      as per your reply, I should contact idea care I first party asking you ( paytm ) second party here idea company is the third party how can I contact directly to the third party when I made a transaction with you ( 100 percent hopes & guaranty).

      when the issue has arisen you are saying to contact directly then I will directly do recharge in idea care if you are not taking any responsibility then how I trust for a further transition.

          I have transferred 950 rs. to Mr. Stanley Mathias -Mumbai on 15th Jan-2017 through Paytm; but he said he do not use Paytm and thus has not received any money; as per paytm they send a Message to receiver in case if the receiver do not have paytm he can download through a link send in that SMS & then he will receive the said amount. However in this case Mr. Stanley did not received any SMS. Upon my insist he downloaded this App; but his account did not got any cash. Now ideally irrespective of what happened at his end; I being the sender should get the cash back because my receiver has not received in in last 37 days . However paytm is refusing to repay the money which is legally mine. This is open "DADAGIRI"by paytm and they are laughig at me and saying ki "Jo hota hai kerle" ..kindly help me to get my hard earn money back...Jai Hind...

Please resolve the problem immediately

                On 9/2/17 at 9.15 a. m I have transferred Rs 550/ vide order no [protected].Till date the money was not credited by Paytm a/c.money was deducted by bank. Please solve my problem.I have sent several mails. At last they are asking for my bank transactions since 9/2/17.It is very humiliating to me. Please help me to get the money deducted from my bank a/c.

                    on 3 different occasions when I tried to add money through the PayTM application 4th December, 15th january and 26th January 2017 for Rs. 2000, Rs. 1000 and Rs. 2000 respectively for which my linked credit card has been debited but however wallet is not reflecting the credit in PayTM.
                    could you please look into this as my credit card bank has given a certificate that it has been paid to the merchant.

                      My paytm no. Is [protected]. I received 5000 rs. On dated 07/02/2017 from paytm no. [protected] transection Id is [protected] then I transfer 5000 rs. In my saving ac. In HDFC bank ac.[protected] on dated 07/02/2017. that payment is not show in my bank a/c and also not cr/dbt in my paytm no [protected].
                      So pls resolved this matter where is my amt 5000/- gone.
                      31/1/2017, my transaction of rs.188 was failed but meantime from my bank a/c rs.188 transaction was done, without prompting me OTP. I went to bank told about this problem, they told me to give us confirmation from paytm .After only they will refund money .

                                I have done a transaction at paytm on feb-08-2017 at 6:07pm of rs 15589/-, where the order got failed but amount deducted. the amount is not refunded.

                                Looks like you cancelled the payment. you can try again now by adding money in your wallet or choose another payment method. if you faced any issues in completing the payment, please contact us."

                                I called multiple times and registered at paytm site. none of them taken care on this. i am not able to contact direclty the paytm site customer support.
                                I need a urgent help on this. please treat this as high priority.

                                  A chocolate pouch worth RS. 225 was ordered on 9th February 2017 . The order no of pouch was [protected]. The chocolate pouch isn't delivered to me yet, but i received message regarding delivery of chocolate and the message
                                  shows that chocolate pouch has been delivered. I haven't received my chocolates yet and they are showing it delivered. I tried to call on paytm customer care no but they didn't respond. There is not any person listening to our complaints. Instead of person listening to our problems there is computer . Complaints cannot be made properly.

                                    I Booked Train ticket through PAYTM.Paytm Order #[protected]. I had Rs340 in my PAYTM Wallet. But Due to insufficient Balance in my PAYTM wallet the Transaction Failed.But Rs340 from my Wallet is been Deducted. I have complained Several times for my Refund. But there is no response from PAYTM.Hence now I will never use the Paytm for any Purpose. Paytm is looting peoples hard Earned money. And also there is no Customer Care Executive For PAYTM to file Complaint.PAYTM IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD.I request PAYTM to REFUND my Rs340.

                                        Paytm has incorrectly linked [protected] number to my email id [protected]@gmail.com.Over 60 emails exchanged between me and paytm, still issue not resolved.They have wrongly transferred my money rs311.45 to [protected] instead of my number [protected].After following up, they have transferred only rs300 to my mobile [protected].When I'm asking them to transfer the balance amount rs11.45 they are asking to provide the details of mobile [protected] which doesn't even belong to me. When I spoke to the customer service representative 3 times, they confessed that they have wrongly linked [protected] to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and that they will rectify it soon. But they haven't and still asking me to provide the details of the transaction done in this mobile in order to transfer my money back to my mobile number [protected]. I can't do that as mobile number [protected] doesn't belong to me. It's paytm fault and they need to rectify this error made at their end. There are 2 tickets raised by paytm for this query 21027096 and 22239843. Please go through all the emails exchanged and I've also attached all the screenshots in my emails which clearly shows the remaining balance I had in December end 2016 and then I got msg from paytm asking to re-register once again as my paytm has expired. Since then the balance in my account is showing nill and I've been following up since more than 2 months to get this resolved. Their customer service representatives are useless as they don't understand customer queries, they don't know how to work on the issues for resolution, they don't know how to reply to customer email. I'm extremely disappointed with such type of pathetic service by paytm. Not going to refer paytm to any of my friends and relatives. Have already asked them to uninstall paytm. Also please note there are several people who are facing this fraud by paytm which involves huge money and they will be approaching consumer court and police to give complaint. 2 of my neighbours are also facing this fraud by paytm and have already filed an fir in police. They are working on it and have recovered half the amount of 5000. The remaining amount has been incorrectly transferred by paytm to someone elses mobile number and it's been worked upon for resolution.

                                        If they don't get my issue resolved immediately, I'm going to approach consumer court and police for this fraud. Doesn't matter if it's small amount. But what paytm are doing is fraud and they need to pay for it.

                                        Been trying to call their customer service number and there isn't any options to speak to the customer service representative at all. What sort of customer service are they providing??? Rubbish.

                                        Please help in getting my issue resolved.
