HI,
I have Created Paytm Wallet Account on 19th Feb as i had to load some funds for some online transactions.
My Paytm wallet number is [protected].
I made the account successfully and loaded Rs 5001 on the same time, Withing half an hour, Paytm Application automatically logged out my account, and blocked it for login.
Now my money is stuck there, and i have been in touch with paytm executives over the phone since then, but they are not able to find out any solution for this, nor unblocking my account.
They do not have enough knowledge as to how we can unlock the account, not even any of their seniors are responding.
I dont know what to do, as my money is stuck there and i need to make urgent payment.
Please help me.
Not getting any support from them, just frequent calls and repeated questions to understand the case.

[1] Account or Credit Card - share account number / cc first and last 4 digits
[2] Date and amount of disputed transaction
[3] Email confirmation from merchant that funds not received at their end.
