My friend from mobile no. [protected] has transferred 5000 rupees to my no.[protected]. But though my mobile has paytm app I never used it. When I saw the msg of 5000 rupees I signed up to paytm app and tried a transaction, found the wallet amount is zero. Please add the amount to my wallet which is deducted from my friend account. It is a huge amount for me please do it immediately. I am writing from 4-5 days but not getting any rrsponse. If the same is repeated I may Lodge a complaint.

                  I would like to highlight a concern regarding anauthorized deduction from my "Paytm Wallet" on 23-Jan-2017.

                  Yesterday I checked my "Paytm Wallet" and found that there is dedcution of Rs.2500 with the reason of "Withdrwan Against Dispute".

                  I logged a complaint at customer care IVR and Paytm app both.

                  Today I have received a call from your one of most customer centric executive, who denied to disclosed her name and don't know how to talk to customer.

                  She gave me a incomplete information and hangup the call without any assurance and clarrification.
                  In my old account have 3000 rupees plz send my money in my new account...
                  I have add 30 rupees two times in paytm wallet by debit card on 21.01.2017 ref. no. POS PRCH POS[protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LNOIDA And another ref no. POS PRCH POS[protected] PAYTM APP NOIDA. my transection failed and i get only 30 rupees in my SBI bank account. and another 30 cant get on any of account.check ref. no. and fix it.

                        This is a Failed transaction and they hav taken Rs2275 from my paytm walllet on 26th Jan 2017 and i hav raised compliants regarding the same issue for more than 4 times and received token confirmation mail from Paytm but no response after that for the same issue. i need my Money which has been taken for a Failed transaction. i hav attached the the Paytm order id and the amount that has been deducted.

                          On December 7th, 2016 I tried to buy a laptop in paytm through Union Bank of India Debit card payment the transaction got failed and my money 28824 /- got deducted.I have raised a complaint for bank and paytm but both are not responding.When I approach the bank they are saying that they didn't received money and to consult the paytm and when I ask the paytm they are asking to check with bank.It has been 53 days since my money got deducted but no response from the ends.I have contacted bank around 20 times.Please help me to resolve this and also request for penalty as they have wasted lot of time, effort.

                            I have done paytm on 29.01.2017, where doing transaction my payment was unsuccessful due to network, so again i done second payment of 2000.
                            My second transactions was successful but later i found there was two debit of 2000 from my account.

                                Paytm till now not refund my money almost 25 days over. So many times I complained but they r send same mail again and again. I contact to my home branch also but they said not received like that. Paytm fraud company. I will go to consumer court.pls support people who r same like me. Paytm big fraud company.all r think paytm is good. But truth is paytm cheating company.i raised complaint 4 times.this is 5th complaint. But they r not taking action. I already submit paytm mobile no and order I'd wallet I'd and all. But they r not take action.

                                    On 23rd Jan, 17 I made a payment of Rs. 1200/- towards GoAir Airlines seat booking fee. I selected the option of Paytm payment and entered my Axis Bank debit card details but the transaction failed. Then I used my Indusind debit card and the payment was successfull.

                                    But later, I received notification from Axis bank saying my account was debited INR 1200.00 on[protected]:01:07 giving info Info: PUR/PAYTM/NOIDA/PAYTM/Seq No 920850. Also, another message from paytm said "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs. 1200/- on Paytm against order ID 5ZYUJI. We will refund the money incase the order is cancelled".

                                    I has been 7 days now I am waiting for the refund on the failed transaction but so far nothing yet. I tried calling paytm customer care but I only get ivr options over and over, no human respond. I already sent a complaint from their portal but no response so far. I request you to kindly look into the issue and resolve it soon. Thank you

                                        Hi,
                                        As mentioned in subject line, Just received the product on 27th January 2017. There are some quality issue of this product -
                                        1. Original packaging is tempered and sealed with Tape.
                                        2. Rotten dog dry food inside the packet.

                                        I opened the packet as it was tempered and sealed with Tape, I thought it might happens during transit so they sealed it with tape(as sometime it happens) but after opening the packet to feed my dog, the whole content is rotten(packet is full of moisture and whole food got rotten from moisture).

                                        As it is recommended that pet food must be kept airtight so it won't get rotten( as if it ges rotten there will be many health related issues, a pet can face).

                                        Now, it's my humble request to you to context seller for this to either replace it with a new and fresh packet or take this opened packet back, dump it and return my money.

                                        I will not apericiate such issues especially with food products(either human or animal). So, if I don't get appropriate solution ( any one from above mentioned). I have to contact other authorities (PETA, Consumer Firm).

                                        Do anything as soon as possible because I had bought the product from Paytm and Paytm is sole responsible for its product quantity.
