on 3 different occasions when I tried to add money through the PayTM application 4th December, 15th january and 26th January 2017 for Rs. 2000, Rs. 1000 and Rs. 2000 respectively for which my linked credit card has been debited but however wallet is not reflecting the credit in PayTM.
could you please look into this as my credit card bank has given a certificate that it has been paid to the merchant.

My paytm no. Is [protected]. I received 5000 rs. On dated 07/02/2017 from paytm no. [protected] transection Id is [protected] then I transfer 5000 rs. In my saving ac. In HDFC bank ac.[protected] on dated 07/02/2017. that payment is not show in my bank a/c and also not cr/dbt in my paytm no [protected].
So pls resolved this matter where is my amt 5000/- gone....

I have booked trimmer philips qt4000 /15 pro skin advanced trimmer for men (Black) amount has been deducted from account also even i tried to call to [protected] but switch off here iam enclosing copy which i received mail when i booked

I had transfer amount from my paytm wallet to bank account on dated 5th Jan vide txn ID: [protected]. but till date i didn't get the payment from paytm. please help me on this as this is hug amount that is laying with paytm. every time when i am droping a mail to paytm they are saying that payment already credit in my account. i had even shown my account statement but till they are saying that payment is clear. please help me out of this...

On 9 Feb I was doing a transaction from my bank to paytm . the transaction was unsuccessful but money was detected from my account . when I updated my passbok money has been send to paytm but not in my wallet . plz refund my money asp . contact me on [protected]...

Hello team,
I have done a transaction at paytm on feb-08-2017 at 6:07pm of rs 15589/-, where the order got failed but amount deducted. the amount is not refunded.

Looks like you cancelled the payment. you can try again now by adding money in your wallet or choose another payment method. if you faced any issues...

I have tried to book train ticket through irctc but amount was not credited to irctc it automatically credited to paytm mobile solution.

I Booked Train ticket through PAYTM.Paytm Order #[protected]. I had Rs340 in my PAYTM Wallet. But Due to insufficient Balance in my PAYTM wallet the Transaction Failed.But Rs340 from my Wallet is been Deducted. I have complained Several times for my Refund. Please note that there has been several mail follow ups with Paytm for my refund of Rs646 which was eventually lost overnight on 17.02.17. Though they have agreed about the balance but purportedly not transferring the same in my account for last 4-5 days even after several follow ups. I believe the team that sits in their office is trained to do this. One important observation is that they are not responding on my last reverted mail instead...

Money still not refunded...

I used add money option ... give all detail of my atm ..after that gave otp...and balance reduce from my bank...but not added money in my walllet...

Hi..I have credited to paytm wallet account on 11 and 13 Feb'2017 through icici credit card..although both the amounts are debited from credit card but only 13 Feb is reflected to paytm account..pls credit the 800 to wallet account for dated 11Feb2017...
