]. Few days back I entered my password wrong 5 times and then my account got blocked. Now I am not able to reset my password or login into my account. I am having good sum of money in my paytm wallet. Sir please resolve my issue so that I could login into my account or reset my password. When I try to reset my password it says your account has been temporarily blocked. Sir please help me out. I will be very grateful to you.

                                    My complaint is regarding wrong delivery of a product and I have been
                                    having this issue from almost a month I have tried my best contacting paytm
                                    customer care but it is of no use cause I am getting the same reply again
                                    and again this is the last place I am expecting a proper reply. There is no
                                    progress from a long time and I can't wait so long. The grievance page on
                                    the Paytm site also lands on the same contact us page that is of no use as
                                    the issue is not escalated. I am attaching the required images with this
                                    mail and would like you to resolve the issue quick or else give me a proper
                                    address to talk cause your customer service reply the same thing over and
                                    over for a month and nothing else.
                                    I ordered a Oppo F1 S 64gb Grey colour.

                                    [protected]--. But in the box there was an -opp neo-5
                                    #NAME?
                                    There are also no options to send a message or call to the seller, all the customer care numbers dont work as they all are auto answered by computers. My complaint number is 21219912 on payTM.

                                      I ordered sweets from haldiramsonline.com on 20th feb, payment was done through paytm. The order was instantly cancelled but money got deducted from my account. It's been 5 days and there is no mail from paytm to ensure for refund. Also there is no proper customer care number or mail id where i can reach paytm.
                                      The order id is HD00018083, I request paytm to refund my money to bank as soon as possible.

                                        Sir, I placed an order for Oppo Neo-7 Black on Paytm on 21st February 2017, but till 23rd Feb there were no update in order and paid via credit card at the time of placing order. we called up in customer care to ask for the order status and they said it will take almost 15 days to deliver the same, they also said there will be no cancellation charges for the same. so we cancelled the order.
                                        now they have deducted Cancellation charges without intimating .
