Account number [protected] balance send me problems mobile number [protected]

Hi,

I am using paytm but i didn't do any transaction on 24th Jan, but from my bank account paytm has been deducted 1675.48 rupees.i tried to contact customer care number but no body responding. So can you please send my money to my account and also let me know if any issue is there on my account.and also let me know for which reason you deducted money from my bank account, you made my account as zero balance, am facing many problem ...please help me as soon as possible

Main company ke CEO ko kehna chahta hu pls customer ke sath fraud na kare bhotfraudd kar liya apne hamare sath. Mere shop hai uttam nagar Delhi. Mere pass ek customer ne16600 ka transaction kiya mere paytm number pe([protected]) after half an hour jab Maine check kiya paytm balance is zero. Aaj ye 3-4 shop main hua aisa hamari market main. Aur isse bhi pehele ho chuka hai its Means paytfraudod hai. I m going to announce and se all photos in news that paytm fraudrod. Lets See what we do.

I humbly request for your kind support and help for resolution of my below Grievance with PAYTM.

I have contacted PAYTM trailed mail as below for the same and have asked for support but not got any reply or any resolution from them till date.

I have contacted PAYTM many times via PAYTM MOBILE APP many times. I am not getting any reply or support from them even after mailing and requesting them for support to resolve the issue. No one from PAYTM till date has replied or responded to me on my above problem.

This is infrom to that actually I've complaint about regrading of my PAYTM apps, 28/01/2017 i've used₹300.00 to [protected] (GOWHERE SHOPPING COUNTER) but they people told me that they didn't receive this account why I dn't know??? 😈😈😈😈😈😈

What the hell is going with u team Paytm ?
Actually why does it happening to the customers,

Is Paytm playing any game of business? Or PAYTM Company is not caring about resolution of grievances. Just they are busy in making business.

Please check below mentioned given attachments files which was I've sent payment to payee [protected] but he told me that they didn't received sms or payment why r doing here man????
Nothing more else please refund my money asap in my wallet and call back my registered number before tommrow 12pm other wise I will forward this mail Consumer Cort...

I will be highly grateful to you Sir if you can please help me on the same. Would request for your kind help and support to get aforesaid issue resolved ASAP.

Please escalated this matter to concern department and refunded my money 💵 as soon as possible and call back my same number nothing more else also I'm not waiting for this problem???It's harrising for me when I've tried to payment in PAYTM many times its happened this why I dn't know??? totally wrost service PAYTM online shopping 🛍 apps..🏪

On 26th Jan 2017, 10:54 P.M., I added 7100 INR to my paytm wallet and then I tried to purchase a laptop of 32000 INR where I had to buy it through EMI. So initially 7100 INR got deducted from my paytm wallet and later when i selected Bank EMI option to pay rest 25000 INR from my credit card i got time out error so i came back to my paytm wallet page and saw that my paytm wallet balance is 0.9 inr and 7100 INR got deducted even I did not able to make purchase of the laptop. I raised many complaints and finally got a mail from paytm on 27th morning that this issue will be settled down between 24 to 48 hours now 48 hours already passed and I have raised many complaints on thier website but still my paytm wallet balance is 0.9 INR. I was getting an offer of 12% discount on the laptop but now there is no discount and even I have 0.9 INR in paytm wallet. I am calling on their customer care no but there is only IVR and no person available to handle calls. It is really very frustrating as I am waiting for my own money and on their website they have mentioned that your money will be returned instantly but it is going to be more then 68 hours and I have not got my money back.

Dear concern,

I had mailed almost two times and raise the complaint but no any response getting from paytm what the hell is customer service.

My concern is that i had booked two train tickets but only one has booked which one i had booked from paytm second one has not done which one i had booked on January 27, 2017 from IRCTC thru paytm wallet but only balance deducted ticket has not booked.

Please let me know about the balance & return it now i do not want to book the ticket.

Please stop to selling useless product and harassment to people. Please take your useless product I never use this types o[censored]seless product and also I never want to buy anything from paytm because it is a fake and useless, they are entertainment with people with cheat them. Yeterday i have recharge for DTH TATA sky amount of 290RS.from paytm my amount got detected after cross check with the tata sky they haven't received amount .when i check in paytm still it showing processing im getting frustrated from yesterday can't able to contact you all your customer support number is not connecting all are invalid number, we are unable to see any programme .please revert back so that we can contact you.

I had transfered the amount of rs 200 2 times from my bank to paytm wallet
As it was un used i transferred it to bank
But it's not been credited in my bank account and it's debited from paytm wallet
I had complaint in the bank about it
But the bank officer said contact paytm for it
I wrote mails to paytm and tried to call but there is no response
I request you to do the needfull

I have tried to book a rail ticket though the paytm, amount of Rs 836deducted from my account twice without booking of my railticket and I have complained about the same to the paytm but they have not yet solved my problem.Payment id of two deductions from my bank account are[protected] and [protected].company has just booked my complaint, i hope paytm will consider my problem though you.

Sir, i ordered hurom hh elite juicer with order no [protected] .i have been offered with promo code cash back of 20%(5220) of the juicer amount.but when i claim this cash back by applying promo code whithin three hour of shipment, i replied back with message that your promo code has expried. i tried many times to contact with pattm customer service.but they did not pick up my calls. i urged you to resolve this matter .

Recently i have added a money in my wallet through state bank but it has not been added to my wallet ...and it is saying that i have done online shopping ..no one has done online shopping.i want my money to refund.i dont know how paytm is becoming famous.it has not solved my previous issue till now..it is asking to confirm the operator but when i call the customer care it is asking to contact the paytm...i dont know...and if we register a complaint through paytm means it is giving reply after 3 months..it is a silly app.
