I have booked the bus ticket using Paytm. But unfortunately I have cancelled the ticket. So the cancelled amount has credited in my Paytm wallet. I have transferred my paytm wallet amount to my bank account on Feb 2-2017. They mentioned 7 working days it will take time to reflect in my bank account. But as they promised, it is not reflected. I have contacted may times through phone and mail. But there no proper respond....

I've booked a movie ticket from Paytm app through my state bank of India but the transaction was failed and the money was deducted from my bank for which I haven't got the refund yet. I have lodged a complained to paytm but no action has been taken from their side.

I have used paytm to pay my electricity bill on 24 Jan 2017 but while paying bill, they deducted money from account but have not paid electricity bill, I have complained them about 2 days back but there were no response from them, now I want my whole money to refund in my account please do it fast as possible I am very disappointed from your services...

I have booked a ticket and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I was paying my electric bill Rs 650/- against Bp no. of [protected] through Allahabad bank debit card . Initially it show transactions declined and I was trying two times . Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 1950/-. So please take strong action against it....
