I purchased a bed from paytm, order id [protected] (rs.5490), I requested for cancellation on 27th Jan, but paytm didnot assist. Delivery date was 9th Feb. I have been repeatedly following up with Paytm team, still no delivery. Its 19th Feb today, still product has not been delivered, I am requesting team for refund. But paytm is not helping saying it is seller issue. Why am I or any other consumer responsible for irresponsible...

My order is pending from last 3 days although amount got deducted from my account. I want to cancel my order as I have recharged from other medium but I am unable to cancel my order. And I have tried several times communicating with Paytm care regarding this issue but I am not getting any satisfactory reply. My Paytm order number is: [protected] dated 16th Feb 2016....

On feb 17 2017 at 9;22 pm while adding money from indian bank atm debit card to paytm wallet ... my money was deducted for failed transcation but it was not added to my wallet.. i sent query but no response...

I had a good sum in my wallet (around 20000) but i checked my phone recently to find that i am locked out of the login and after login i saw that my balance is zero. i use my paytm account almost every week and never expected that i will have to see this day. there is no way that the sum could disappear suddenly as i am 100% sure that i didnt transfer any amount to anyone. Nor did i recieve any notification on...

This is 3 or 4th time i faced problem with paytm where amount has been deducted from my account but not reached paytm wallet. earlier also after begging so many times to paytm they responded after a long time.

And this time i added funds to my paytm wallet twice from my same central bank card, i made two transactions of 5000 each, once it got credited in paytm wallet and second transaction they showed failed but it got deducted...

Since 7th february 2017 to till date you are unable to refund my rs120/- to paytm wallet nor you recharge my mobile. Can i took wrong decesion to recharge my mobile through paytm. Plese note that your representative asked me once to get the details of debit card. Other day one of your representative said the amount has already been with your paytm wallet. When i checked no money is available in my paytm wallet. Supoose i do not have debit...

I ordered mobile phone Oppo F1S 64 GB Gold on 11th Feb 2017 from PAYTM online site . I got my delivery on 17th feb. Instead of oppo phone, I got delivery of XOLO A500 Clud which is cost worth only 2500 market price. However, I paid 18265 for oppo phone. Worst part is I am trying to reach out to Paytm customer care but there is no option to speak to customer care directly on this issue. I call on no.[protected]. But I am getting only automated...

Paytm has not been refunded my 1000 rs when i sent so many mails to them but getting same reply as they are just doing copy paste the messsage.This is a total fraud company & very bad support when we sent an email to them. They are sharing a invalid reference number of refund i have sent the detail which i got from bank. Bank saying the reference no is invalid....

Am trying to add money to paytm wallet from my hdfc credit card for which the dues are all clear. But money is not been added gives me error o cannot use this card to add money

There was a transaction from account [protected] on 12 th Dec of 500 rs which is not reflected in my Pay tm wallet .My earlier balance of rs 189 approximately too is not seen .Had complained regarding the same.Received mail on 20 th Dec promising to resolve the issue .But till date the amount is not reflected in my wallet .Kindly look into this matter to restore my faith in Paytm.
