      How can account be debited from my account without any prior intimation as when i saw my axis bank log it shows that 1000rs has been tranfer to ecom pur paytm and when i checked my patym transaction its shows null... How can this be possible...

          I have used paytm to pay my electricity bill on 24 Jan 2017 but while paying bill, they deducted money from account but have not paid electricity bill, I have complained them about 2 days back but there were no response from them, now I want my whole money to refund in my account please do it fast as possible I am very disappointed from your services

            You are requested acknowledge the receipt of this payment and credit in my wallet asap.

            Else refund this credited amount immediately to my VPA – [protected]@icici

              I have booked a ticket and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 1950/-. So please take strong action against it.

                  On 30st January 2017, I have made transaction of Rs.1534 from my bank account to vehicle tax payments using eseva through. The amount have been debited from my bank account but transaction failure. . but I have received a message from payTM that the transaction failed and the amount refunded to bank. there is no refund amount till now (13.2.17) in my bank account. We tried to contact payTM but No proper response from them. A number of complaints have been raised from our side. An immediate action have to be taken. I have all the proofs, messages, screenshots about my transaction. If delayed, legal action on payTM...

                  I have ordered shoes and was returned by blue dart courier, I rcvd message of refund on 23 Jan 17 but it is not credited in my account till date, order number [protected], mob:[protected].
                  Please look into the matter and credit the amount ASAP.
                  An HEMT watch that was ordered, has not reached me even after expected delivery period.The item is supposed to be here by 5 Feb but has not yet reached.please check out on the issue and get my order delivered at the earliest.

                    I had been using the PayTM for the past few months. One day while making payment to a vendor, PayTM asked me to validate my account and in this process it created a new account with zero balance, suddenly wiping out all my money in the wallet as well as all transaction records. The have no consumer services just an IVRS. When I complained I was asked repeatedly for various things including screenshots of the past three transactions, which were not available as they had wiped out, or credit/debit card information, the latter having no bearing as I had never used them for payTM.
                    I got all the information I could gather from the SMS notifications and have sent them. But they have yet to restore my money in my wallet.
                    Since it deals with money of people this is a big financial fraud.
                    I recharged my mobile by paytm twice Rs300 and again Rs300. It got failed and was showing it is refunded back.

                    But there is no amount refunded to my account.

                    Please help me for process to bet back my money.
                    I had cancelled my return air ticket 3 weeks back and paytm still does not give refund..plz help...i hv complained to them 10 times and still no resolution

                    Its unbelievable that this company is allowed to sell air tickets coz grief to customets

                        My father transferred Rs. 5, 000/- to my paytm a/c carrying mob no [protected] on 05/02/2017 at 11.09 pm. Further, i got the message from paytm that rs. 5000 credited to your a/c. but when i opened my paytm a/c . my paytm wallet shown nil balance and when i submit my query to paytm customer care they gave no response. After submitting my query 2-3 times to paytm they gave me 3 ticket no. and for every ticket there is different answer to each same query. and till i have not received my money.

                        I recharged my Airtel number with rupees 77 on 10th February. Paytm showed the recharge is successful. Money got deducted from the wallet. But I did not get any recharge on my number. I've been trying to contact paytm but I'm not getting any answer from them. Please help me with this as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            On feb 6 2017 morning i had seen message that there will be 50% cash back if we use paytm for uber rides between 6 feb and 12th feb.
                            Thus, I have used uber service on the same day only because of this reason. Otherwise I could have used my own vehicle.

                            But, unfortunately, paytm never gave me the cash babck; also, they never responded to customer query!!! When contacted uber, they suggested to check with paytm.

                            Feel this as a very unfair business practice by paytm.

                              This is in regard to the order id no [protected], i had ordered an iphon 7 on 1/2/17 via paytm with ngp as seller details . i have applied a promocode A5k which was sucessfully applied and the amount was to be credited to me in 24 hrs of shipment and the shipment was made on 2/2/17 and phone was recieved on 6/2/17 but till date i have not recieved the amount yet my passbook shows cashback failure . i have created complaint tickets 3-4 times but there is no response from you end which is a shame on paytm i have never faced such problems with flipkart and amazon ever . I regret ordering via paytm your toll free numbers are so useless they do not connect u to any operator who can sort out the issue just a computer barks away . kindly arrange a call back for me on [protected] my alternate number else i shall return the product if my issue is not resolved soon

                                        I made online transaction using Paytm. on[protected] from my SBI account to wallet transaction was done, amount has been deducted on my bank account but not added to paytm wallet.

                                        i got a msg saying that within 7 to 14 days amount will be refund from Paytm.

                                        I was waited till the day[protected], i have not got any refunds.

                                        It shows ur irresponsibility and am unhappy with this.

                                        Hope you refund the amount.
