Hi,
From 12th Feb, I am facing issue in adding money in paytm wallet using my citi bank credit card. Every time I am getting an error "The card that you tried to use has failed. Please use a different card or payment mode." Also this problem exists only between my citi bank credit card and paytm account. On other places I am able to do transaction successfully from my card. I checked with citi bank customer care on this, they are saying that they are not receiving any transaction record for my all failed transactions. There might be some issue from paytm side only.

I am continuously sending emails to paytm regarding this but everytime they are saying like "We will like to inform you that such measures are taken by us routinely to maintain system integrity and as per internal policies, can not be reversed. Hope you understand."
Daily I 3-4 times I am getting this reply only from paytm team. They are answering my questions neither allowing me to do transaction from my above mentioned card.
Please help on this and provide solution ASAP.
even i complained for both, each one is saying that he is correct on his behalf.
