My mobile no [protected]. I had filled petrol at surendar auto service at ahmedabad on 4th feb 2017. i didnot receive rs 50 /-in my balance. i am eligible for this cashback as this is my second transaction. i got a cash back of rs 10/- which is not right. kindly check do the needful.
I hope Paytm team will resolve my issue as early as possible and process my cashback in my wallet.

After calling several times and discussing the same issue again and again I finally decided to take the issue further as have been cheated by Paytm. They clearly mentioned in the email that "Your money has been refunded to your Paytm wallet against your cancelled order".

On 01.02.2017 i pay Rs.500/- through paytm. but the amount not reached the party or me. order no M28KKZVGTR.

I bought a sleeper from shoe shop on 04 Feb 17 and pay through paytm qr code . but shopkeeper not reced payment. again she give me mobile no then i repay and she get amount. my 1st txn get any G sawan kumar i dont know who is this man. My txn id is [protected]. i request pl recover my amount from G Sawan Kumar and created to my account. I all ready 4-5 times to paytm but they send contact no which not pick up any call.

PayTM is simply looting money from people like me, by blocking accounts and grabbing hard earned money in wallet.

SHAME on you guys. You don't respond to emails. There is no way to talk to you directly over phone. Such a pathetic company!! Because of people like you people are losing faith in Indian based companies.

Tried [protected]@paytm.com: You have asked for the bank statement with PATYM transaction reference. But I never loaded money from bank as all of it was received from multiple friends as part of travel share/bill split. Explained the same several times, but you dont seem to understand this simple thing.

Activity after which account got blocked:
Started using PayTM after demonetization to share fuel/travel expenses with friends. I have 995 rupees balance in wallet(received from friends mostly in multiples of x75). When I tried to transfer wallet money to one of my friend, mobile app asked me to verify mobile number. When same was tried it did not allow saying account already exists with this mobile number. After two trials account is blocked already.

To whomsoever it concerns,

I had ordered my Iphone7 with Paytm on 4th February order

i got the package today that was received by my younger sister. i opened
the box as soon as i got back home and found this scrap inside. i tried
calling you people but could'nt for once reach through. i am highly
disappointed by the services rendered by paytm, i immediately want you
people to take some action and and keep me informed. my 58k are at stake
and i would not let it go off at any cost. i will take every action
possible to get my amount back.

On thursday, feb 2nd 2017, 1000 inr was sent to a different number from my paytm wallet by mistake. i have raised many tickets regarding this issue the very same day as well as called on the customer care no. there seems to be no one responding on this issue. i was said that i will get a call. but i got none.

We ordered the oxy fryer of kenstar form paytm & got the product on 24.01.2017 (Order Id-[protected]) . We paid Rs. 6200 for the product through our credit card. On 28.01.2017 when engineer visited to install the same, they opened the product & found it broken from back side. We immediately requested on paytm for refund of the same product as the product was already broken & faulty though the return was approved on PAYTM site. But, till date there is no answer from paytm and nobody has turned up to take back the product and our money has not come back till date. We have written so may mails to refund of our money but there is no response from PAYTM. I want refund of the money anyhow as this is straight forward a case of fraud and cheat with the consumer. Attaching herewith the picture of broken product which had already been submitted to paytm at time of filing of refund.

Order no [protected] from paytm of Mi bluetooth speaker golden colour for ₹2549 which i ordered on 18/1/2017 and received ₹500 cash back and received the order on 21/1/2017 but i had received wrong colour with battery backup issues and i returned the speaker on 22/1/2017 (Pickup Receipt :[protected] / PAYTM RL [protected]) and requested for refund for ₹2049 on 22/1/2017 and i had received a text message on my registered mobile phone and on my mail id that refund will be done after 2-3 days but today it is 5/1/2017 and still no refund has been made till date.

Paytm is making excuses from a long time and asking to wait maximum 14 days
Now, 14 days had also completed now give me the answer for not refunding my money . i[censored] want to fraud just tell me. Fraud Company Paytm.

I booked for an event ( it was a CSM Training ) through PayTM. ( Costing about 26k )

But 5 days before the event, got an email saying the event was cancelled !

I got a refund of only 18K, got a call from PayTM saying that they CANNOT do full refund to wallet due to some legal limitations, and said would issue rest of the amount in my source bank account.

But no action for days, send a complaint to their email after a week !

Got an email asking for NEFT details, gave to details, I was promised action within 24hours.

Raised second email ticket citing the original ticket, no action still.

Raised the third ticket about 3 days back ( 4 Weeks after the original call) - still no action !

PAYTM Service is the worst in the world.

I were ordered a laptop of 15Ac149Tx but i have received a wrong model but again i were select a replace again i were received same wrong model then i go for my refund but still my refund is not processed it's about 2months plz do something.my order I'd no.is [protected] I were ordered it from Paytm I were call many times to Paytm but after a some days they didn't give response to me or ignoring me

Yesterday in the afternoon I had a discussion with your executive Mr. ABHISHEK as per him. I can transfer 20000 amount into any bank account during a day or month. He did not mention that this month I can only transfer 5k thiz month.

Now I have transferred 15k into my paytm wallet and unable to transfer complete amount in my account. Paytm doesn'thave direct customer support. Executive doesn't have complete information. Staff is lazy and sound stupid on call like" Mr. HIRDESH SHARMA & MR. ABHISHEK".

MR.HRIDESH is just sorry and doesn't revolve my purposr. They are frauds. Now pl transfer my money into my bank account. Asap.

Looking for a call back from some senior person not ffom stupid interns and executive who arr just sorry.

I have used my paytm wallet at petrol pumps in Ahmedabad during the Paytm offer "Get 100% Cashback on Petrol Pumps [5pm to 9pm Ahmedabad]" on 30th of January @ 8:30 pm for Rs. 100. I have followed all the steps mentioned on paytm offer page and I have done this fuel payment with QR Code as mentioned but still after 5 days after my transaction the cashback is not yet processed.
I hope Paytm team will resolve my issue as early as possible and process my cashback in my wallet.
