    There were 2 transactions done on the same day, and at the same time on Jan-15-2017 at 19:21 and 19:22 for each transaction of 5000rs. Now the problem was that when i made the payment using my Paytm account, i entered my wife's mobile number and transferred the money, however by that time my wife's paytm wallet was not active, because of which she did not receive that payment. But after that i was able to successfully transfer and even she was able to receive the amount. But till date even after calling up the Paytm Customer Service and raising the complaint against those two transactions, no body has even bothered to call us even after requesting so many times. I have emailed the Paytm/care and the only response that i am getting is that they are seeing that transaction as successful, and i need to check with my wife who hasn't received the money till date.
    So kindly request the missing money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                    This is Dr.Leena Gowda, I had written to PAYTM on 27.12.2016, regarding deduction of Amount of Rs. 684.48, while booking Movie ticket through Paytm on 25 Dec 2016 around 11.52 am, which failed but, the amount is not refundedto my account even after 1 month. even after repeatedly contacting them and mailing Paytm.
                    When i wrote to paytm, I got reply, that if payed through Debit or Credit card I have to contact Bank, which i did and they said to contact through whom I payed or did transaction, which is Paytm. and again i got mail from Paytm, my problem has been resolved and to contact bank for further details on 20th Jan, but when contacted Bank and checked the transaction statement, i have not received any money back and bank manager told that they never come in way of any amount being deposited back to account.

                      Paytm I initiated the return request of an order (order id: [protected]) 2 weeks back.
                      I gave all the clarifications on email and shared all the requested pictures of the product along for the reason for the return.
                      And then, the return request was approved and pickup was scheduled for Jan 23rd, 2016.
                      No one came to for the return puck up.
                      I got a call from an executive today, and he was again asking about the reason for return.
                      Witnessing worst return/refund policy of Paytm
                      Guys, think 10 times before buying anything from Paytm
                      Amazon India Flipkart Snapdeal are way better than Paytm
                      They do not torture in their return/refund process.

                      Even after the return request is approved and pick up was scheduled. No one came to pick up the product and now, they are saying that I have received what I booked.

                      If you want the explanation again:
                      The lens description mentioned on your website is 18-55 AF-S
                      But I received, 18-55mm AF-P.
                      There are different models of the lens. I wanted AF-S which is why I bought it.
                      Why would I accept something which I have not ordered. And why there is so much argument in the return process.

                          I have booked the hotel on paytm for 2 days 1500 rs per day to 8th Jan 17. When I checked in the hotel name - Basera inn, but room was so congested so I immediately call to paytm care ([protected]) inform them and send the photos of hotel as per their demand and told to left the hotel immediately so I left it.
                          After that I got complaints id[protected] from paytm on 10 Jan 17 . After that I requested them to refund my money and for that I took follow up by mail 2-3 times or by phone 8 -9 times but till date I m not getting refund the my amt.
                          Paytm also give confirmation on mail to refund the money on 21st Jan but till date not getting the money refund.

                          So pls help me.

                                        PAYTM Swindling Subscribers
                                        On 30 December 2016 my add money transaction failed and though a sum of Rs 1000/ was deducted from my IOB account it never got credited to my PAYTM passbook .
                                        I got a message from PAYTM that my bank has confirmed the payment and the same will be repaid back to the bank. Order No. [protected] was quoted in the message dated 30 dec 2016.
                                        I get another message 3 days later that 1000/ has been refunded to my Bank reference 74766516365652732928321. Now three weeks have passed from that message and the money has yet to come to the bank.
                                        My bank IOB confirms that a lot of such cases are pending with them and the money has not been forthcoming from PAYTM for the refund.
                                        In the bargain as a customer I am mentally harassed and feel bad in associating with the cashless India mission. We have gone from Happy new year to Republic day and the issue is still pending with PAYTM.
