Plwase refund my amount... Mistakenly wrong number recharge [protected] instead of [protected] so plwase refund money to bank or paytm wallet...Please 4 February date of my recharge..420rs of my recharge and it's not like us immediately destroy and not only warranty claim ..i complain aloso on vodafone care but no response from there so u accept my complaint as much as possible

    My problem about paytm. in the date 19.12.2016 I was done add money Rs. 1500 to my paytm wallet [protected] just using my Bank Of India Debit card. Then my money was deducted from my account but not add in my wallet. After the day my paytm wallet not reach the money and also my Bank of India account. Plz refund my money. otherwise I will going consumer court.

        When transferring 4513 from my paytm wallet asked to log in again when log in suddenly whole amount of above 6000 plus vanished from my account after several complaints I received mail and SMS that cash backed received and added 6800.44 in my wallet#[protected]at feb12 13.21 and within minute in my wallet 6800.44 vanished written withdrawn against dispute-6800.44 on feb12 13.22 immediately transfer money i.e 6800.44 in my account my registered mobile no is [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com

          We had provided our Mobile number to our Patrons for sending their subscriptions, linked to our Bank account.

          One Patron remitted Rs. 5, 000 to our account (Transaction ID [protected] dated Feb 12, 2017 from his mobile number [protected] to our mobile number [protected]. This payment did not reach our Bank account, though the amount was deducted from our Patron's Paytm wallet.

          Paytm menu does not provide a way to complain on this issue from our side. We have been going in circles through the menu options provided on their Helpline [protected].

            I have upgrade my paytm app on my mobile phone, paytm id mobile no is [protected], Vipin Sharma on 15/02/2017. when again login by account i have seen the whole amount found wash out. i talk to paytm customer care on 15/02/2017, they suggested me to delete this app and re install again and then login and inform the custmor care, but I found in same condition. please let me guide the correct procedure on my email id is [protected]@yahoo

              Tried to Booked train ticket using paytm wallet ..money has been cut but ticket not booked.. My Transaction ID: [protected].
              Please respond as soon as possible as i need to book my ticket.. I tried to contact as many as i can but non of them could helpd me..please respond as there are only few tickets left to book ..if you refund it ill book my tickct

                I purchased this product from Paytm and as per company this product was replaceable and refundable. We got damaged product still company is not responding. We have send 3-4 follow up mails.
                As per policy refund or cancel request should be maid within 7 days of delivery, we contacted on same day when product was delivered but they are not responding already 3 days has lapsed.

                It was expensive product for 35000 they are not replying nor providing any solution. Very bad response no proper customer care where we can talk directly to executive.

                  I had pursued a recharge of Rs. 100 on 15th of February, 2017 on my Delhi Metro Railway Corporation card bearing number [protected]. The passbook showed the recharge was successful yet i did not recieve the amount on the respective card. Order number was [protected].                   I had earlier posted a complaint regarding failed metro card recharge on 16th of feb 2017. During my conversation with the paytm helper, Rs.15000 were deducted, three transactions of 5000 rupees within a space of just 5 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from Paytm's high esteem. I need immediate assistance regarding this grave matter.
                  As am having a laptop store in hyderabad.

                  one of my employee registered his number on paytm and taking store money from customers

                  how come paytm gives store person to registered his personal number for stores

I have also logged complaints though neither the authorities have contacted me nor the outstanding amount has been credited to my account so far.
                      2. As such you are once again requested to reconcile your record else I have to initiate legal jurisdiction to claim the hard earned money and the company also created inconvenience to me for last three days.

                          I have recharged my Airtel Mobile from your side for Rs.247/- for (28 days 2G) which was available on your side on 15/02/2017
                          I have not received my charges, then immediately over the telephone I made complaint.

                          After a 4 hours I called Airtel Customer care, they informed that, they have received the request for Airtel to Airtel free calling not for Recharge of 2G Data .

                          The technical mistake made by your side, therefore, you are requested to immediately refund my money immediately with information to me .

                                I have cancelled some of my order
                                Order #[protected] and order #[protected] for which i made payments thru my debit card.
                                For the refund to bank paytm asked to wait for 7 days but still the amount hasn't been credited to my account or paytm wallet. I have also opened the ticket twice but no action has been taken. They just say that they have refunded the amount to the bank and now its on the bank that how much time they take to transfer the amount to your account. And then when i contacted the bank, the bank said that they haven't recieved any such amount from paytm.
                                They just keep me on hold while they show refunded as the status in the order details.

                                  I used paytm wallet to pay at bigbasket. during transaction my money got deducted from my credit card, but didnt get credited to my paytm wallet nor it reached bigbasket.

                                  I contacted my credit card company and they have provide following details.

                                  We confirm that, the transaction of rs.1, 529.00 was claimed by the m/s.paytmmobilesolutinrwwwpaytminin and
                                  Billed to your card ending 3791 on february 11, 2017. the payment was settled to the merchant vide arn # 74766517042705219736184.
                                  kindly contact the merchant regarding refund of the same.

                                  I am not sure which account was used for paying to big basket. its one of these.
                                  [protected] / [protected]/ [protected].

                                  The above transaction as is not available any of the above accounts.
                                  I didnt find customer care support mail id anywhere also contact us page is not at useful in this case.

                                    I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrong mobile number.
                                    And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                                    Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                                    I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.
                                    I've transferred 3500 INR to wrong number and I need help ASAP.

                                      I was trying to place an order online on 27th Jan, 2017 of Rs.715.81.The order did not get through but the payment went through. I Had done the payment on the billdesk gateway of pizza hut through Paytm.(Ref #HPT[protected])
                                      I spoke to Paytm, they said payment went through and it was not in their hand and i need to speak with Billdesk.

                                      On speaking with Bill desk, they said the amount has gone through their end and i will need to speak with Pizzahut.

                                      On speaking with Pizzahut, they said the amount will be refunded in 15 days.Its been almost a month now and i haven't received the amount back.
                                      When i call at Pizzahut they transfer to complaint department and they cut the call. Have really got fed up. My worst experience with Paytm.

                                      Also they called me asking my card details which seems to be fraud since i asked them to take my account or paytm details which they refused.

                                      So i'm complaining for the 2nd time.
