On 25th of June I was placing an order from purple...in payment section I chose Paytm gateway for payment amount to 419/-that transaction got failed but money got deducted.i contacted both purple and bank ..money is not stucked there...kindly look into this matter ...there is no customer support available on your site

    The product I received is incomplete. I have ordered a Redmi Note 9 pro 4GB/128GB and paid using credit card on 20th Nov 2020. My order was delivered on 29th Nov 2020. I kept it aside in sunlight and opened later after sanitizing the package. I was surprised to see that the seal was already broken and there was no handset present in the box. I only got a sim extraction tool and charger. I couldn't believe it in the beginning. Then I realised that I was made fool by the Paytm people. This is the first product I have ordered from Paytm and I was treated in this manner. I can't help but mention that this is the worst online shopping portal as per my experience. I have better experience with Amazon which is a foreign company. When people are shouting to be vocal for local an Indian company like Paytm are doing this to Indian consumers. I have taken an image of the box and raised a return request quickly on the same day. But till today (01-Dec-2020) evening I haven't received any update of the status of that request.Now I want to ask Paytm people what should I do other than suing you guys in consumer court and putting this incident over the social media so that this kind of incident does not get repeated. This kind of harrassment is totally unacceptable. I am expecting a quick resolution from your end or I have to take drastic measures.In future whatever be the discount/cashback is offered on Paytm I am not going to order any product from that shopping portal and prevent others from doing the same.
    I haven't received any response from your side. I am requesting you to accept the request and refund my money ASAP.
    This is the worst online shopping portal.

          Some one by name Mr Sunil contacted me on 29 Nov 2020 at about 1230 noon from a cell no [protected] and keeping me engaged in conversation debited Rs 67000/- in favour of PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS ( Transaction through INB /[protected] from my axis bank account. When I noticed the fraud I contacted the number to which he replied but wanted me to deposit some Rs 10 from another bank or card. He kept on comtactingme from the same number as is seen in the call log on my phone. I was alarmed and complaint was lidged with lical police station, Cybercrime and also I lodged a complaint with Paytm Ticket No[protected] yesterday after which I uninstalled the app for safety.
          am also attaching the intimation from bank which I received only after the fraud and didnt receive OTP on my cell at all.Suspected hacking of my cell.

          Resolution sought-I request you to kindly refund this money to me at the earliest to the same account from where it is defrauded and initiate action against this individual who will bring more disrepute to you

                    I m the account holder of Paytm payment bank On 30 August 2020 I had withdrawal amount of Rs 10000 from ICICI Bank ATM through my Paytm payment bank debit card but amount is deducted from my account but cash not dispense from ATM I had instantly call customer service of my bank and raised a dispute but bank has declined my dispute and did not get any revert back

                        The problem is raised to Paytm customer support a week back. they are not providing any appropriate answer and every time asking the same question.

                        I have asked for resolution on their escalation email which I took from google but no response for that email also apart from auto email on acknowledgement of email.

                        I asked them to call me atleast but their is not co-operation and proper response from them.

                        The Gold locker has approx balance of INR 7000

                          Dear team, I have been constantly reaching out PNB with the refund refrence number provided by your team. for my refund but they're denying to help me.
                          They're requesting to contact paytm not them and paytm is requesting to contact my bank.
                          I'm totally confused what to do?
                          It's been 9 days already and I'm eagerly waiting for my money.

                                I has been 1 year my Flight has been canceled by the airline(Air India), I contacted Paytm 100's of times. They only refunded me a partial amount. cancellation charges were deducted form my refund. I have clearly stated and submitted required proofs saying that the flight has been canceled by the airline. Still they charged me for cancellation charges. My pending refund amount is 7, 875. I need a solution for this

                                  It was round trip from Kompally to Dundigal on 24th October 2020.

                                  In one way it should deduct me Rs. 20 and in the round trip it should deduct me Rs. 10. But instead of Rs10, they deducted Rs 70.

                                  I tried to call them but of NO use. No email id to send them and they asked to file a complaint ONLY through app which is the really worse of all the apps.

                                  I booked a complaint finally on the app on the same day and yet there is no refund. They informed me that as per Government guidelines, this would be resolved in 20 days and I reminded them in between never ever they responded back.

                                  I have all the proofs with me and I seriously wanted to take action against them.

                                  Just wanted to know, if there is something happens like this for 1000 people and take Rs.60 then how much would be earning and 20days interest free for that? I just gave an example for 1000, but there could be many such issues for 120crore people.

                                      I purchased a few items against order id [protected]. The item cashews was Despatched on 31st Oct, 2020. I received on 6th Nov, 2020 against invoice number 07D[protected]. While the order and the payment was for 1 kg., I received only 250 g. from the supplier Subham enterprises. I raised the complaints with the Paytm on their website giving the necessary photographs on the same day. It seems the Paytm never read the complaint and asked for photographs again on 7th Nov, and unilaterally declared that I have not sent photographs and the issue was resolved. I have not opened the original packet and it is intact
