      Hi,
      This is on behalf of Ram Kumar Aswani, his icici account got debited with 11000/- on 27 Jan 2017 to paytm.Nobody seems to be authorized this transaction, hence the nature seems to be kind of suspicious and fraudulent. He is not using paytm at all. On talking to the bank customer care they provide the reference to the terminal id and retailer id as follows. The following retailer id as per the bank belongs to the paytm. Can anyone from the paytm provide details on this and help trace this money, as to if any wallet have been used for this money, please provide the user details and other information.
      Also their is no way a person can reach to Paytm if he's not paytm customer.

      Same thing happened with my friend. The account is with JK bank and they gave us the terminal ID of PAYTM wallet. How you got the details of the PAYTM account holder. Please let us know.

          I am eligible for cashback of Rs. 10 per recharge per month as per their promo code GET100. But while trying to apply the promo code their site stops responding and shows OOPS message. When i try to redo the same, i'm told i have already applied the code and can only repeat it next month. This has happened now twice in the last two months robbing me off Rs. 20 in total. The recharge goes through easily if i do not try to apply the promo code.

            I cancelled order of fast track 6078Sm06 women analog watch which order no. was [protected] on 24th January 2017. that time i was purchased same watch in two times but one was cancelled immediately. after that i have received msg for cancellation.

            i generated ticket many more times in Paytm site but there is no response till now.

            still i have not received refundable amount of 2458 in my bank a/c.

            i have uploaded cancellation screen shot in below attachment.

              Still I have not yet received no any update from u r end, still Paytm not taking action on him and still not resolved the issue . Pls note down my issue once again below issue .

              Today, I have received my refund of RS.1500/- in to my Paytm from this mobile seller M/s.Golden Seal, Katra, Udhampur, Jammu .                 I have ordered a spring mattress on 03-11-16 and I received the product on 23-11-16 . I received it in a bad condition . It was very bad the mattress was folded and some bad smell came out from it . MY ORDER NUMBER IS [protected] . I paid 36, 162 rupees . I placed the return order on 24-11-16, but there is no respond from paytm So, please help me to solve this problem

                  Sir we have added 3000 rupees to my account but i didn't got them in my wallet. I complaint about it at official website of paytm. they told to wait for 14 days and said the rupees will be in your debit card but it's about to be a month and I still didn't got them. It is my request to have a proper action. It's already too late. I couldn't wait more longer for it. When I tried more I didn't get any satisfactory result.
                  PayTM Mobile Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        I've booked a ticket from IRCTC app through my paytm wallet but the transaction was failed and the money was deducted from my paytm wallet for which I haven't got the refund yet. I have lodged a complained to paytm but no action has been taken from their side.

                                I paid for order from big basket through paytm. But the payment got declined from big basket. The amount got debited from paytm.
                                There is absolutely no way to contact you regarding this issue.
                                Your email [protected]@paytm.com is not working, phone customer service is asking for order ID which I cannot give because it was not a paytm order. No other way to contact you regarding this.

                                    I have purchased a "Fossil Ch2573 Men Analog Watch for Rs. 6245" from Paytm and they given me a duplicate product. i came to know this after 15 days when watch glass started burning and watch switches are not at all working.

                                    I have wrote many time to paytm and till date no assistance provided. even after many reminder mails they are not at all answering.

                                    Hence i have decisded to bring this matter in your notice that how they are cheating their cutomer and provideding duplicate product in original price.

                                    Please take up this matter with them and i want this product to be replaced with original or want my money back.

                                      Cash back is not successfully received my Paytm wallet and some person call me and said that he is a Paytm agent and asked me about my debit card details and pin number also but I don't give any information.
                                      So please tell me that any of your agent asked me my bank detail than what I do.
                                      I don't understand that he is really Paytm agent or not.

                                        Dear sir
                                        I made online transaction in my PAYTM wallet for Rs 1000/ on 25th Dec. 2016. The money was deducted from my bank but was not credited to PAYTM wallet. I have made a request to my bank but the request was denied saying that the merchant will resolve the problem. Another mail was sent to PAYTM customer care but no reply was received even after 10 days. Please look into the matter and reimburse the money as soon as possible. The transaction ID is PRCR/00218923/[protected]/[protected].
                                        It's been more 10 days the I am chasing Paytm to return the shipment order ID [protected] but they guys are not ready to refund and delaying the same after asking the same information again and again.
                                        This is the worst online site where they are not even least concerned about the customer issue.
