my self vikash mishra address a14 rajajipuram lucknow, i have a paytm ac oprateted from my mobile number [protected] . in december i have transfered rs 500 in my wallet but due to some problem my mobile phone has been formte. and when we instal paytm in same mobile on same number my wallte amount which was rs 500 showing nill. i have already call to toll free number at paytm but no any responce and solution from end of paytm

so please see this matter and do need full

I have added rs 500 from my credit card on dec 2016 but
un fortunately my mobile got formated and my wallet got blank showing amount 0 my mobile no is [protected] registered for paytm account

    I have purchased a "Fossil Ch2573 Men Analog Watch for Rs. 6245" from Paytm and they given me a duplicate product. i came to know this after 15 days when watch glass started burning and watch switches are not at all working.

    I have wrote many time to paytm and till date no assistance provided. even after many reminder mails they are not at all answering.

    Hence i have decisded to bring this matter in your notice that how they are cheating their cutomer and provideding duplicate product in original price.

    Please take up this matter with them and i want this product to be replaced with original or want my money back.

      Cash back is not successfully received my Paytm wallet and some person call me and said that he is a Paytm agent and asked me about my debit card details and pin number also but I don't give any information.
      So please tell me that any of your agent asked me my bank detail than what I do.
      I don't understand that he is really Paytm agent or not.

        Dear sir
        I made online transaction in my PAYTM wallet for Rs 1000/ on 25th Dec. 2016. The money was deducted from my bank but was not credited to PAYTM wallet. I have made a request to my bank but the request was denied saying that the merchant will resolve the problem. Another mail was sent to PAYTM customer care but no reply was received even after 10 days. Please look into the matter and reimburse the money as soon as possible. The transaction ID is PRCR/00218923/[protected]/[protected].
        It's been more 10 days the I am chasing Paytm to return the shipment order ID [protected] but they guys are not ready to refund and delaying the same after asking the same information again and again.
        This is the worst online site where they are not even least concerned about the customer issue.
        My paymt recharge transaction was unsuccessful and hence has not been credited by RS.2000 But simulatneously my central Bank account has been debited by RS.2000. please let me know the current status of my paymt account at the earliest.

        I repeatably requested Paytm to cancel this order and refund the money to my bank account. But Paytm kept giving me lame excuses instead of resolving my issues.

        I am forced to go to consumer forum now.

                agr paytm wala mil jaye to main usi ma..cho..d du main itna paresan ho gya hu sale ne mere paise cut kr liya ab refund nhi kr rha hai..
                bho..sha...ni wala eak mail hi bar bar kar rha hai but problam ko solve nhi kr rha hai..
                paytm ki ma bahan uski puri family ki gand...maru bhosani ka paisa nhi de rha hai

                  i send money to my mobile to mr. Neeraj manocha[protected] money has been deduct to my acc. Same time but he does not receive money till date.I have complaint about this paytm customer care lot of but did not have solution right now

                          on 03/01/2017 i will added to paytm through one97 communications money rs4600/- from my bank account it will added to wallet than after i will try to send the money another account it not send but amount not shows in my wallet and not refund to my account i will ask bank employees many times but they said any amount not refund still in my account so please check my account other wise i will go to the consumer court and than i will complaint on paytm so solve this problem early as possible.

                                      As a loyal customer to the paytm, I have been doing all my online purchase from you and I have recommended the WESTON SMART TV to by brother and he has ordered it on 10 Jan 2017. I am so depressed that the TV is not working now. We have handled it with utmost care. I would like to return the product now. My brother has raised the help ticket from his login and still has not got any call or update. It is again a sad news for me. I have been referring paytm to all my friends since PAYTM sells the quality goods at the most economical price.

                                      Now I request you to take return of the WESTON SMART TV and we are ready to buy a smart TV from some other brand in paytm. Since I have lost full faith on the brand WESTON and their service.

                                        I recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of
                                        Rs.20000/-. The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was
                                        deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the paytm
                                        wallet. I am very much concerned, kindly refund my money in my bank account or atleast credit it to my wallet. My mobile number is [protected]
