as per your reply, I should contact idea care I first party asking you ( paytm ) second party here idea company is the third party how can I contact directly to the third party when I made a transaction with you ( 100 percent hopes & guaranty).
when the issue has arisen you are saying to contact directly then I will directly do recharge in idea care if you are not taking any responsibility then how I trust for a further transition.
