On 30/12/2016 I have transfered 7000 rs to my SBI Account from Paytm but still I did not received money. my paytm wallet Order ID is [protected] and Bank Txn ID is [protected]. I have complained to Paytm and SBI Customer care many time but still I did not received money in my account.
Every time paytm is providing reference number 30001263646364079287744 for successful transection. I have complained to SBI providing same reference number but still my problem is un ressolved.
SBI is telling this reference number is wrong.
I want to know the reality of this reference number 30001263646364079287744 from SBI and Paytm. Ant why after more than 1 month Rs 7000 is not credited to my SBI Account number [protected] Bank located at Sirsi Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

On 15 jan 2017 i uploaded cash in paytm wallet but amount is not credited by the paytm but the same is debited in my pass book amount 5100 after complaining paytm they said they did't received any payment contact your branch. I got pass book update there is debit of 5100 with the name of ECOM ONE97. I made an online complain to my Bank they provided me a complain number but till now no response from bank too.

I am a paytm user .My phone number is [protected].On 2nd Feb I did a transaction of money transfer in bank. Paytm received money from my bank account but didn't transfer forward to next bank account. Please resolve it.

I'm trying to add money to my paytm wallet. it is saying some issues with card. please change card.

Please solve my problem

My account is registered with my mobile number [protected] & balance was 197. Its changed to my another number [protected] with zero balance. My account is not showing balance, statement or my [protected] number. So please solve my query soon. return my balance to my account. This is the major cheating by company paytm. This is my request that I have lost my money Rs197 & should be banned paytm any how.

Company - Patym- Ordered wardrobe on 31st Dec 2016., delivered on 12th Jan 2017.
I had purchased wardrobe from Paytm.com amounting to rs 22990. On delivery one of the peice was broken which was realized when the packed was opened by the carpenter of the paytm vendor. This was informed to them by carpenter by call and pics send by watsapp and my self through email on 20th Jan. This is yet not resolved post so many calls and email and also escalated to various level. This is done with the PM vision of Digital india. If this kind of cheat and fradulent activity is carried out. How can the vision be fufilled. Request you to kindly support me to teach this lesson that they can take customer for granted inspite of spending so much money before the delivery of goods.

I am not able to Register my mobile number, post generating the OTP,
Once i enter the OTP, i am getting an error message stating Bad Request, i have the balance of 6300, i am not able to user that amount, i tried reaching the customer and placed the call back request, but i dint get any call till date.

I booked a bus ticket on paytm with my old number i.e([protected]), due to some reason i cancelled my both tickets with order ids-([protected] and [protected]).
i merged my accounts to my new number i.e [protected].
though of getting refund to my new number i haven't got.
technical support is saying that i got my money in my old number but i dont have that number, can u please tell me how i will get my money and it is not a small amount.
it is already been a month.
can u guys look into this and please dont send the automated message.

Money credit to add wallet but servier down to not purchase so i am tranfer to return bank but ammount not credit to bank and not refund to wallet.
i was cheated by paytm.. i added rs 19900 in my paytm wallet on 4.1.17 and did not reflect in my paytm account. my bank says that the transaction was success from their side. i tried contacting the costomer care numbers and there was no option to talk to your support represetative .. i need my money back.. my paytm transaction id-[protected] pls help me.and my refund money.

i kaushik pathak used paytm frm last 2 months but frm last 1 weak when i used anywhere paytm the transaction was failed so kindly short out my problem. i have proper balance also in my account. why i have this kind of problem what is the reason of this problems? please shortout my problem as early as. my contact no. is [protected]. if you have to need to talk with me.

I have ordered VIVO V5 from Paytm on 25-JAN-2017.I received my box through BluDart Courier AWB no [protected].I received the product on 31st Jan 2017.

When I opened the box ..mobile phone and accessories were missing.Box weight and pictures have been submitted to Paytm.
All the requested documents have been submitted to them.Please help to refund my amount.

I transferred money from paytm wallet to my bank account on 24th dec 2016. they told me 25th money is returned to bank. but it was not credited. so i raised complaint. yesterday they told me they transferred money on 30th jan 2017. but bank told me they didnt get any money. bank asking me to confirmation number. they are not giving me. and they are telling again i have to do same process for getting money. actually i want my money immediately. it is urgent requirement. what will i do? please help me.

On 4/01/2017 night an amount of Rs 925/- was transferred from mob no [protected] to another no [protected] but the same has not been credited to the target paytm account till date.Pl look into the matter and ensure that the amount of Rs.925/-is credited to the paytm a/c([protected]) at the earliest..Else, pls reverse the entry and credit the amount in the paytm account of the sender([protected])

Dear Paytm Team,

It's high time you start responding to queries of the customers. There's no pepper helpline to reach an executive and neither there's any way to contact higher authorities.

I purchased a mobile worth 18300/- on 27th of Jan and cancelled it immediately. The Money has not yet been credited to my account. Like always I've received a "Refund Reference Number", using which I have contacted my home branch and SBI customer care service. They both have said that the transaction has issues from your end.!!! I've been facing a lot of issues off late. But I'm still hopeful that you'll address the issue and fix the problem asap.
NOTE:
1.I've called and registered my grievance ; There was no response

2. I registered a complaint on paytm app; there was no response

3. I called the consumer Court; they gave me a reference number and asked me to follow every step in grievance procedure and if after all of that the issue isn't resolved a legal action will be taken against paytm

4. This is my final approach to you guys. Please address the issue and get the money refunded asap. It's huge amount for me.

I was waiting for the refund. Its been 11 days i din get refund but I I contacted with merchant but they are telling they did not get received the amount.kindly have a check and do needful.
