Hi,
On dtd 19/1/17 almost @ 2:00pm my paytm wallet was used by unauthorized person. Just a day back I add 1000 Rs into my wallet and 27 Rs was balance. Thus total 1027 Rs were new balance as on 19/1/17 morning.
Then @ 2pm there was a transaction made of 1027 (exactly the total balance of my wallet) through my wallet which wasn't done by me.
I want the solution on this and want my wallet refilled with the same amount.
I have already register my complaint through paytm call center & they had told it will be cleared in 48 hrs. It now more than a week but not got any revert.
If this is not reverted and sorted out I will book a complain in police cyber dept and also to the media.

Expecting my wallet refilled in 24 hrs.

    Recharged my Tata DoCoMo phone with Rs. 200/- on 13th December 2016. It was mentioned on PayTM's website that I will get full talktime yet I received a talktime of Rs. 170/- only. I have written to them many times but they are directing me to the operator. The operator says that they will not give full talktime if the recharge is not done from their own website. I have paid the money to PayTM since PayTM promised full talktime on their website. Now PayTM is trying to run away from their responsibility. Today is 31st January 2017 and there has been no resolution yet.
    OTP not come in my mobile number I tried many time then you say .you have reached OTP limit we tried at list one weak but OTP not received
    I am unable to send money from wallet to bank account pls fix it

      There were two Paytm wallets in my name one with Uber taxi and OTHER related to my mobile phone app. I recharged my later wallet with Rs.1200/- and used BSNL mobiles through Recharged of Rs.290/- and 510/- wherein a MASSAGE received wherein a mobile operator referece No.[protected] received. However, there was balance in mythis later Paytm wallet was appoximately 423/- which is yet not traceable. My Uber taxi related wallet is active and traceable. Please help me in tracing my this wallet balance or merge it with my balance o[censored]ber taxi related wallet.

        I made a bill pay the amount of 464 because i sav the idia lostpaid bill recharge is make certain many tranation in the website of payTm but auecessful amount 464 in 4 th time dedauted form my bank account on25th jan 2017 to 30 jan 2017 which i am got to get it bank from their end
        The transation codes are as follous

        3=[protected]
        4=[protected]
        I recharge my Delhi metro card on 28/01/2017. However, my account get debited with R's.200 but metro card did not get recharged.
        Very slow app
        Ihad try make payment of flipkart order no 0d[protected] by paytm, but flikart do not the accpet payment, but my wallet not come back in wallet.

          I made a recharge with the amount of 147.00 because i saw the offer which said if i am using a 4g headset and sim i'll get 1 gb data and i am using a i phone 6s with 4g sim card but didn't get the data and then talked with vodafone they said they make me fool they are not responsible for that so resolve this problem asap.

            I tried to add 7300 rupees in my paytm wallet on 21 /01 /2017 but it showed failed. I try two times. But money deduction from my account[protected] two times. Paytm clear refused that they not get any money but money deduction from my account my mobile number [protected]

              Hi Team,

              For your immediate action - My father received a fraud call asking for card and aadhar details to link his aadhar card number with bank account. Account got debited with 35000INR with transactions being done to different wallets. Please help me and revert this transaction done to PayTM with POS[protected]. I logged the complaint on your helpline number too but i am afraid about the slow response.
              Please help me to get my father's hard earned money back.

                Hello, I have requested to update my phone number to my Paytm account under the email - "[protected]@gmail.com".
                Each time they keep asking me the same detail of providing the new phone number and copy of my transaction email along with my bank transaction copy.
                Even after providing the same detail over and over again, I continue to be stuck with NO resolution or help from the customer service.
                The problem with customer service is they keep sending me different ticket reference numbers and ask me the same information which I have already provided each time by email.
                The ticket ref numbers are as below -

                    Hi,

                    This is Reenia Paul Choudhury, I had tried to make certain online transactions in the website of Clovia through PayTM. But unfortunately the transaction was not successful and an amount of Rs. 574 got deducted twice from my bank account on 22nd Jan '17, for which I am yet to get it back from their end.

                    The transaction codes are as follows:

                    - POS [protected] (txn #[protected]
                    - POS [protected] (tnx#[protected]

                    I had also mailed them, but they didnt even reply to that nor transferred the amount of Rs. 1148 back in my bank account.

                    Please do something about it. I want my money back immediately.

                            My transaction was failed but in two transactions one of INR 50 and another INR 100 debited my account but my paytm wallet is not credited and after the promise to refund all my money by Paytm there is no any response to solve this case ...
                            It's too bad and dishonesty about customer because they think there is no any help desk for customer in this democracy...

                                  I have been contacting paytm service center to change my number as my number has been allotted to a stranger by airtel. i contacted paytm but i didnt got a single reply through an email . they just say to send us the last 3 transaction screenshot of that paytm account and the new mobile number, but i have sended this requirement to paytm but they are not replying me. I sended them the last 3 transaction copy as well as the new mobile number but they dont reply. in my paytm account there is more than 500rs so i need to get it back but i cannot get it back

                                    On 30/01/2017 i did videocon d2h recharge of rs 275. Paytm has debited from my bank account 275 Rs twice. But actual recharge was done only once.
                                    I have checked the bank statement, i see the amount of rs 275 has been debited twice, also checked the videocon d2h outstanding balance. It shows only 275.
                                    Also my paytm wallet balance is showing 0 even after a failed transaction to the DTH service.
