I received a call from from [protected] at 10: 59 a.m. This person identified himself as Rahul Srivastava, employee code 00029429, of PayTM. He ask me to forward an SMS message to a certain number. When I refused to do so he said that my PayTM account would be blocked. I put down the phone. He again called at 11: 37 a.m. with details such as the amount i had on my PayTM wallet. He also had the details of the bank to which this PayTM account...

I placed an order about a week ago. Once I realized that the delievery process was going to take almost a month I decided to cancel 2/3 items from the order. I was able to cancel only 1 item and got refunded my money. The second item I've been trying to cancel has not even yet been awknowledged by the vendor. It's been one week and he has yet to even acknowledge that I placed an order that's ridiculous I'd rather just buy from another vendor...

Reference to your latest Email i was assured that the previous balance will be transfer to the existing account.Since i have already given all the details and now i am not in position to give details required by you again and again.It is really hurting me that your company of such REPUT is unable to sort out my problem after 10-15 days.

Someone has deducted amount from savings as well as CITI bank credit card.
When I checked the transaction details, it shows that this has been done from Paytm mobile solutions.

I have raised a complaint with CITI bank. I was trying to reach Paytm customer care. But there was no proper resoponse. I dont know what is happening. If this is the way how the customer will be happy.

On 27.1.17 paytm has deducted rs 5000 from my paytm account on issue of "WITHDRAWN AGAINST DISPUTE" but still no such amount is being credited to my bank account till date and i have also submited complains online but no such positive reply from paytm's side.

I want my money back and i am also closing my paytm account for this and for many such related issues....

On 02.01.2017 I had transferred an amount of Rs.1000/- from my paytm wallet in mobilie number [protected] to [protected]. The payee got the message success but the money was not added in the payee's paytm wallet. I had give many complaints but no action has been taken against my complaint. Request to solve the same at the earliest...

I have paid 225 rs to shopkeeper through paytm. i have received the confirmation about it but the shopkeeper did not receive the amount till date this incident happend 1 month back. i want paytm to contact the shopkeeper about the payment confirmation rather than me as i have all the proofs regarding the payment. it very annoying to get a call from him daily regarding the complain. my money is deducted so why should pay him extra. please...

I am Adinarayana having paytm wallet [protected]. One of my friend transferred 2000/- money to my wallet from Paytm wallet [protected] on 25th Jan 2017. But at that time I don't having paytm wallet on [protected] number. After that I opened a Paytm wallet on [protected]. But money was deducted from his Paytm wallet. But I did't received money to my wallet. But I received a payment confirmation msg from Paytm wallet...

On 28/01/2017, I received call from phone no. [protected] (named Shruti Rathod)from caller giving reference that he is calling from ICICI for 3D Secure banking and asked ATM CARD NO. for regularizing & updating my bank account. Register mobile number is [protected], I have given all the detail but after a short time, I noticed by receiving a SMS that the fake caller debited Rs 50000/- from my ICICI account to his PAYTM ACCOUNT...

A duplicate PayTM account with my email address and Mobile number got created and my balance became from Rs. 9000 to Rs. 0.

No response I have got from mailing them or calling them.

When I messaged them on facebook, they told me some stupid thing which is both absurd, stupid and annoying. They are telling that my mobile number has been claimed (Not sure what that means), and they now want to buy a new mobile...
