My account is not showing balance, statement or my [protected] number. So please solve my query soon. return my balance to my account. This is the major cheating by company paytm.         Company - Patym- Ordered wardrobe on 31st Dec 2016., delivered on 12th Jan 2017.
        I had purchased wardrobe from Paytm.com amounting to rs 22990. On delivery one of the peice was broken which was realized when the packed was opened by the carpenter of the paytm vendor. This was informed to them by carpenter by call and pics send by watsapp and my self through email on 20th Jan. This is yet not resolved post so many calls and email and also escalated to various level. This is done with the PM vision of Digital india. If this kind of cheat and fradulent activity is carried out. How can the vision be fufilled. Request you to kindly support me to teach this lesson that they can take customer for granted inspite of spending so much money before the delivery of goods.

            Once i enter the OTP, i am getting an error message stating Bad Request, i have the balance of 6300, i am not able to user that amount, i tried reaching the customer and placed the call back request, but i dint get any call till date.

              I booked a bus ticket on paytm with my old number i.e([protected]), due to some reason i cancelled my both tickets with order ids-([protected] and [protected]).
              i merged my accounts to my new number i.e [protected].
              though of getting refund to my new number i haven't got.
              technical support is saying that i got my money in my old number but i dont have that number, can u please tell me how i will get my money and it is not a small amount.
              it is already been a month.
              can u guys look into this and please dont send the automated message.

                Money credit to add wallet but servier down to not purchase so i am tranfer to return bank but ammount not credit to bank and not refund to wallet.
                i was cheated by paytm.. i added rs 19900 in my paytm wallet on 4.1.17 and did not reflect in my paytm account. my bank says that the transaction was success from their side. i tried contacting the costomer care numbers and there was no option to talk to your support represetative .. i need my money back.. my paytm transaction id-[protected] pls help me.and my refund money.

                    I used paytm service frm last 2 months. before last 1 weak. but frm last 1 weak when i used paytm at gas station for payment then its not worked.

                      I have ordered VIVO V5 from Paytm on 25-JAN-2017.I received my box through BluDart Courier AWB no [protected].I received the product on 31st Jan 2017.

                      When I opened the box ..mobile phone and accessories were missing.Box weight and pictures have been submitted to Paytm.
                      All the requested documents have been submitted to them.Please help to refund my amount.

                      Sir I was cancelled my flight ticket from airlines they refunded but I am waiting from 5 days I am not received my money in Paytm wallet.. they told me you will get back your money within 24 to 48.. Airlines staff told me to contact Paytm to get your money..So I kindly requesting you to please contact me soon it's very much urgent...
                      I have transfered the amount to my personal account, but the amount is deducted from the Paytm account and also i did't receive the balance to my personal account please refund my amount as i have not able to see the Paytm wallet Balance its showing Zero(0) please Kindly help me to recover my Amount. / Contact me.

                        I transferred money from paytm wallet to my bank account on 24th dec 2016. they told me 25th money is returned to bank. but it was not credited. so i raised complaint. yesterday they told me they transferred money on 30th jan 2017. but bank told me they didnt get any money. bank asking me to confirmation number. they are not giving me. and they are telling again i have to do same process for getting money. actually i want my money immediately. it is urgent requirement. what will i do? please help me.

                          On 4/01/2017 night an amount of Rs 925/- was transferred from mob no [protected] to another no [protected] but the same has not been credited to the target paytm account till date.Pl look into the matter and ensure that the amount of Rs.925/-is credited to the paytm a/c([protected]) at the earliest..Else, pls reverse the entry and credit the amount in the paytm account of the sender([protected])

                            Dear Paytm Team,

                            It's high time you start responding to queries of the customers. There's no pepper helpline to reach an executive and neither there's any way to contact higher authorities.

                            I purchased a mobile worth 18300/- on 27th of Jan and cancelled it immediately. The Money has not yet been credited to my account. Like always I've received a "Refund Reference Number", using which I have contacted my home branch and SBI customer care service. They both have said that the transaction has issues from your end.!!! I've been facing a lot of issues off late. But I'm still hopeful that you'll address the issue and fix the problem asap.
                            NOTE:
                            1.I've called and registered my grievance ; There was no response

                            2. I registered a complaint on paytm app; there was no response

                            3. I called the consumer Court; they gave me a reference number and asked me to follow every step in grievance procedure and if after all of that the issue isn't resolved a legal action will be taken against paytm

                            4. This is my final approach to you guys. Please address the issue and get the money refunded asap. It's huge amount for me.

                                  I added Rs.500/- to Paytm Wallet from ICICI account and then transferred back from Paytm Wallet to SBI bank. Money deducted from Paytm Wallet but dint added in SBI Bank. This happened on 02/01/2017. Till date there is no refund from paytm even after complaining many times. They simply say they refunded amount. Both SBI & ICICI Bank authorities says they dint received any transactions paytm to my respective accounts.

                                      I ordered a footware([protected]) and I didn't receive the ordered size. Have been following with the customer care for the past two weeks for replacement or return but no response. Two guys (Manoj, tanuj) mailed next to next on Jan 27 stating that the pick up will followed up. That's it after that no response, no status update. Nothing. No telephonic support. Really the worst online shopping support.

                                        Hi,

                                        I will tell you what exactly happened. My brother has sent an amount of rs 573 to my mobile number [protected] from [protected]. The thing is like I don't have a paytm account associated with the number [protected].
                                        So I thought that if I create a paytm account with the same number I will get rs 573 which was transferred earlier by my brother.
                                        I have signed up with [protected], it prompted me that already I had an account with same number. I have selected some option like merge or override I don't remember it exactly. My question is either money should be credited back to my brothers number [protected] or it should be credited to my number [protected].
                                        But neither of it happened. I lost my money somewhere. I[censored] can show where is money...it will be much appreciated.
                                        My question is what did I do with that money ?? If the transaction was successful, money should be used somewhere right ?
                                        It shouldn't go in the middle !
