I added Rs.500/- to Paytm Wallet from ICICI account and then transferred back from Paytm Wallet to SBI bank. Money deducted from Paytm Wallet but dint added in SBI Bank. This happened on 02/01/2017. Till date there is no refund from paytm even after complaining many times. They simply say they refunded amount. Both SBI & ICICI Bank authorities says they dint received any transactions paytm to my respective accounts.

I ordered a footware([protected]) and I didn't receive the ordered size. Have been following with the customer care for the past two weeks for replacement or return but no response. Two guys (Manoj, tanuj) mailed next to next on Jan 27 stating that the pick up will followed up. That's it after that no response, no status update. Nothing. No telephonic support. Really the worst online shopping support.

I will tell you what exactly happened. My brother has sent an amount of rs 573 to my mobile number [protected] from [protected]. The thing is like I don't have a paytm account associated with the number [protected].
So I thought that if I create a paytm account with the same number I will get rs 573 which was transferred earlier by my brother.
I have signed up with [protected], it prompted me that already I had an account with same number. I have selected some option like merge or override I don't remember it exactly. My question is either money should be credited back to my brothers number [protected] or it should be credited to my number [protected].
But neither of it happened. I lost my money somewhere. I[censored] can show where is money...it will be much appreciated.
My question is what did I do with that money ?? If the transaction was successful, money should be used somewhere right ?
It shouldn't go in the middle !

But didn't receive 100% cashback according to offer on Petrol Purchase on QR code.
It is being more than 48 hours but still I am waiting...

On[protected], I did transaction of 1264.24 RS using Paytm but due to insufficient paytm account balance I have used ICICI credit card to pay bill . This transaction not done successfully.I have spent three months to got back my money from paytm.

Though you are provided my money, the three month have been very tedious. I have gone through serious monetary deficit. I didn’t had money to pay bills recharge my mobile and pay to various vendors and this has been due to the delay in your refund so I would request you to compensation.

Hope to see faster processing this time.

On 16.1.17 paytm has deducted rs 2201.62 from my paytm account on issue of "WITHDRAWN AGAINST DISPUTE" but still no such amount is being credited to my bank account till date and i have also submited complains online but no proper reply from paytm's side.

I want my money back and i am also going to close my paytm account for this and recommend everyone to stop using this crappy application.

As i have lost my phone i installed paytm app on my laptop.i was suppose to send money to my friends paytym account .instead i recharged my friends Vodafone account by mistake.it was a transfer of 300 rupees.i want a refund or a way through which my friend can transfer that 300 rupees back to me.please hlp me resolve my issue . as it is important even if its 300 rupees . i think its good if i get to know how to set things right and im sure paytm will have refund policies to help their customers .paytm has made everyday things so simple and i do recommend this app to all of my friends .i request your customer care to find me a solution.

My Account has been blocked without proper justification and notification. I want a reason why it was blocked and why the same has not been communicated to me.
And the support team does not reply to any mails or issue that we create. It's useless.

i want them to take some action as soon as possible and resolve the issue on priority or return my wallet money and block the account as long as you want. i will work with some other good service wallet.

I am disgusted with Paytm. On my Uber app I had recharged 303 x 2 (INR 606 Rs) and screenshot sent through Paytm app. I was asked to re-authorise my Paytm wallet on Uber dates 31/01 and I lost about 580 Rs leaving my wallet with INR 118. Paytm never calls and customer care service is as pathetic as the app.

Hi,

I did payment of amount 200 from my paytm no([protected]) to my friend's number([protected]) on 11-JAN-2017.

My paytm account is debited but the my friend's paytm account is not credited.

On that particular date, my friends account number was not registered to paytm.

She registered to PAYTM later but she didn't got any amount now.Even i didn't got the cash back

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
