Dear Concern,
On behalf of Minakshi narendra Keni(Mumbai), she is senior citizen and pensioner. I am writing this to you .

She's holding ATM card.Card Number-[protected].On 8th February 2017 transaction of rupees 4999/- has been done.

But this transaction not done by her, it might be fraudulent transaction.

please look into this matter on priority and kindly revert back my money as...

Sir/maam i have not received the money deposited by the customer into my wallet
1. Rs 444/- on 07/02/2017 at 10:01 pm

2. Rs 500/- on 08/02/2017 at 12-18 pm

But still the paytm wallet balance is the same rs 371/-.

I've booked a ticket from IRCTC app through my paytm wallet but the transaction was failed and the money was deducted from my paytm wallet for which I haven't got the refund yet. I have lodged a complained to paytm but no action has been taken from their side....

We are sent to Rs.7500.00 from paytm A/C to our Pragathi Krishna Gramina Bank Hudukula(PKGB0010661) Branch bank A/C, Nearly 2 Month(12.12.2016) completed and also many times inform to our Pragathi Krishna Gramina Bank Hudukula Branch Bangarapet, Kolar and also inform to Paytm customer care more then 6 times but till not responding, the problem was started nearly 2 Month till not getting amount to our Pragathi...

I have book train ticket for Mumbai through net banking .my a/c has been debited Rs12101.50/not did i receive my ticket or booking amount my transaction description-1NB/[protected].
pl look in this matter as still i am waiting for my booking or refund
hoping for an early reply & refund.

I paid for order from big basket through paytm. But the payment got declined from big basket. The amount got debited from paytm.
There is absolutely no way to contact you regarding this issue.
Your email [protected]@paytm.com is not working, phone customer service is asking for order ID which I cannot give because it was not a paytm order. No other way to contact you regarding this.

my self vikash mishra address a14 rajajipuram lucknow, i have a paytm ac oprateted from my mobile number [protected] . in december i have transfered rs 500 in my wallet but due to some problem my mobile phone has been formte. and when we instal paytm in same mobile on same number my wallte amount which was rs 500 showing nill. i have already call to toll free number at paytm but no any responce and solution from end of paytmbr...

I have purchased a "Fossil Ch2573 Men Analog Watch for Rs. 6245" from Paytm and they given me a duplicate product. i came to know this after 15 days when watch glass started burning and watch switches are not at all working.

I have wrote many time to paytm and till date no assistance provided. even after many reminder mails they are not at all answering.

Hence i have decisded to bring this matter in your notice...

Cash back is not successfully received my Paytm wallet and some person call me and said that he is a Paytm agent and asked me about my debit card details and pin number also but I don't give any information.
So please tell me that any of your agent asked me my bank detail than what I do.
I don't understand that he is really Paytm agent or not....

I made online transaction in my PAYTM wallet for Rs 1000/ on 25th Dec. 2016. The money was deducted from my bank but was not credited to PAYTM wallet. I have made a request to my bank but the request was denied saying that the merchant will resolve the problem. Another mail was sent to PAYTM customer care but no reply was received even after 10 days. Please look into the matter and reimburse the money as soon as possible....

iam try to send to another number but iam send to this person who is known but he is not my targeted person and the company is fraud, please revert my money as early as possible and i already asked him pay my money back but he in not responding.

My self Aman Verma and I am using paytm wallet since long time and I was happy with you services but today morning I have added 965 INR from my SC Bank and amount was debited from my account but not added my my paytm wallet, I am unable to understand the reason for the same,

agr paytm wala mil jaye to main usi ma..cho..d du main itna paresan ho gya hu sale ne mere paise cut kr liya ab refund nhi kr rha hai..
