Booking ID - [protected]

I has been 1 year my Flight has been canceled by the airline(Air India), I contacted Paytm 100's of times. They only refunded me a partial amount. cancellation charges were deducted form my refund. I have clearly stated and submitted required proofs saying that the flight has been canceled by the airline. Still they charged me for cancellation charges. My pending refund amount is 7, 875. I need a solution for this

    It was round trip from Kompally to Dundigal on 24th October 2020.

    In one way it should deduct me Rs. 20 and in the round trip it should deduct me Rs. 10. But instead of Rs10, they deducted Rs 70.

    I tried to call them but of NO use. No email id to send them and they asked to file a complaint ONLY through app which is the really worse of all the apps.

    I booked a complaint finally on the app on the same day and yet there is no refund. They informed me that as per Government guidelines, this would be resolved in 20 days and I reminded them in between never ever they responded back.

    I have all the proofs with me and I seriously wanted to take action against them.

    Just wanted to know, if there is something happens like this for 1000 people and take Rs.60 then how much would be earning and 20days interest free for that? I just gave an example for 1000, but there could be many such issues for 120crore people.

      I've paid my wesedcl payment and put a coupon code of FLAT25.

      THROUGH WHICH THEY PROMISED ME TO GIVE 25 RS CASHBACK.

      BUT NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE CHOOSEN THE COUPON WHICH IS ALREADY EXPIRED.

      They are playing with their customer.

        I purchased a few items against order id [protected]. The item cashews was Despatched on 31st Oct, 2020. I received on 6th Nov, 2020 against invoice number 07D[protected]. While the order and the payment was for 1 kg., I received only 250 g. from the supplier Subham enterprises. I raised the complaints with the Paytm on their website giving the necessary photographs on the same day. It seems the Paytm never read the complaint and asked for photographs again on 7th Nov, and unilaterally declared that I have not sent photographs and the issue was resolved. I have not opened the original packet and it is intact

            On above refrenace no[protected], money is deducted from my account during recharging of paytm to airtel, but recharge not done nor money refund.

                  Hi,
                  I ordered pair of briefs with size M on Paytm with order number [protected]. But the product delivered to me was size L. I asked them about the same and they asked me share the images. I shared the images with them. I didn't get any response from them. I tried to contact them through customer care contact number, but the call getting disconnected and same message being shared to contact through help and support through app.

                          I have placed an order on zomato paying with paytm, since there was an paytm offer which said cashback upto 100 rs, I have placed this order, after that I have received a scratch card, hoping that it will be some rupees upto 100, but instead I have received some 30 paytm first points, nowhere in t&c it is mentioned that it will be points. If they did, I would have not placed this order, now when I contacted their customer care, they are saying it is random

                          Please help me.

                                  This complaint is against paytm and fastag.I have not travelled anywhere but money got deducted from paytm wallet frequently towards fastag since jan 2019.I have complained to them multiple times but yet they have not resolved issues. They are very irritating and wasting my time. Which is more costly than the amount deducted . So I want compensation for my time, money deduction and mentally harassment.They are just harassing and irritating. Yes, it's a corruption and fraud scam.

                                      On 1/10 /2020 at 9.30pm Rs.5000 deducted from Paytm wallet against "Google Play Recharge code".Order no.: [protected]. Paytm transaction no.: [protected] .This is a fraudulent transaction which was not tried. In spite of repeated request to Paytm authorities it was not resolved, rather they refused to payback. Kindly help to get back the money as I badly need this to pay school fees of my children.

                                        Oct 19th: Spicejet Cancelled the flight and initiated Refund
                                        SpiceJet Booking PNR OIQ73B - Ticket Number[protected]

                                        Spicejet has given a written confirmation that this was refunded . PayTM states that they have not received refund.

                                        The sad part is PayTM support is showing deaf ears and they are not having a support system to followup on customer grievances
