Hello,
I have an account with Pay TM. for some reason its blocked. I tried every possible thing but not able to open it.
I called not less than 10 times to customer care but never received call back.

I need my money back immediately.

I am feeling so helpless and stuck.

Now I am trying to write here, can someone take a pain to solve my problem.

    I had purchased recently one power bank on 26th jan 2017 but by mistake selected two items together and payment deducted for both while only had to be purchased there . So please cancelled one item i.e . Romoss power bank in that and which amount transfer in my bank account or paytm wallet account please . till time payment not refunded .       I added total 1500 rupees (two transactions of 1000 and 500) to my paytm wallet(mobile no. [protected]) on 08/01/2017.

      Paytm app said the transactions wassuccessful. but strangely, money did not get added in my paytm wallet and the transaction is not shown in my paytm passbook!!!

      Both the transactions are successful from the bank side and the transaction ids are txn#[protected] and txn#[protected].

      For the second transaction of rs.1000, i have a screenshot of paytm app saying
      ''Rs. 1000 added successfully to paytm wallet '' with the bank transaction id. (adding screenshot in attachment)

      I have contacted your customer care which said to wait for about 48 hours.Its has been 4 days already but the money is not added in my paytm account nor refunded to my bank account still.

      I wanted paytm team to look into my issues and refund money immediately.i have mailed them so many times but i am not getting any reply from them. my money is with them.
      This morning Paytm doesn't allow me to access my account. I get a message to say authentication code changes and then it says UI has logged me out.

        I had ordered food through paytm. Money was debited from my bank account and also from my paytm account. But the vendor/shopkeep hadnt received the payment. I again reordered and again the same thing happened. So now my Rs. 1040/- is debited from my account but i have not received the goods. I need a reversal since i ordered the third time and paid cash. I am trying to get through to patym executive over the phone but there is no option to talk to a customer representative. This is not acceptable. There is no customer support. I have put mails to them also have raised tickets/querys in the app, but still no reply. I need my refund.

            I have deposited rs.2000/- on 23/11/16 in paytm wallet, transaction details from my account of Icici bank to one 97 communication([protected]/0)
            2.05/12/16-([protected]/0)-2000/- 3.10/12/16-IIN/Paytm-5000/-( mobil/[protected]).
            present balance of Rs.3000/-, but the company is said there is no amount left as on today, without giving any statement.

              On 23.08.2016 purchase a laptop from paytm amount is rs.22329/- the amount is already paid by me on same day .
              Amount settlement no. from kotak bank is 098855. but on 25.01.2017 again rs. 22329/- deduct from my credit card.

                  On[protected], I did transaction of 1264.24 RS using Paytm but due to insufficient paytm account balance I have used ICICI credit card to pay bill . This transaction not done successfully. I have called to ICICI bank regarding this problem they replied me that Paytm has claimed 1267 Rs So they can not help me out but ICICI bank support guy given me auth no : 568602 which Paytm has claimed.I already spent two month to get back my money but paytm not given me to till date.

                    In second Order [protected] i m receive faulty (Mic Not Working) product and also inform same day when i m cheeked this mobile.

                      Hi Team,

                      A fraud acted as bank agent and got my details and made a transaction of Rs 20000 at paytm mobile solutions on 25/0/2017 at 12.24 PM through SBI Credit card . I contacted bank customer care immediately after knowing it is fraudulent call. they said request is pending for merchant authorization. through paytm customer care options i registred a complaint, got a msg sayitn ur complaint registered. but no action was taken by them and it is authorized. I Kindly request you to Refund the amount back to the bank. Awaiting for your reply.

                        I did this recharge, but it got failed initally and money was credited in paytm wallted. So i did same recharge from Idea portal immedietly.
                        But Now it is showing successfully on paytm and amount is deducted for the same recharge which is false.

                        I want my money back as it was paytm system mistake. And it was false trasaction.
                        Please refund my money as early as possible and stop doing such false transactions hence forthe.

                        Waiting for revert...!

                        What the hell is happening...once i put complain here i got call paytm asking my Bank details such as Debit card number etc...though i told them that i did transaction using netbanking...then why they need my card details.
                        Also I got whole lot off call more that 4-5 calls waiting after this..

                        I am not getting what the hell is happening...

                          Hi,

                          Almost 9 days over but no resolution till now from paytm team. I had tried a lot to connect with paytm team but not still not clarity from paytm team.

                          I had ordered Nikon DSLR and i have received the wrong product(some cups & other small gift items in box).

                          When i had opened this is was shocking the box is having very tiny some other products although the invoice pasted on box was having correct info. about product.

                          The box itself is an ordinary packaging corrugated box(not nikon's packaging).

                          I am a regular customer for Paytm, but haven't received such issue in past. Since i got the parcel i am continuously trying to connect with paytm but there is no option on IVR to connect with customer care officer.

                          Please go through attached pics for reference & do the needful asap as this is very unpleasant to have such experience..

                            I used to make payments on Paytm usually and suddenly today the app asked for the password which I have not given anytime to the Paytm app...

                            And I got struck as I dint have any money or credit card with me on the shop which was accepting credit card and I had eaten the food from that shop/hotel.

                            This happened in the restaurant : chettayees BTM, bangalore.

                            You may check with the shop owners... poor guy me without any solid cash in my hand have to say I will comeback with cash from ATM and pay you and I had to walk around 1 kilo meter to get the ATM having money and to come back and pay to the restaurant ...

                            Why did the Paytm block my e-wallet when i had enough balance.. still you can chek the balance at this time its more than 1000 Rs, i am going to payit off for some shops and will get rid of this Fkucing PayTM

                            I have spend more than 15K- 30K in paytm .. not just bluffing..

                                Hi my name is naven sareen i am paytm user and this company seems like not doing business ethically. I have been cheated 3 time till now they took the money out of my wallet without any reason it all started in dec 16 for 297rs reference no is [protected](unknown transaction), next incident on jan 4 for 336rs refrence no [protected] i have send the money to my freind and he never recived and today jan 25 another unknown transaction of 13rs refrence no is [protected]. I made several complaints but there is no resolution .i request to plz look into the matter as they have our bank card access.

                                  On 22.01.17, while booking Uber cab, my account was showing balance in Uber Rs.339.00 and I booked a cab & cancelled the cab due to some reason. After few minutes, I tried to book a cab & balance was showing Zero. Subsequently I booked a cab under Cash option and paid in cash. In response to my taking up the matter with Uber, They have informed me that they are only third party & told me to take up the matter with Paytm.
                                  My Rs.200 credit Uber through Paytm/ credit card also not reflecting in Paytm Passbook.
                                  PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & CREDIT RS.339.00 TO MY UBER OR PAYTM ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST

                                      I brought Lyf water 1 mobile from paytm on 4 jan order no. [protected] which i
                                      received on 13th jan and returned it on 14th jan due to was not functioning.
                                      From 14th Jan i am awaiting my refund amount which they not transferred in my account yet.
                                      I raised multiple refund request by paytm app but i still not got satisfaction answer.
                                      I am awaiting my amount INR6852/-.
                                      Avoid paytm for online shopping. Very poor and irresponsible services of paytm.
