Yesterday in the afternoon I had a discussion with your executive Mr. ABHISHEK as per him. I can transfer 20000 amount into any bank account during a day or month. He did not mention that this month I can only transfer 5k thiz month.

Now I have transferred 15k into my paytm wallet and unable to transfer complete amount in my account. Paytm doesn'thave direct customer support. Executive doesn't have complete information. Staff is lazy and sound stupid on call like" Mr. HIRDESH SHARMA & MR. ABHISHEK".

MR.HRIDESH is just sorry and doesn't revolve my purposr. They are frauds. Now pl transfer my money into my bank account. Asap.

Looking for a call back from some senior person not ffom stupid interns and executive who arr just sorry.

    I have used my paytm wallet at petrol pumps in Ahmedabad during the Paytm offer "Get 100% Cashback on Petrol Pumps [5pm to 9pm Ahmedabad]" on 30th of January @ 8:30 pm for Rs. 100. I have followed all the steps mentioned on paytm offer page and I have done this fuel payment with QR Code as mentioned but still after 5 days after my transaction the cashback is not yet processed.
    I hope Paytm team will resolve my issue as early as possible and process my cashback in my wallet.

              I have purchased a microwave through paytm with an offer for Cashback of 12% which paytm has promised to pay within 24hrs of product dispatch. My order I'd is [protected]. But till date I have not received the same and no one is available to attend at customer care... Now I am in shock whom to contact and where to go... This paytm company and their promoters are totally fraud doing false commitments to users...

                  I didn't receive the refund money which deobazaar.com claims that they have already processed to Paytm wallet.

                  I tried looking for customer service email info, but didn't find any. Tried even calling the Paytm care, but it doesn't match what I am looking for. Please look in this.

                  For your information, I even tried to look for the grevience office email, but was not able to find that due to your so called policies.

                  These people fear to face customers directly, for their faults, that's why Paytm has shut their inbound call center. Bloody A** Hol** !!!

                    My paytm wallet is deposited by 12000 and it was transfered to another mobile and my money is deducted but the receiver did't get money in his Paytm wallet. Paytm says the money is in old Paytm wallet. But how can possible two paytms on same mobile number.
                    Please solve my problem.

                                  I had deposited 9500 in Axis bank to deposit in paytm. Paytm is not responding after repeated complain. Have given them proof but still they are not responding. They are not even saying whether they have received the money or not. have send them mails more than 10 times. They are beating around the bush. It is more than4 months.                                         I ordered two product from paytm. Product no:[protected] and [protected]. I bought tat products 2 weeks before and I returned both the items on very next day. Still now I didn't get the refund of that product. I called their customer care many times. I was not helpful also. I told them to put money in my paytm wallet, tat also they didn't did. They are trying to cheat their customers. If I didn't get the refund within 5 days, I will make a poster about paytm and post it in common road side. Seriously.
