both amount transferred in my number but I havent received the amount in paytm wallet. This amount transferred in UBER account out of which I have used Rs1524.15 for cab. So request you to kindly transfer reaming amount of Rs 7475 in my paytm wallet.
Or I will escalate this issue to RBI and banking ombudsman.

    One of the orders from the order no. [protected] was declined by the seller. I have not received the refund in my wallet. Despite raising the issue many times, no action has been taken. Neither a ticket for the complaint was generated, nor I have received a callback from Paytm.

      In 29 Jan 2017 I ordered a Creative Inspire T6300 5.1 Channel Home Audio System through paytm with my atm card ordered number [protected] Amount of rs 5220, After few hours i cancelled the item. Payment Details CC Transaction No. [protected] Paytm apps shows me that rs 5220 has been refunded to your bank on 29.01.2017 And give me a reference number 75134837030017065540969 for successful refund of rs 5220 from paytm to your bank account for your orderd id [protected]. After few days i am still waiting for this amount money, But when i didn't get i contact bank authority, They told me that there is no amount of money send to my account for paytm. I claimed again in through paytm app, But i don't get any type of response.

        Did the transaction in lenskart.com of Rs. 1879/- through paytm wallet on[protected], For that I didnt received the 50% cashback into my account. Till now there is no customer care number to speak with them and If I raise a ticket with this order id in[protected]. Till now there is call back from Paytm. If i drop a mail in this regard with them they are just sending template mails like "If not credited you are not KYC customer and please check the monthly transaction"...Please close this issue and I am attaching the cashback screenshot also.

                          At a vendor location in Gurugoan on 24th Dec, while making payment on Paytm Mobil app selcted a wrong Mobile no ( [protected])for making payment of Rs, 1679 . Imedieately i got a SMS from Paytm that vendor does not have an account & realised the mistake. I filed a complaint immediately to stop this transaction. But despite that Vendor with wrong mobile no created a/c & got the payment. Followed with Paytm on many mails and got a reply to take up with vendor, who refuses to talk.
                          Cannot understand when comlaint was made immedately why Paytm did not block form creating a/c and encsahing the payment!Does Paytm have no ploicy of verfication ?

                            Some one used my card to purchase product online, my bag had been stolen on 28th in that i had my phone and wallet and Debit card of course, somebody paid a huge amount via card till i have blocked it, now i am not able to contact in paytm to cancel those transaction bcz you Paytm ppl do not provide customer care contact number for intimidate action.

                            Now what to do please take necessary action.

                              [protected] is my order for iPhone which has 5000 cash back offer. I received the phone but no cash back even after a week. I raised almost 10 request via app, website and also via call center but There is no response for any of my request. Not even a simple acknowledgement. I ordered via paytm only because with cash back price was less than other website. Pathetic customer service which deceiving offers. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will be taking legal route is no response is received for this complaint.

                                  Please save some people because they are doing this to cheat innocent people i have seen lot of view while searching the complaints of google review.
                                  If you colud do this . Please arrest them and i can get my money back.

                                    I wanted to lodge a complaint, recently someone fraudly withdraw big amount from my

                                    bank account using Paytm Mobile Solutions/ Noida. He called on 01/02/2017 and said

                                    calling form bank head office and asked for Adhaar card number, ATM 16 digit number

                                    and OTP from my mobile. And next day I went to bank and see he did 4 transactions

                                    and withdrew 49, 500/- 2 transactions are from PayTM mobile solution, Noida. Could

                                    you please help me to rollback those transactions and give my money back.

                                    Please help me. I'm attaching screen shot of my

                                    tractions which has all details in it. Please let me know what else you needed from

                                    me.

                                      On 21st Jan 17, at 10:19:37 am, i tried to add Rs. 994 to paytm account from canara bank saving account. The amount was deducted from my bank but was not added to paytm. I contacted bank after 10 days but bank told that payment was not returned back by paytm.
                                      unfortunately, at paytm, there is no one to receive calls related to such matters.

                                        I have deposited an amount of 10000 to paytm wallet through ICICI BANK BRANCH
                                        but the money is not credited in wallet..

                                        i have made an complaint about it at [protected]@paytm.com but no resolution has been provided by them..paytm team is asking about the ORDER NUMBER but i do not have any order number because i have deposited cash through icici bank so i have all the proofs regarding bank transaction..

                                        i have also coordinated with bank.but the bank authority is telling that the transaction is successful from our end..
