Hello sir,
My number is sunny kumar and I am having a paytm account with mobile number [protected]. Few days back I entered my password wrong 5 times and then my account got blocked. Now I am not able to reset my password or login into my account. I am having good sum of money in my paytm wallet. Sir please resolve my issue so that I could login into my account or reset my password. When I try to reset my password it says your account has been temporarily blocked. Sir please help me out. I will be very grateful to you.

I have been emailing paytm care and cyber cell still i am not getting any solution. I am very much frustrated now. I want my money back at any cost and i dont want your paytm wallet services

    Sir,
    My complaint is regarding wrong delivery of a product and I have been
    having this issue from almost a month I have tried my best contacting paytm
    customer care but it is of no use cause I am getting the same reply again
    and again this is the last place I am expecting a proper reply. There is no
    progress from a long time and I can't wait so long. The grievance page on
    the Paytm site also lands on the same contact us page that is of no use as
    the issue is not escalated. I am attaching the required images with this
    mail and would like you to resolve the issue quick or else give me a proper
    address to talk cause your customer service reply the same thing over and
    over for a month and nothing else.
    I ordered a Oppo F1 S 64gb Grey colour.
    On[protected]order no-[protected][protected] and received it on
    [protected]--. But in the box there was an -opp neo-5
    #NAME?
    There are also no options to send a message or call to the seller, all the customer care numbers dont work as they all are auto answered by computers. My complaint number is 21219912 on payTM.

      I ordered sweets from haldiramsonline.com on 20th feb, payment was done through paytm. The order was instantly cancelled but money got deducted from my account. It's been 5 days and there is no mail from paytm to ensure for refund. Also there is no proper customer care number or mail id where i can reach paytm.
      The order id is HD00018083, I request paytm to refund my money to bank as soon as possible.

      Hi my 60k rupees still not came to bank. I will go to consumer court if it do not come within one week.

        Sir, I placed an order for Oppo Neo-7 Black on Paytm on 21st February 2017, but till 23rd Feb there were no update in order and paid via credit card at the time of placing order. we called up in customer care to ask for the order status and they said it will take almost 15 days to deliver the same, they also said there will be no cancellation charges for the same. so we cancelled the order.
        now they have deducted Cancellation charges without intimating .

            I am not getting regular Discount as announced by Govt of India to support Demonetization.

            Also I am not getting proper promo codes for adding money to my wallet

            I need a proper solution, I will provide my transaction details when it is required.

              i placed an order, order id is [protected], i got this at 15, due to size issue i return this order at 16 but still after 10 days of return this item no one picked this item from my address and when i email to paytm than they gave me just a ticket id no is, 22240509, but no satisfactory answer, after 10 days have been passed and it is not picking this item from my home which is useless for me.

                  I have a paytm account with [protected], on 17/01/2017 I had recieved a call from one agent and offering me about International Gold card and many offer and they asked me the details of credit card after sometime the amount Rs 6904 has been deducted from my credit card but the statement show that it's has been deducted by PAYTM APP NOIDA IN. They gave their helping no [protected]. Many times I have been contact you but not getting any answer from you.
                  Please its request that look into this and do the solution.

                    Hi,
                    Please refuse the transactions that are done through my card no. [protected] as these transaction are not done by me.
                    Someone called from mobile nos [protected] and verification call from [protected] told me that he is calling from SBI and they said that they refund the debit card redeem points to my account.
                    They asked my SBI Card details . I have provided my SBI ATM card details .

                    After Some time I got below messages

                    To Pay Rs.4999 +4999 debited from my account and transferred to your company account PayTM Mobile Solutions Noida.

                    so please kindly cancel all that transactions and help me to debit in my account. My name is ; Philomina my atm card number is [protected] state bank of India my register mobile no is : [protected]

                      I have paytm account associated with my phone number 8277.25384.
                      one fine morning Rs 1191 was missing from my account. i have send several mail no satisfactory reply was received. or the my missing amount was credited to my account. again & again the balance are showing some missing amount lesser than due balance and subsequently made good. in spite all happening the missing amount of Rs 1191 was not credited to my wallet balance.

                      complaint was registered. but till date I did not received my misses amout of Rs 1191.87 to my wallet. on 24.02.2017. some one from paytm called me and intimated me that my amount will be credited to my account within 7 days. today is 06.03.2017. no action to get my missed amount

                          Sir/Madam,
                          I place an order on Paytm of Rs. 9574 on 18 February 2017 and I paid through online. My Order ID is [protected]. I was unsatisfied with the speed of delivery so I cancelled my order when it was in shipment stage on 21 February 2017. But from then when I write to Paytm regarding the refund of my money they always replied wait for 3-4 days. But they are not giving any updates about my refund neither they give any positive response.
                          Please help me with this regard.

                                Money transferred to hacked mobile no and Paytm no is [protected].

                                3000 Rs transferred to above account no and this no is used for fraud purpose.

                                Kindly blocked this no and share details of this number.

                                Actually messenger hacked of my relatives and then he chat with me as a family member then he request me for transferred money. so i transfer money then i confirmed by call and no was fraud.

                                Please help me out of this concern and help to refund mney.

                                      My Mahanagar Gas Ltd, Mumbai consumer no. is[protected], name Sudhir Keshav Bhave. I paid bill amt Rs. 1388.00 on 17/02/2017, paytm order no. [protected], debiting my Bank of Maharashtra savings a/c.

                                      I checked bill payment and found that still my bill was shown due, not paid. I again paid Rs. 1488.00, Rs. 100.00 late payment fine, on 21/02/2017, paytm order no. [protected], wallet no. [protected].

                                      Still the gas bill is shown due, not paid. What is happening in your company? Has your company collapsed like Snapdeal ?

                                      This is disgusting, not acceptable. Immediately return my Rs. 1388.00 + 1488.00 and pay Rs. 50000.00 damages for causing anxiety, not doing needful in time, it is a case of cheating. I shall be forced to file criminal complaint against your company.
