I had transferred Rs.3000/- to Mobile no. [protected] on 18th January 2017. The transaction ID is [protected]. While transferring the amount, I was not aware that the receiver does not have a Paytm account. Once the transfer was made and I received a “success” message from Paytm, I contacted the receiver. He created a Paytm account but still neither the money was credited to his account nor was it credited back to my account. I complained about it several times and every time I received a reply from Paytm was that the receiver has got the money. When I insisted that receiver has not received the amount then I was told that since the receiver did not had an account when the money was transferred, so the money will get credited to his account in next 48hrs. Then in the same evening, I received another call from paytm and they said that since the receiver had not created the account at the time of transfer, the money will be credited back to my account within 48hrs. Neither of the two options happened till date. Yesterday I met the receiver and checked his passbook statement to verify his claims as well as of Paytm and found that Paytm is cheating on both o[censored]s. I have clicked the pictures of the passbook of the receiver and mine too. Please find the pictures in the attachment. It’s been more than 14 days since I am taking this issue again and again and every time paytm is saying that the payment has been credited.

I transfer money through paytm to idbi bank account on 13 Jan 2017 of Rs 6000. Rs5000, Rs 1000 but still not get in that account, and amount is deducted from my sbi account.
Please solve this problem and send money back to my account.

I submitted a request to schedule a meeting in order to upgrade my PayTM limit but, I didn't get any kind of response from you guys. What kind of pathetic services you are providing to your customers. I didn't expect from you.

      Hi,

      I have purchased the below item from Paytm 12/10/16 and there was cash back offer on the below product. The item got delivered but my cashback offer of INR 6783/- was not credit to my paytm account.

      "Apple MacBook Pro MD101HN/A Laptop (Core I5 (3rd Gen)/4 GB DDR3/500 GB HDD/33.78 Cm (13)/Mac OS X Lion) (Silver)" against the Order number [protected]"

      I have been following with them since 45 days and I haven't received cash back from them. I got a call from them after a week of my purchase where I have integrated two paytm accounts into one. The data was missing in my account and the same thing has been communicated to them through the mail and they accepted and verified the order after getting call from them. Since from that call I have been asking them for my cashback.

      The issue is still with them.

      "We are still working on this issue of cashback for product "Apple MacBook Pro MD101HN/A Laptop (Core I5 (3rd Gen)/4 GB DDR3/500 GB HDD/33.78 Cm (13)/Mac OS X Lion) (Silver)" against the Order number [protected] and will get back to you with a resolution within next 24-48 hours."

        I have forgott password for login so i request for reset of password.After that paytm sent me a link & by clicking on that i have reseted my password.Pl note I have not changed my mobile no.I am able to login but account balance which is @ 500 has become 0. pl guide me

            I received a call from from [protected] at 10: 59 a.m. This person identified himself as Rahul Srivastava, employee code 00029429, of PayTM. He ask me to forward an SMS message to a certain number. When I refused to do so he said that my PayTM account would be blocked. I put down the phone. He again called at 11: 37 a.m. with details such as the amount i had on my PayTM wallet. He also had the details of the bank to which this PayTM account is linked and my personal details. This means that the person had access to all my details. Now, if this person is not your employee, then your security is an issue. In all this time, this person had transferred Rs 20000 from my account and also did away with the balance I had in my wallet.

            Please take a look into this case as I strongly hold PayTM accountable for such people to have access to personal details of their customers. If you cannot provide for the security of your clients, DO NOT SOLICIT for people to join in.

              I placed an order about a week ago. Once I realized that the delievery process was going to take almost a month I decided to cancel 2/3 items from the order. I was able to cancel only 1 item and got refunded my money. The second item I've been trying to cancel has not even yet been awknowledged by the vendor. It's been one week and he has yet to even acknowledge that I placed an order that's ridiculous I'd rather just buy from another vendor or go out to the store. My order number is [protected].

