    Hello. I had a train reservation on 08-02-17 from source ABP TO BGP. Train no is 13484 and amount is rs 1780. Train is canceled on that day by railways so I got message from IRCTC that your amount is refunded 1780 but in my paytm balance the amount is not added. So kindly refund it as soon as possible.       My Name is Rupesh Mali. I have purchase mobile GIONEE M4 Through PAYTM Online services for the dated 21th January 2016. My Order Is [protected]. In while the 21st January 2016 to 01stJanuary 2017 the mobile are not working. So I go through Gionee Care Centre for reparing. But They reply Mobile are not reparable. They give me a DOA – DEAD ON ARRIVAL Letter issued  on 25thJanuary 2017. And I have got this letter on 10th of February 2017.

                So I want to you are collect the Said mobile and replace it. As soon as possible. Please collect the mobile on above address.

            Sir, On december 23rd I had booked 2 tickers using Justickets site, it had payment option through paytm. I've used that option and paid amount 210 Rupees from my card by paytm. After all the process done, something had happened and money had deducted from my account but tickets hadn't booked. I've immediately complained to Justickets, they said that my amount will hit my account in 7-10 working days. A month had passed but my money didn't transacted into my account. I complained again to Justickets and later they said to get in touch with Paytm regarding the refund. So I had written my complaint to you. Please give me a reply according to this issue.               I have ordered a guess women watch (order no [protected])worth 15k. Got the watch and the quality is really bad, most probably a duplicate duplicate. I have requested return but there is no response from their end.
              When I call the customer care there is only IVR and no way to interact directly with anyone. The I've promises to get a call back arranged but no call back.
              I am afraid now that Paytm will not refund the money.

                      I had paid a Mobile no through paytm ..receiver did not receive the amount..on mailing customer care they told maybe accounts need to be merged then u will receive immediately..I told receiver to merger her account..ie one account having. Mail id n phn no..still amount did not reach ...on this disappointment I asked the team to return my money to my bank account ..they asked for details in pdf..N now when m providing the same I get to know there is a donot reply mail..that paytm has stopped entertaining this mail id..and on calling the customer care no ..there are so much of options..we go till end ..N see there is nothing for us here n then on ending the call u have ur 10 rs cut for nothing !

                        By mistake money transfer to [protected] instead of [protected] plz help me any on [protected]@gmail.com. in the 1st transaction Rs 3000 while in second transaction Rs 1000 simultaneously transferred to the account. But my order is cancelled after the money transfer is completed. But the amount is not transferred back by the person who received the amount from me. Looks like the person is fraud.                           I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                            I have been almost regularly used Paytm to recharge mobile as well as DTH. But on 07.02.2017, In order to recharge my mobile No.[protected] for Rs120/- has been debited from my A/c . But the mobile is not charged so far. I do not where the money went from IOB Account.

                              In the month of Nov., 2016 I have downloaded the Paytm apps in my mobile and an amount of Rs.1000/- is credited in this account in the month of December, 2016 . But when I am going to login my paytm account through my mobile app. a message is displayed that 'your account is temporarily blocked for login' and that's why i am in a serious problem to make any payment to the different parties through the same.Now, I would request you to make running my paytm account as early as possible.

                                        On 26thDec 2016 i had transfered 10000rs to the bank account.. its been more than 45days now i havnet received the amt in my bank wher as i hav all the details of the transactions... evenafter complaning so much to paytm they are just sending a autogenrated mail to me saying they have settled the amt in bank n giving me a ARN no bt the no they r providing me isnt reflecting in the bank.. as thers no such ARN options... now they hv bloacked my mails nad nw m not able to contact them any how... pl help me to get my 10000rs back

                                        how days hav it been ur money is stuck???? n i made a mistake by uploading my no here n many fake fraud paytm customer care ppl r calling me n trying to get the money out of my wallet...!!! u too beaware paytym nevr asks u to change password nor they have any telephonic team!!!
                                        So many fake calls came.
