I made payment to Airtel via Paytm in 3rd week of January but Airtel still shows as outstandding.
Because I out of country tried emailing to [protected]@paytm.com but got this reply:
"We have stopped monitoring this email address and your email is not being looked at by anyone.
If you have an issue with a Paytm order or for any other issue - please go to http://paytm.com/care" and there is no email except to call them.

My name is Priyanka. My emai id is - [protected]@gmail.com.
My txn id is [protected]. My amount rs 1000 got deducted regarding withdrawn against dispute and i haven't made any transaction or any kind of purchase. Plzz refund my money back in my account. The amount got deducted on 06/02/2017. I received the phone call regarding that only once and it didn't get resolved after that also. It's been 1 week and i haven't received any information...

I have done two recharges using paytm... Paytm provided the current plans for Tata docomo in Karnataka, ... I wanted to recharge for 200 full talk time... But after recharging, I get a text from docomo saying the recharged amount is only 173/-... I have done this twice... Paytm has a very irresponsible and irresponsive customer support... I am hoping this complaint forum helps....

Previously I appreciated it but now I am facing big trouble due to PayTM. They robbed my money.
I tried to book railway ticket and paid through Paytm but I shocked to know that my money was debited from my bank account even when the ticket booking was failed. I have my Paytm Account with mobile number [protected]. I have recharged my paytm account RS 250 on 08/12/2016 and RS 450 on same date. But the money not credited in my paytm account and total 700 debited from my bank account .
I thought money will be credited after 2 days till now money not credited to my paytm account and no proper response paytm side.

Kindly resolve by paying pack...

I booked a flight ticket on 11th jan 2017 and same cancelled on 13th Jan 2017. Before ticket booking i checked that is refundable but after cancellation they denied and said that cancellation charges were high more than booking amount. Ticket amount was 2088/-Rs. only

On 14th Dec 16, I sent an amount of Rs.1500/- to my friend Mr. Ashok Pamnani on his mobile No. [protected] from my mobile No. [protected] and transaction ref no. is [protected]. But I am very sorry to advise that this amount neither has reached to the payee nor returned back to my account till now.

Hello. I had a train reservation on 08-02-17 from source ABP TO BGP. Train no is 13484 and amount is rs 1780. Sir, On december 23rd I had booked 2 tickers using Justickets site, it had payment option through paytm. I've used that option and paid amount 210 Rupees from my card by paytm. After all the process done, something had happened and money had deducted from my account but tickets hadn't booked. I've immediately complained to Justickets, they said that my amount will hit my account in 7-10 working days. A month had passed but my money didn't...

I have ordered a guess women watch (order no [protected])worth 15k. Got the watch and the quality is really bad, most probably a duplicate duplicate. I have requested return but there is no response from their end.
When I call the customer care there is only IVR and no way to interact directly with anyone. The I've promises to get a call back arranged but no call back.
I am afraid now that Paytm will not refund the money....