              That is word for word what they sent me after i sent them an email asking for a refund and cancellation of my order. ALL i want is a cancellation of my whole order and my money back into my account dont think thats asking for much I've recieved order number [protected] I've gotten 599 rupees back from an order of 1299 so 799 still pending id like back. thats it. thats all i want and ill be happy. not to just rant but that message is completely astonishing how they can just tell me as a customer my query is not going to be even looked at. completely unprofessional.

                my new account number ([protected]) number.paytm has asked me some queries which I have answered them and request them to transfer the due balance which is in my old account ([protected]) into my new account number ([protected])I wish you will reply me soon

                Today in the morning Paytm has promised me(Sadhna Kapoor)that they will transfer my old balance money into my new account number ([protected]).As my old mobile ([protected] number)has lost since 15/20 days so I requested Paytm to transfer my old balance amount into my New account number ([protected])and also I have fulfilled their queries as much as possible.Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Someone has deducted amount from savings as well as CITI bank credit card.
                        When I checked the transaction details, it shows that this has been done from Paytm mobile solutions.

                        I have raised a complaint with CITI bank. I was trying to reach Paytm customer care. But there was no proper resoponse. I dont know what is happening. If this is the way how the customer will be happy.

                        I am totally fed up with what is happening .

                        I want my amount back. there were 2 transaction happend on[protected] with RS 9999

                        & the same day, this has been deducted from savings account. so totally i have lost 29997.

                        Please let me know the details ASAP.

                            On 27.1.17 paytm has deducted rs 5000 from my paytm account on issue of "WITHDRAWN AGAINST DISPUTE" but still no such amount is being credited to my bank account till date and i have also submited complains online but no such positive reply from paytm's side.

                              On 02.01.2017 I had transferred an amount of Rs.1000/- from my paytm wallet in mobilie number [protected] to [protected]. The payee got the message success but the money was not added in the payee's paytm wallet. I had give many complaints but no action has been taken against my complaint. Request to solve the same at the earliest

                                I have paid 225 rs to shopkeeper through paytm. i have received the confirmation about it but the shopkeeper did not receive the amount till date this incident happend 1 month back. i want paytm to contact the shopkeeper about the payment confirmation rather than me as i have all the proofs regarding the payment. it very annoying to get a call from him daily regarding the complain. my money is deducted so why should pay him extra. please give confirmation to the shopkeeper. i want this issue to be solved as soo as possible it is very annoying i will stop using paytm if this is not solved.as paytm is confirming me about the paytm. please contact the shopkeeper for the same.

                                  I am Adinarayana having paytm wallet [protected]. One of my friend transferred 2000/- money to my wallet from Paytm wallet [protected] on 25th Jan 2017. But at that time I don't having paytm wallet on [protected] number. After that I opened a Paytm wallet on [protected]. But money was deducted from his Paytm wallet. But I did't received money to my wallet. But I received a payment confirmation msg from Paytm wallet having transaction I'd: [protected]. So please reverse the amount to his wallet or transfer the money to my wallet. Please do the needful. Here i am providing transaction I'd: [protected].

                                    I tried to add money in paytm and it got debited from my account but paytm rejected it. on mailing paytm they confirmed that they reversed the amount but bank did not received. now I am trying with icici bank and paytm as well but no one is responding.                                         Hi,
                                        I have booked a AIR ticket from bangalore to kolkata Jet Airways 9W 665 using Paytm website.My journey date is 18th april 2017.

                                        The corresponding paytm order id for ticket booking is-[protected].

                                        Now ii have got a mail from paytm that suddenly my ticket has been cancelled whereas I have not cancelled yet.

                                        As it is non refundable ticket, I will not get any money in refund.

                                        I gave a call to customar care to stop cancellation, but they are unable to do that.They are telling it has been got canceeled from my mobile, where as I have not cancelled the same.This might be cause due to their system issue.But they are not ready to listen or stop cancelling the request.

                                        This is an verry critical issue.That is why raising the concern.
