    I booked a flight ticket on 11th jan 2017 and same cancelled on 13th Jan 2017. Before ticket booking i checked that is refundable but after cancellation they denied and said that cancellation charges were high more than booking amount. Ticket amount was 2088/-Rs. only

    In ticket is clearly mentioned that your amount is refundable.
    If amount is refundable than how can high cancellation charges from booking amount. When i called paytm customer care on 11 Feb 2017 they told me that cancellation charges is four thousand something.

    When i cancelled the ticket it was showing that 288 Rs. applied as cancellation charges and 1800/- Rs. amount will be refundable.

      My Paytm -wallet balance is showing now Rs 0 balance, it should bet approx above 2800 +, Please find below traction dates i have deposited money to wallet from my Axis bank account .

      I am see Wallet balance one back in wallet and suddenly showing balance Rs 0.

      Axis bank money debited details in bank account .

      28 dec-2016 --Rs 800
      [protected] Rs 2000

      Total = 2800 + old balance

      Request to credit back to my wallet balance to Rs 2800 +

        On 14th Dec 16, I sent an amount of Rs.1500/- to my friend Mr. Ashok Pamnani on his mobile No. [protected] from my mobile No. [protected] and transaction ref no. is [protected]. But I am very sorry to advise that this amount neither has reached to the payee nor returned back to my account till now.
        I have since then number of times written to the Paytm but they are asking screen shot of the message received by the payee in his mobile no. I have advised that the payee has not saved any message and he is unable to provide the same. This situation is really very shameful like such a big reputed online company. I onceagain request that please resolve the issue otherwise I shall be forced to take a legal action for this.

Train is canceled on that day by railways so I got message from IRCTC that your amount is refunded 1780 but in my paytm balance the amount is not added. So kindly refund it as soon as possible.                     Sir, On december 23rd I had booked 2 tickers using Justickets site, it had payment option through paytm. I've used that option and paid amount 210 Rupees from my card by paytm. After all the process done, something had happened and money had deducted from my account but tickets hadn't booked. I've immediately complained to Justickets, they said that my amount will hit my account in 7-10 working days. A month had passed but my money didn't transacted into my account. I complained again to Justickets and later they said to get in touch with Paytm regarding the refund. So I had written my complaint to you. Please give me a reply according to this issue.                       I have ordered a guess women watch (order no [protected])worth 15k. Got the watch and the quality is really bad, most probably a duplicate duplicate. I have requested return but there is no response from their end.
                      When I call the customer care there is only IVR and no way to interact directly with anyone. The I've promises to get a call back arranged but no call back.
                      I am afraid now that Paytm will not refund the money.

                              I had paid a Mobile no through paytm ..receiver did not receive the amount..on mailing customer care they told maybe accounts need to be merged then u will receive immediately..I told receiver to merger her account..ie one account having. Mail id n phn no..still amount did not reach ...on this disappointment I asked the team to return my money to my bank account ..they asked for details in pdf..N now when m providing the same I get to know there is a donot reply mail..that paytm has stopped entertaining this mail id..and on calling the customer care no ..there are so much of options..we go till end ..N see there is nothing for us here n then on ending the call u have ur 10 rs cut for nothing !

But my order is cancelled after the money transfer is completed. But the amount is not transferred back by the person who received the amount from me. Looks like the person is fraud.                                     I have been almost regularly used Paytm to recharge mobile as well as DTH. But on 07.02.2017, In order to recharge my mobile No.[protected] for Rs120/- has been debited from my A/c . But the mobile is not charged so far. I do not where the money went from IOB Account.

                                      In the month of Nov., 2016 I have downloaded the Paytm apps in my mobile and an amount of Rs.1000/- is credited in this account in the month of December, 2016 . But when I am going to login my paytm account through my mobile app. a message is displayed that 'your account is temporarily blocked for login' and that's why i am in a serious problem to make any payment to the different parties through the same.Now, I would request you to make running my paytm account as early as possible.
