    On 30thdec 2016 i had transfered 9000rs to the bank account.. Its been more than 45days now i havnet received the amt in my bank where as i have all the details of the transactions... Evenafter complaning so much to paytm they are just sending a autogenrated mail to me saying they have settled the amt in bank n giving me a arn no. But the no they r providing me isnt reflecting in the bank.. As thers no such arn options... Plz help me to get my 9000rs back

      My old mobile number was missed and which was registered in Paytm same mobile no.So I requested to change my new mobile no.still they are not changed.I was complaint 20 days before.I couldn't able to use for my Paytm account and I can't use my wallet money for urgent purpose.kindly make it smooth transaction and resolve my issue.kindly help for this.

        Dear Sir,

        I made online transaction using Paytm. on[protected] from my SBI account to wallet transaction was done, amount has been deducted on my bank account but not added to paytm wallet.

        i got a msg saying that within 7 to 14 days amount will be refund from Paytm.

        I was waited till the day[protected], i have not got any refunds.

        It shows ur irresponsibility and am unhappy with this.

        Hope you refund the amount.

            Hi,
            I had Rs200 as my balance or as shown in my Passbook. I used Paytm mainly for recharging my phone bills. After my recent recharge through Paytm I was left with the aaid amount. The Paytm app prompt me to sign up or set up a new log in details and when I ignore the prompt it shows my correct balance. But now, after signing up as prompted all my money (Rs200) is gone.

            Please inquire and send me last one month transaction statement. It's not accesible on the app.

              I have Purchase Motorola phone and i am facing some problem in my phone. my is only 2 months old. i have to Motorola Service center and we tall me that we not cover paytm order. i have also written many e-mail and call but no replay by Paytm.
              so plz give a suggestion what i do.

                I purchased an item of Rs. 1000/- from shopkeeper on 22.01.2017 who was having Paytm facility in his mobile for payment. I gave him my ATM card detail for payment of Rs 1000/-. The transation failed as shopkeeper did not get payment and he again entered my ATM card detail and this transaction was successful but my account was debited twice for Rs 1000/- with reference no. POS[protected] and POS[protected]. I waited for refund of Rs 1000/- in my account but so far not received. Therefore, kindly refund the amount to me immediately.

                    On Feb 5 2017 money was sent from [protected] to [protected] the amount was 4500rs.
                    money was deducted instantly but was not received by him.
                    i put a query earlier too 2 times since then and i got mail 2days back that money has been sent to [protected]. 48hrs are already up n still the amount is not reflected.
                    There is just one customer helpline number where the machine answers. which is not helpful at all!!
                    i am very upset due to the inconvenience caused that too from such a big company!

                        It's been more than a month when i paid for an order Rs.400, and the foodvista company is still holding that money whereas that order never got placed and paytm simply deducted my money, please help
                        i have all the supporting documents and records and screenshots and this is not the first time it's happening every time it happens i have to leave all my work and sit to resolve these kind of issues

                          I live inside IIT Bombay Campus.there are no courier facility within 4 kilometers.The box size is 7*4*2 feet and its heavy.it's too big that it can't even fit in the auto rikshaw.I need to do a cab for going to Courier office and also and need to do an auto rickshaw while coming back to my hostel.this will charge a lot.I am not willing to do this even if you pay me this expenses.
                          I request you to pick up this order whenever pickup service is available.

                          once again I would like to clarify about reverse shipping, the cycle was received in poor packing.I will be returning the cycle in same packing and any further damages during shipping won't be entertained by me. I should receive my refund under any circumstances.I want you to specifically acknowledge this condition.

                            I made payment to Airtel via Paytm in 3rd week of January but Airtel still shows as outstandding.
                            Because I out of country tried emailing to [protected]@paytm.com but got this reply:
                            "We have stopped monitoring this email address and your email is not being looked at by anyone.
                            If you have an issue with a Paytm order or for any other issue - please go to http://paytm.com/care" and there is no email except to call them.
                            How can this kind of service be entertained?
                            As dumb Rahul says, does PayTM really mean pay to Modi and not the actual recipients?
                            What the hell is RBI doing?

                                I have done two recharges using paytm... Paytm provided the current plans for Tata docomo in Karnataka, ... I wanted to recharge for 200 full talk time... But after recharging, I get a text from docomo saying the recharged amount is only 173/-... I have done this twice... Paytm has a very irresponsible and irresponsive customer support... I am hoping this complaint forum helps.

                                  Previously I appreciated it but now I am facing big trouble due to PayTM. They robbed my money.
                                  I tried to book railway ticket and paid through Paytm but I shocked to know that my money was debited from my bank account even when the ticket booking was failed. Paytm confirmed the transaction and give an ID. but there is no detail about that ID on Paytm also any email ID is not provided by them for support. On top of that the so-called customer care is totally careless about the customer. they kept putting me on hold every time and I was thinking that only Telecom customer care were STUPID but these guys are WORST . if Paytm wants to grow it needs to fix these type of problems. for reference I am mentioning that Transaction ID [protected]
                                  Now I want refund or a serious action against paytm.

                                  After this complain, I got mail from paytm that they already refund my money and I confirmed the same with my Bank. But still paytm should improve customer support and communications. Thank you!

                                        I have my Paytm Account with mobile number [protected]. I have recharged my paytm account RS 250 on 08/12/2016 and RS 450 on same date. But the money not credited in my paytm account and total 700 debited from my bank account .
                                        I thought money will be credited after 2 days till now money not credited to my paytm account and no proper response paytm side.

                                        Kindly resolve by paying pack the money or credit 700 to my paytm account.
                                        Please consider the issue seriously.

                                        I am attaching the transaction details and please resolve the issue as soon as possible
