Team paytm,
I transferred rs 1000 in my father's account through paytm on 11/01/2017 with tranjection ID ECOM[protected] ONE 97 COMMUNICATIONS but till date 04/02/2017 the money could not transferred in my father's account.
Please take this matter on priority basis. Solve my problem as soon as possible.
Otherwise I will report this matter in our prime minister greivience cell.

    I tried to add money in my paytm account ([protected]) but money did not show in paytm account and deducted Rs. 1700. from my account on 02 Feb. 2017. I am Your regular customer.This transaction did't complete. If my problem will be not solve i will delete my account my account from paytm. My contact number is [protected]. These money deducted from my HDFC account [protected].
    I request to you for return my money or complete to transaction.

        Recently I have done my bank transaction using Paytm. It had displayed as transaction failed but the money from my wallet has been deducted. I raised an complaint regarding that but they are taking 2 minimum days time to solve. It's urgent for me. I have to pay my EMI using that money. So please make it as soon as possible. everytime there is a problem with this application don't know why. Fed up of this application. Have to uninstall it after the issue is solved.

          I ordered philips bikini trimmer BRT382 /15 for women through paytm with order no[protected] and I received a parcel on 3rd February 2017.But when I opened the parcel the product was missing. Only one battery worth maximum Rs10 was there inside the pack. I paid Rs1790 for the item and I got cheated. Even after complaining in your site, I did not get any feed back. If Iam not getting a call from your side for refund or exchange I will expose this in media or I will file a case in consumwr forum

              Ive ordered projector on 14/1/17 returned on 23/1/17 when I got msg "We have refunded Rs. 159 to your Paytm wallet and Rs. 2269.00 to your SBI bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account" but no bank amount of RS 2269 is credited till now..I've complained on Paytm customer care but no satisfying reply by them..I need money as I want to buy another productso request you to take immediate action against Paytm... Regards

                Against the order no [protected] I received an instrument which had some defect and was duly informed to the paytm through their application and an apology mail came wherein they asked me to submit the required information in the desired format which was shared the same day, from the time I shared the information instead if acting and reverting on my mail they send a fresh mail stating that we though your querry was solved so we closed the issue.

                I tried various mediums to contact then however I'm not able to reach any one and when I'm mailing them I'm not getting any response from them.

                I'm looking forward to your support and intervention in getting the defective device returned.

                      On placing my order for Red tape shoes paytm assured us to give cash back Rs 2200 about after despatching shoes within 24 hour for order no.[protected]. Shoes shipped on 25 January, But cashback not send by paytm to me till now.Seeking help to receive money back and wish to tell everyone to avoid paytm.
                      If failed to received amount I will start to tell everyone as I have 2000 friends there and member of 20 group total members about 100000.I will wait for 3 days only.

                            Order no.[protected]..i ordered a Lavie handbag..I put return request..since seller could not pick up...Lavie handbag was self couriered at Paytm request but returned undelivered..Then again they requested me to courier to seller Delhi warehouse..I did that also..After that no response..DTDC courier tracking link I emailed stating the courier has been delivered..But no response from paytm or seller..I m really tired now sending emails..Self couriering two times..How long I need to follow up to get my refund and courier charges..I beg you to please intervene and solve this ASAP

                              I have repair my mobile and give payment to my payee by Payton on 28 Dec 2016. The amount has been deducted from my wallet but transfer in my payee wallet. My payee just receive 1 text msg. I will complain many time in your help center but they reply we refund we transfer but nothing do. If you can help me in this matter please think about my complain. The time going one month above but your customs care not solve my problem.

                                  Or I will escalate this issue to RBI and banking ombudsman.

                                      In 29 Jan 2017 I ordered a Creative Inspire T6300 5.1 Channel Home Audio System through paytm with my atm card ordered number [protected] Amount of rs 5220, After few hours i cancelled the item. Payment Details CC Transaction No. [protected] Paytm apps shows me that rs 5220 has been refunded to your bank on 29.01.2017 And give me a reference number 75134837030017065540969 for successful refund of rs 5220 from paytm to your bank account for your orderd id [protected]. After few days i am still waiting for this amount money, But when i didn't get i contact bank authority, They told me that there is no amount of money send to my account for paytm. I claimed again in through paytm app, But i don't get any type of response.

                                        Did the transaction in lenskart.com of Rs. 1879/- through paytm wallet on[protected], For that I didnt received the 50% cashback into my account. Till now there is no customer care number to speak with them and If I raise a ticket with this order id in[protected]. Till now there is call back from Paytm. If i drop a mail in this regard with them they are just sending template mails like "If not credited you are not KYC customer and please check the monthly transaction"...Please close this issue and I am attaching the cashback screenshot also.
