I got promo code on payment of PGVCL electricity bill.

This code I got when I proceed for PGVCL electricity bill with promo code FILMY
When I used it after 24 hours as mention it not processed as you teal me
So I request you don't give such unuse able promo code
And give 150 return in my paytm wallet

    Dear Sir,

    I have not been refunded my due money amount Rs 200/- which was deducted from my bank account. But due to failed transaction of my DMRC Metro card recharge, Paytm had not refunded my due amount of Rs 200/-.

    The customer care also had not given a satisfied answer to solve my problem.
    Please look into the matter and take action.

      Try to access paytm wallet but always getting the following message:

      Access denied

      You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.paytm.com/oauth2/authorize?" on this server.

      And i can't login. I inform several times to [protected]@paytm.com but no reply.

        I was told by UBER customer care that I will be getting paytm cashback offer only if I ride with Uber and pay the whole amount using paytm wallet
        and that I should not be using any promocode with that travel.
        That is the reason I had taken 2 trips on cashback ending date Feb 12, 2017. But paytm team has granted me cashback for the ride which I had taken
        on 8Feb using 35 Rs off promocode. They have given me cash back of RS. 61.93+13.36+11.89. Out of this, 13.36 and 11.89 are cash back for rides which I took using 35Rs off promocode on 8 th FEB. I need cashback for rides which is took on 12 Feb worth Rs.180.25 and 185.29 and not for the rides which i took on 8feb.
        I had send around 22 emails regarding this issue and paytm team is just responding some by hearted sentences and pretending as if they are not understanding and replying we have granted cashback for so and so rides.

          I did payment through paytm for rail reservation from irctc portal when i did it payment deducted but reservation not done and did not reflect anywhere while only a message i had received was"(Your a/c 141778 is debited inr 2531.34 on[protected]:39:05 a/c bal is inr info: pur/paytm mobile solutions/noida/paytm mobile solutions/seq no[protected]" so kindly help me out in this asap!! And refund my money in the same account from which payment had been done else in my paytm wallet please take this on high priority!!! I had called each and every number of your support section but did not talk to customer agent...

                HI,

                I have Created Paytm Wallet Account on 19th Feb as i had to load some funds for some online transactions.

                My Paytm wallet number is [protected].

                I made the account successfully and loaded Rs 5001 on the same time, Withing half an hour, Paytm Application automatically logged out my account, and blocked it for login.

                Now my money is stuck there, and i have been in touch with paytm executives over the phone since then, but they are not able to find out any solution for this, nor unblocking my account.

                They do not have enough knowledge as to how we can unlock the account, not even any of their seniors are responding.

                I dont know what to do, as my money is stuck there and i need to make urgent payment.

                Please help me.

                Not getting any support from them, just frequent calls and repeated questions to understand the case.

                  I have made online bank transaction through website onlinefreelogo.com for purchase of logo. I have paid rs.900 on 09/2/17 thruough paytm and the amount also debited in my bank account. But supplier has informed that they have not received the amount till date.

                  In my hdfc bank statement transction id is mentioned as [protected] (Paytmprintbindaaspvt) and ref. No.[protected].

                  The money is not found returned to my accout till date. I request you to kindly look into the matter to resolve this problem

                    My brother got call from the number [protected] as Indian bank official. and he asked Debit card number, CIF Number, Pin number etc. My Brother thought hes from Indian bank and my brother revealed all the details what ever he has asked. Then after around 33800 rs got debited from his account. Please take some immediate action towards the culprit and refund us our money. As this is haapened today, Now my brother is about to give police complaint.

The payment has been deducted from account but not credited into paytm wallet. The transaction has declined but i still not received my amount in my account yet. This is part of my salary i am facing mental pressure from feb 12, 2017. I have to pay someone.in fact my cheque is also bounce.

                            I recently ordered a boat basshead headset and what i got was a set of gillette use and throw razors. Return option is not available in the app or website where is product appears to be still on shipping process. Customer support is also not reliable. Feeling helpless now.

                              By my paytm wallet no. [protected] i sent rs.3500 to this number [protected] is of my bank account link number as i am new user to paytm i did not have idea that other number should be of paytm no. And no. [protected] does not paytm account so amount stuck but money did not transfer to this no. And transaction id is [protected] but amount rs. 3500 has been deducted from paytm wallet. Then i open another paytm account with [protected] no. But money did not received to this no. So i want 3500 back in my wallet. Please give solution as soon as possible.

                                Very disappointing service from paytm team. I have purchased iphone 7 its return period is over still cashback not received tried to log complain many times but no response from paytm team. Also requested for wallet upgrade 3 weeks before still no callback from paytm. Also trying to communicate with paytm but not able to. If such issue continues we would loose hope from paytm.

                                  I am doing payment to RSRTC through paytm but due to some technical error transaction got failed but my amount has been deducted. I got a message that if your transaction has been cancelled, your money will be refunded to you within 7 days. but I didnt receive any amount. Kindly contact at my no.                                     There is mismatch of Rs 350 in my Paytm account balance. Also there is no such transaction of this amount on 21 Feb 2017.
                                    Even after explains the same to their CCE, have not received any resolution for the same
                                    Details :
                                    Post adding Rs 1000 on 21-Feb, my balance was Rs 1420 (transaction: [protected]) also I got the mail and message for the same balance confirmation.
                                    After that 2 transaction took place of Rs 253.12 ( [protected]) and Rs 270.[protected] accordingly my balance should be Rs 897.32 where as Paytm showing 547.32.
                                    There is difference of Rs 350 .
