I Had Recharged for my postpaid mobile Vodafone bill
I did not got the recharge done but the balance was deducted from my bank account on 30/1/17
I had complained about the same issue several times in Paytm costumer care but I am not getting the appropriate reply of the same
I wish that my issue will get solved in this
Kindly help the needful n provide me with the appropriate answer In need

    I ordered mobile phone Oppo F1S 64 GB Gold on 11th Feb 2017 from PAYTM online site . I got my delivery on 17th feb. Instead of oppo phone, I got delivery of XOLO A500 Clud which is cost worth only 2500 market price. However, I paid 18265 for oppo phone. Worst part is I am trying to reach out to Paytm customer care but there is no option to speak to customer care directly on this issue. I call on no.[protected]. But I am getting only automated response...We are sorry for the inconvienance caused. Will look into the issue. At least there should be an option to speak to customer care directly the way we have for other shopping sites like amazo, myntra etc.
    My request is to give my money back asap or give me the delivery with right product ordered (OPPO F1S Gold 64GB) within less time frame.

      Paytm has not been refunded my 1000 rs when i sent so many mails to them but getting same reply as they are just doing copy paste the messsage.This is a total fraud company & very bad support when we sent an email to them. They are sharing a invalid reference number of refund i have sent the detail which i got from bank. Bank saying the reference no is invalid.

        Am trying to add money to paytm wallet from my hdfc credit card for which the dues are all clear. But money is not been added gives me error o cannot use this card to add money

        Please help at the earliest.

        Please note I have added money to paytm wallet earlier using the same card

        And Also I have paid the credit card bill and it is cleared.

        I confirmed with the hdfc support team that am good to make transactions with the card and suggested to Contact paytm support.

        Also note using the same card am able to add money to other e wallets why not paytm?
        same here.
        even i complained for both, each one is saying that he is correct on his behalf.

          My paytm account mobile number is : [protected]
          I added 2500 rupees ( from HSBC credit card) and then 1000 rupees (from HDFC credit card) on 13th february

          Both the bank deducted and I got confirmation SMS about deduction but in PAytm wallet the amounts are not yet added.
          And you guys do not have a customer care number where I can talk to any representative.This is last time I am dealing with you.please revert my money or I will go consumer court with proof.

          When i raised complained on mail, some random mobile call i received asking to share my bank account's card number details with CVV, expiry, birthday etc. why do Paytm customer agent needs all these details.. do not they have some tracking for failed transaction card details.Such a sucking cheating service paytm is giving? It is serious security hole.I am going court if my 3500 not returned.

                  There was a transaction from account [protected] on 12 th Dec of 500 rs which is not reflected in my Pay tm wallet .My earlier balance of rs 189 approximately too is not seen .Had complained regarding the same.Received mail on 20 th Dec promising to resolve the issue .But till date the amount is not reflected in my wallet .Kindly look into this matter to restore my faith in Paytm.

                        I has been more than 15 days, I've cancelled my order on paytm order no. [protected]. But didn't received refund of rs 4350. They are exploiting customers. No one cares for the Complaints.I don't know how many times I made complaints on their site, but no response from paytm. Worst service I've seen. Please take necessary action and do the needful. I am so frustrated with their service.

                          I have cancelled my order but not receive the money back to my account yet.

                          Paytm is showing that money has been refunded on feb 10.
                          But i confirmed with the bank, bank told me that they didnt receive any refund from paytm .
                          I have also complaint more than 5 times to paytm but Everytime time reply from paytm comes that paytm has refunded the money.bank takes time...etc..etc...
                          I want my money back...
                          So either Send that money to my paytm wallet or either refund that money again to my bank account as soon as possible.

                            Hi,

                            I am Mandeep and on Nov 29, 2016 I booked a return flight ticket using Paytm app. The Air Asia flight ticket which I had booked were for 3 person for Bangalore-Goa on 19 Jan 2017 and return was on 23 Jan 2017 with PNR no: KI3ESW.

                            Due to the demise of my grandfather I had to cancel trip, so I called the air asia customer care and gave a cancellation request on 17th Jan 2017. I was informed by them that the refund amount of rs. 2937 will be credited to my paytm acount within few day. I noticed that I havent got any confirmation even after 24 hours so I called up air asia customer care again to check with them. They assured me that the cancellation was in progress and on request they provided me with the case id: CAS[protected]DZJV8G

                            Since I havent got the refund yet I called up air asia again. This time I was given a transaction no:[protected] for the amount transfer and they claim they are done from their side. So I called and mailed Paytm to check with them. I was informed by Paytm that they need a confirmation email, sms or a stamp copy to prove the ticket cancellation. So I called air asia again, this time they said that they cannot provide this confirmation email since this was done by Patym partner, "easemytrip.com"(which I had no idea while booking from patym app). So I called up easemytrip customer care and I am informed that they had no idea of this ticket. They even refused to check with my PNR or my mobile number. Instead they directed me to paytm again saying they are the one who I should get in touch.

                            So in short my situation is,
                            Paytm wants confirmation from Air asia. Air asia says easemytrip should give the confirmation. Easemytrip says go to paytm.

                            I tried calling many times but all my efforts have gone in vain to break this deadlock.

                            Date of ticket: Nov 29, 2016 (Bangalore-Goa, Goa-Bangalore)
                            Journey date: 19 Jan 2017 and return on 23 Jan 2017
                            Cancellation request date: 17 Jan 2017

                            Dont use this forum for your complaint. This has caused more problems than solution in my case. Bank phishing calls were followed by patm phishing calls by sending me a password reset sms. Thankfully, nothing happened to me. Instead, I would suggest the same to all of you having such issues to please go to Twitter instead like I did. I published my issue with air asia and paytm in twitter and I got a quick reply. Paytm finally refunded the money.
                            Apart from my issue mentioned here, people reading this please be aware that once you submit such complaint with your phone no. you are vulnerable to fall into bank fraudulent phishing calls.

                            You might get calls from persons claiming they are from paytm or Banks to steal your money.
                            I have also got calls from the same number as mentioned in this link below([protected], [protected]).

                              Hi,

                              From 12th Feb, I am facing issue in adding money in paytm wallet using my citi bank credit card. Every time I am getting an error "The card that you tried to use has failed. Please use a different card or payment mode." Also this problem exists only between my citi bank credit card and paytm account. On other places I am able to do transaction successfully from my card. I checked with citi bank customer care on this, they are saying that they are not receiving any transaction record for my all failed transactions. There might be some issue from paytm side only.

                                      Sir, my 3 transaction of 5000 on 30 and 31 December 2016 had been cut from my account..I had sent many mails to Paytm but they said only one reply. Contact to your bank..my money had been postponed for 1.5 months..I am waiting for my money..but Paytm had taken my money..my bank said contact to Paytm...I had also given a bank statement ..but that said contact to your bank...Paytm is really fraud site??

                                        Of of my client transfered money(Rs 7720) in my paytm account and I have received a message for the same but now it's showing zero balance in my paytm wallet so please help me out in this case either please arrange a call back on given below number because I have tried many time to contact paytm team but nobody responded.
