Dear Concern,

On 05 Feb, 2017 I received a product which was not match with my order no.[protected]. I placed VIVO V5 32GB (Crown Gold) mobile set but I received a different product which is INFOCUS F120.

I already complainted on customer care no. but still no received any response.

Pl help me....

I recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of
Rs.20000/-. The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was
deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the paytm

I am member of paytm from above 2 year.
recently i have added money in my paytm wallet 1000 Rs but my account is deactivated by paytm.
Here i am attaching the snapshot which shows that paytm sent the movies ticket on my email address and now paytm is saying this is not registered email address.(on both snapshot email address is same)

This was listed on eBay website so appeared authentic.during payment displayed eBay (meaning authentic)

For a mobile phone listed on eBay in.
But didn't deliver the product..
Had sent email to paytm requesting blocking payment.but they were unable.to...

My mobile no [protected]. I had filled petrol at surendar auto service at ahmedabad on 4th feb 2017. i didnot receive rs 50 /-in my balance. i am eligible for this cashback as this is my second transaction. i got a cash back of rs 10/- which is not right. kindly check do the needful.
I hope Paytm team will resolve my issue as early as possible and process my cashback in my wallet....

After calling several times and discussing the same issue again and again I finally decided to take the issue further as have been cheated by Paytm. They clearly mentioned in the email that "Your money has been refunded to your Paytm wallet against your cancelled order"....

On 01.02.2017 i pay Rs.500/- through paytm. but the amount not reached the party or me. order no M28KKZVGTR.
