please help me with solution

      On 28/01/2017, I received call from phone no. [protected] (named Shruti Rathod)from caller giving reference that he is calling from ICICI for 3D Secure banking and asked ATM CARD NO. for regularizing & updating my bank account. Register mobile number is [protected], I have given all the detail but after a short time, I noticed by receiving a SMS that the fake caller debited Rs 50000/- from my ICICI account to his PAYTM ACCOUNT NO., the paytm reference no. for paytm transaction is 132746 & 132544 & 132407. So you are requested to please trace same fake caller & get refund my money.

        A duplicate PayTM account with my email address and Mobile number got created and my balance became from Rs. 9000 to Rs. 0.

        No response I have got from mailing them or calling them.

        When I messaged them on facebook, they told me some stupid thing which is both absurd, stupid and annoying. They are telling that my mobile number has been claimed (Not sure what that means), and they now want to buy a new mobile number along with my bank statements, debit card / credit card statements and my last 3 PayTM transactions (Like I have no work but to remember my PayTM transactions) - with no guarantee - that my money would be returned.

        It seems more like ways by PayTM as a company policy to make people go in circles - so finally consumer gets frustrated and gives up on money.

        When Mobile and Email associated with PayTM account are same - how difficult it is to use common sense and transfer my money from my supposedly old account to new account.

        No one from customer care responds to my emails or anyone picks up customer care phones.

        Can anyone help me find someone with common sense from PayTM who can be understanding enough to understand my issue and return my amount to same mobile number and email associated with my PayTM account.

              One Rahul Goswami (PayTm, JPR.Mobile [protected]) asked my ATM card details on plea to veriy my Axis bank account transaction details and fraudulently carried out two transactions of Rs.19974/- each in the name of Paytm solutions, Noida sequence Nos,[protected] and[protected] respectively as per massages received on my mobile. These transactions are fraudulent one and may be cancelled and amount be frefunded in relevant bank account which were carried out today itself i.e.31.1.2017.

                On 07.01.2017 an amt of Rs.251/- paid for post paid payment of mobile bill, Now Vodafone has sent me bill for Feb including the amt paid as arrears. Check where the amt deducted on 07.01.2017 has gone.? They have imposed a penalty of Rs.25/= also.

                  When i cancle my order they update my status from cancel to delivered..

                  They show me false receipt... and told that order delivered to you...
                  In fact in that recipe no delivery date and sign are there...
                  Now they dont give me my money... and mail me that order delivered to you...
                  Totally fraud site...

                    I saved my credit card on PayTM. They auto debited Rs. 1550 from my credit card.
                    I did complaint about that but now they are not even replying.

                    I sent them images of my statement.

                    They even confirmed they it has been auto debited.

                    Now Im not even getting any reply from them.

                    Date of deduction - 03/12/16

                    They were replying to my emails earlier.

                    Now they are ignoring.

                    I am still waiting for the refund.

                    This is poor show by a big company.

                      I ordered for 2 items through paytm. After tat I returned the 2 same items to paytm, one weeks before. Still I didn't get my money back.I send many email to them, but they are not replaying for it.Then I called to their costumer care number, but their is no option to talk to the customer care executive. Actually they are cheating their customers. I need my money back. Otherwise I will go for more complaint against paytm and I will inform your customers through my complaint. So I need my money back.                         An amount of rupees 1895.84 was available in my wallet a few days back. The same is missing now. Where it has disappeared i am shocked. My phone number is [protected].Kindly note that i have not used the Paytm wallet for the last 15 days. Kindly resolve the complaint as early as possible.

                        Sushil Kumar Vij, 571, Sector 9, Faridabad 121006, The passbook is not showing anything, although there are more than 12 transactions in the last one year or so. I am really shocked to learn that everything has been deleted from my account including rupees 1895.84. inspite of repeated requests over phone i could not get any reply. Kindly help to transfer the amount in my wallet.

                                I had done 3 transactions on Paytm on 30th Jan 2017 details are below however none of them is reflecting in my paytm wallet. There is no way to contact any customer care at Paytm if your issue is not listed on their IVR. I have sent 3 emails to them with no revert. Need to know the status of money else need them to refund the same to my account asap.

                                1) The online banking payment for INR 1500/- has been transferred to Bills-Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. with transaction reference [protected] on 30th Jan’17

                                This amount did not appear in my Uber Linked Paytm wallet at all.

                                2) The payment via Debit card for INR. 200/- and INR. 1000/- have been transferred with reference[protected] &[protected] respectively

                                These two transactions did show in my Uber linked Paytm account yesterday evening however today morning these are not reflecting as well and my Paytm waller is showing ZERO BALANCE

                                  Hi,
                                  On dtd 19/1/17 almost @ 2:00pm my paytm wallet was used by unauthorized person. Just a day back I add 1000 Rs into my wallet and 27 Rs was balance. Thus total 1027 Rs were new balance as on 19/1/17 morning.
                                  Then @ 2pm there was a transaction made of 1027 (exactly the total balance of my wallet) through my wallet which wasn't done by me.
                                  I want the solution on this and want my wallet refilled with the same amount.
                                  I have already register my complaint through paytm call center & they had told it will be cleared in 48 hrs. It now more than a week but not got any revert.
                                  If this is not reverted and sorted out I will book a complain in police cyber dept and also to the media.

                                  Expecting my wallet refilled in 24 hrs.

                                    Recharged my Tata DoCoMo phone with Rs. 200/- on 13th December 2016. It was mentioned on PayTM's website that I will get full talktime yet I received a talktime of Rs. 170/- only. I have written to them many times but they are directing me to the operator. The operator says that they will not give full talktime if the recharge is not done from their own website. I have paid the money to PayTM since PayTM promised full talktime on their website. Now PayTM is trying to run away from their responsibility. Today is 31st January 2017 and there has been no resolution yet.

                                    I am unable to send money from wallet to bank account pls fix it

                                      There were two Paytm wallets in my name one with Uber taxi and OTHER related to my mobile phone app. I recharged my later wallet with Rs.1200/- and used BSNL mobiles through Recharged of Rs.290/- and 510/- wherein a MASSAGE received wherein a mobile operator referece No.[protected] received. However, there was balance in mythis later Paytm wallet was appoximately 423/- which is yet not traceable. My Uber taxi related wallet is active and traceable. Please help me in tracing my this wallet balance or merge it with my balance o[censored]ber taxi related wallet.
