    If I book a refundable flight ticket from paytm, and due to any reasons if I cancel it, how much refund will I get ?? The total amount or will there be any cancellation charges ??

        On 26thDec 2016 i had transfered 10000rs to the bank account.. its been more than 45days now i havnet received the amt in my bank wher as i hav all the details of the transactions... evenafter complaning so much to paytm they are just sending a autogenrated mail to me saying they have settled the amt in bank n giving me a ARN no bt the no they r providing me isnt reflecting in the bank.. as thers no such ARN options... now they hv bloacked my mails nad nw m not able to contact them any how... pl help me to get my 10000rs back

        how days hav it been ur money is stuck???? n i made a mistake by uploading my no here n many fake fraud paytm customer care ppl r calling me n trying to get the money out of my wallet...!!! u too beaware paytym nevr asks u to change password nor they have any telephonic team!!!
        So many fake calls came.

            Ref : 21421950 My Query with Paytm Care (SF)

            Please note that while the amount of Rs. 1500 has gone successfully from my account, it has NOT BEEN RECEIVED by my friend, Prajakta Bhide, since she did not have a Paytm account at that time. She made one after I sent the money and till date she has not received the money. Kindly sort this matter out or please refund the Rs. 1500 back to my Paytm wallet.

              I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Allahabad using Paytm on 31/01/17, The operator name was Golden Sai Holiday, I paid INR 1324.00 for this ticket. Once I reached the boarding point R K Ashram Marg, there was no any bus, after contacting operator he told me to reach Anand Vihar within 30 minutes. I took a taxi and paid 250 to taxi to reach to changed boarding point. after reaching there, the operator told me to board in R S Yadav bus. Please note R S Yadav charges only 999.00 for the same route. After that, the bus conductor forced me to pay 300 in cash for my Bag.

              The total extra payment was as below:

              RS Yadav charges INR 999.00 for the same bus I paid INR 1324.00 That Means I Paid INR 323.00 Extra. Then Paid 250 To Taxi To Reach Anand Vihar Due To Change In Boarding Point. The Bus Conductor Took 300 For 2 bags. Which was nowhere mentioned that Bus Operator Will Charge For bags,

              So Total Extra Payment Is:

              323(extra fare) + 250(taxi to reach charged boarding point) + 300(paid to Bus conductor for bag)= INR 873

              So I paid just double of the ticket cost. The Golden Sai Holiday operator is totally fake and have no Buses, They are only doing fraud.
              Paytm want to shut my mouth by paying 273 INR of cashback. Why should I bear the loss.

                I have been using Patym wallet recently for my Uber payments. Yesterday I
                added Rs .1000 and since then I have spent Rs.663 all of which are Uber
                transactions, but my Patym wallet shows balance of Rs.84.07 instead of
                Rs.337.
                IVR options on Patym 24x7 are not helpful. Apart from not being able to
                speak to any technical support.
                i tried posting a query but I got an error on submitting query. I attempted the same thing again but query did not get submitted.
                On trying to post on IVR too, I only received a general SMS, no mention of any complain number.
                How do I know if anyone has registered my complain or will I ever get my money back.?

                  Today i had received PS4 without Joy stick (Remote) and its a foreign play station and paytm sold it without MRP sticker as per weight and measurements its a illegal so why Paytm sold it.

                  In warranty card all the country mention in it for warranty except India so why they sale in india.

                  Its not easy to average class people to spend 30, 000Rs for Game, i saved my 4 month salary after that i have purchased it.

                          I must say that paytm is highly unorganised and a fraudulent paytm wallet. Inspite of complaining on 4th Feb 2017 online aand repeated reminders thereafter in mail, I have not received any revert back. Through my bank account fraudulent transactions are being done to paytm which is not reflecting in my pass book even amounting to Rs. 74000.I want details of the whole transactions that is there in the attachment along with my pass book from May 2016 till date.

                          Request u to look into matter and provide refund otherwise I would have no other option but to file a case.

                            Rs 30000 has been deducted from my paytm account regarding withdrawn against dispute. My txn ID is [protected]. Post this due to some inevitable circumstances, I tried to transfer this amount back to the source bank account, but unfortunately this transfer option was not available on the paytm mobile application, hence I had requested through email for refunding of the amount to the source account.

                            Before we as a customer lose trust on paytm's customer service, it is a humble request if you could please take the necessary action and respond to this at the earliest.
                            Rs 4399 has been deducted from my paytm account regarding withdrawn against dispute. My txn ID is [protected]. Post this due to some inevitable circumstances hence I had requested through email for refunding of the amount to the source account.

                            Before we as a customer lose trust on paytm's customer service, it is a humble request if you could please take the necessary action and respond to this at the earliest.

But my amount is DEBIT Rs. 986.50. I CAL PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE THEY NOT attend the CAL. i cal chennai customer care they also not attend how can i solve the problem. so please help me and take action soon.

                                    I downloaded paytm app in my mobile [protected]. In the morning, it was sowing balance more than Rs.200/- and I transferred amount of Rs.500 in Paytm account. Thereafter, I used only service o[censored]ber and payment for the service was Rs.52.50. However, after said payment, balance is showing at Rs.408/-. In view of this, there was some misappropriation of my amount. To reconcile, please send me details of opening balance as on 09.02.2016, added during day, paid during day and closing balance. Hope that to sustain your reliability in the field, you will provided me the above details and explain why amount is showing at Rs.408/- instead of making payment of Rs.500 today in addition of opening balance which was more than Rs.200
