and my mail id sudhanshusingh [protected]@gmail.com and babk have also inform that they have not created refund from his own end ... so its my humble request to paytm team solve my problem as soon as possible and give my money back to me otherwise i will complain against paytm team

    Hi, i am amardeep i have deduct 1000 rupees my bank a/c and one month over but my amoumt is not credit.I am credting my paytm wallet with 1000 rupees but not coming amount in my wallet and balance deduct from my bank a/c.

      I have transferred 14000 in my other acc i got the msg but the monry us nit reflecting in the other wallet transaction id's are - [protected],

      I have tried each and every way to contact them ive got no proper response can someone help.me in this situation please ... I dont what i can do to grab their attention??? ?! I tried to talk to them through emails and playstore but they stopped replying to me there as well they had asked me for my ref. Number but i gave them the ref. Nos they have stopped communicating with me can anyone plz tell what can i do in this situation

        I transferred Rs 15000 from my Credit card but I did not use it. Now I want to transfer the money back to the card but that option is not there.

        If I transfer that amount to my Saving bank account you are deducting a charge and that is not fair

        I have paid ₹350.00 to Hira Bhatia - [protected].but he did int receive the amt & my a/c debited can i get the solution, i need my money back or ask the concern person give me back

                  At a vendor location in Gurugoan on 24th Dec, while making payment on Paytm Mobil app selcted a wrong Mobile no ( [protected])for making payment of Rs, 1679 . Imedieately i got a SMS from Paytm that vendor does not have an account & realised the mistake. I filed a complaint immediately to stop this transaction. But despite that Vendor with wrong mobile no created a/c & got the payment. Followed with Paytm on many mails and got a reply to take up with vendor, who refuses to talk.
                  Cannot understand when comlaint was made immedately why Paytm did not block form creating a/c and encsahing the payment!Does Paytm have no ploicy of verfication ?

                    Some one used my card to purchase product online, my bag had been stolen on 28th in that i had my phone and wallet and Debit card of course, somebody paid a huge amount via card till i have blocked it, now i am not able to contact in paytm to cancel those transaction bcz you Paytm ppl do not provide customer care contact number for intimidate action.

                    Now what to do please take necessary action.

                      [protected] is my order for iPhone which has 5000 cash back offer. I received the phone but no cash back even after a week. I raised almost 10 request via app, website and also via call center but There is no response for any of my request. Not even a simple acknowledgement. I ordered via paytm only because with cash back price was less than other website. Pathetic customer service which deceiving offers. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will be taking legal route is no response is received for this complaint.

                          This is to bring to your notice that i have been cheated by fake paytm custome care 24*7 no is [protected] and he asked me to login url www.rbipaymentddoorway.com and authorized your bank details . as i did that the amount of 20000 has been deducted from account on 02022017 at 04:00 am. and credited to INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION PVT. Kindly trace this details and account no to find the culprit. His gmail ID was [protected]@gmail.com.

                          Please save some people because they are doing this to cheat innocent people i have seen lot of view while searching the complaints of google review.
                          If you colud do this . Please arrest them and i can get my money back.

                            Hello Sir,

                            I wanted to lodge a complaint, recently someone fraudly withdraw big amount from my

                            bank account using Paytm Mobile Solutions/ Noida. He called on 01/02/2017 and said

                            calling form bank head office and asked for Adhaar card number, ATM 16 digit number

                            and OTP from my mobile. And next day I went to bank and see he did 4 transactions

                            and withdrew 49, 500/- 2 transactions are from PayTM mobile solution, Noida. Could

                            you please help me to rollback those transactions and give my money back.

                            Please help me. I'm attaching screen shot of my

                            tractions which has all details in it. Please let me know what else you needed from

                            me.

                            Kindly rollback the transactions please .

                              On 21st Jan 17, at 10:19:37 am, i tried to add Rs. 994 to paytm account from canara bank saving account. The amount was deducted from my bank but was not added to paytm. I contacted bank after 10 days but bank told that payment was not returned back by paytm.
                              unfortunately, at paytm, there is no one to receive calls related to such matters.

                                I have deposited an amount of 10000 to paytm wallet through ICICI BANK BRANCH
                                but the money is not credited in wallet..

                                i have made an complaint about it at [protected]@paytm.com but no resolution has been provided by them..paytm team is asking about the ORDER NUMBER but i do not have any order number because i have deposited cash through icici bank so i have all the proofs regarding bank transaction..

                                i have also coordinated with bank.but the bank authority is telling that the transaction is successful from our end..

                                  On 30/12/2016 I have transfered 7000 rs to my SBI Account from Paytm but still I did not received money. my paytm wallet Order ID is [protected] and Bank Txn ID is [protected]. I have complained to Paytm and SBI Customer care many time but still I did not received money in my account.
                                  Every time paytm is providing reference number 30001263646364079287744 for successful transection. I have complained to SBI providing same reference number but still my problem is un ressolved.
                                  SBI is telling this reference number is wrong.
                                  I want to know the reality of this reference number 30001263646364079287744 from SBI and Paytm. Ant why after more than 1 month Rs 7000 is not credited to my SBI Account number [protected] Bank located at Sirsi Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

                                      On 15 jan 2017 i uploaded cash in paytm wallet but amount is not credited by the paytm but the same is debited in my pass book amount 5100 after complaining paytm they said they did't received any payment contact your branch. I got pass book update there is debit of 5100 with the name of ECOM ONE97. I made an online complain to my Bank they provided me a complain number but till now no response from bank too.
