I has been more than 15 days, I've cancelled my order on paytm order no. [protected]. But didn't received refund of rs 4350. They are exploiting customers. No one cares for the Complaints.I don't know how many times I made complaints on their site, but no response from paytm. Worst service I've seen. Please take necessary action and do the needful. I purchased this product from Paytm and as per company this product was replaceable and refundable. We got damaged product still company is not responding. We have send 3-4 follow up mails.
As per policy refund or cancel request should be maid within 7 days of delivery, we contacted on same day when product was delivered but they are not responding already 3 days has lapsed.

It was expensive product for 35000 they are...
