    Hello sir/mam,
    I was purchased HP 15-BE002TU Laptop (Intel Pentium Processor N3710/4GB/1TB/39.62 (15.6")/FreeDOS 2.0/Integrated Graphics) from Paytm order no: order [protected] and I did Transaction of Rs 22129.00 through Net banking on 09/01/2017, NB Transaction No:[protected] and this product delivered to me on 12/01/2017.
    Because of the product was defective or not working properly I placed return request to Paytm on 12/01/2017 and return Picked up by them on 25/01/20017 . Paytm given me Casback of 2203.0 as per the Cashback policy on 10/01/2017 and After return pickup they did mail and Message me on 25/01/2017 like this : " We have Refunded Rs 19926.00 to your CBI bank for your order Id :[protected] on Paytm.Your bank could take 7 working days to credit to you " but still I don't get my refund.
    After 7 days receiving this message I did inquiry to bank they told that Paytm do no credit amount to your account.Then I submit complaint to Paytm customer care through mail and still they giving same reply like
    this: " your issue has been highlighted to our relevant team and they might take up to 48-72 hrs to resolve the issue. Please be assured that as soon as we receive any confirmation from Relevant team, we will update you " .
    I think they are doing nothing to solve this issue. Sir Today there are 22 days(25/01/2017 to 15/02/2017) completed but still I don't get my money refund, I am getting worry about this .
    Sir this amount is very large for me . I did trust on paytm and did this transaction. Sir please take strict action against this and help me to get my money Refund. please do needful .

        Its about an event held recently in Bangalore for singer Badshah. On paytm app inside ad it was showing i[censored] apply promocode u ll get Rs 500 cashback. But in actual promocode was not enabled from Paytm for that event.

        Event Badshah shows event500 promocode can be applied, but in actual it was not getting applied.

        Even in name of early bird they looted more money. Ticket was rather much much cheaper later

                      I have booked the bus ticket using Paytm. But unfortunately I have cancelled the ticket. So the cancelled amount has credited in my Paytm wallet. I have transferred my paytm wallet amount to my bank account on Feb 2-2017. They mentioned 7 working days it will take time to reflect in my bank account. But as they promised, it is not reflected. I have contacted may times through phone and mail. But there no proper respond.

                          Paytm — Payment has been deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction failed related to IRCTC app booking


                          I've booked a movie ticket from Paytm app through my state bank of India but the transaction was failed and the money was deducted from my bank for which I haven't got the refund yet. I have lodged a complained to paytm but no action has been taken from their side.

                                  On 4th feb.2017 i wrote a mail to your customer care stating that there is discrepancy of rs.386/-. On 4th feb.2017 as i was booking uber cab to go to bangalore city railway station to perform our journey to tirunelvelli to see my ailing uncle. Meanwhile i received a call from one mr. Ravi varma of paytm that he is going sort out the discrepancy and asked my email address and date of birth, i declined to give but he told it is for security reasons then i gave my email and date of birth. After few minutes i started getting messages from citibank that an amount of rs, 10000, rs.9987, rs.10000, rs.19000 and rs.25000 totaling rs.73987/- withdrawn fradulantly via 5 transaction.

                                  Date: 04/02/2017 time : 2.38 pm

                                  Today also i received a call from one of your executive asking my bank details i declined except the citibank a/c no and ifsc code since he was telling me he was trying to transfer rs.44000/- out of 73987/- fraudulantly withdrawn he was persisting about some private bank details so that he can transfer when i asked about the identity he disconnected the call.

                                  Sir, i am retired official of psu receiving a meagre amout of rs.1855/- pension a month is shocked. I urge you to book the culprit who is bringing a bad name to your company and restore back my money in my savings bank account. I already raised a complaint to pmo's offfice attached the fir copy for their action.

                                        Here My Order No is [protected]. In which i have ordered multiple items from different sellers. From a seller named 'Dabur New U' i have purchased two items. One a Lakme nail polish and Two a Lakme LIpstick. I was supposed to receive these two items at once and when i have received it and opened the box it only contains one item that is Nail color and my lipstick was missing. But paytm confirmed the order receipt of both items. I have been complaining them ever since. this is Ridiculous, They don't give the customer chance to talk with their customer care. they only say is write to us write to us. Well i have been writing to you and in one complaint a customer care is getting my problem and telling me they'll resolve it which is not happening and in other they haven't even getting my problem they're keep saying the product is delivered by a damn courier. This is so frustrating.

                                        Finally after like 10 mails they have acknowledged my issue and refunded the amount.
                                        They don't have a Proper way of responding to their customers, i agree. IN Amazon like sites you will get multiple ways to get response which is awesome. You can chat with the customer care or call or mail. Even every other shopping sites atleast give their customer a chance to interact directly through phone like Snapdeal, Myntra, Flipkart, Jabong, Limeroad, even their Freecharge. They need to change this or nobody will feel safe to shop there anymore like i did.
