My order number is [protected] this is a order for nightwear and nightie but yesterday I receved my order than in this box their is only nightwear but nightie is not in it . So their is I receved half order but I pay for full. Than how it can be possible .

    I suspect a fradulent activity on my paytm account on 16th Jan 2017. Have been trying to contact paytm support team and no clue so far. Rs 200 deducted from my wallet for a vendor called PeeCee Castle Software Se. I don't even know this vendor and never made any order. Details are below. I need my money back at any cost. Apart from paytm team, how can anyone else do this order.

      I booked ticket in irctc and i choose payment method paytm the amount is deducted from my paytm account and it showing no response from paytm
      but in paytm iot is showing success . but their is no refund from paytm . i put the complaint on paytm but their is no reply from paytm .

        I bought my iPhone 6s in Mar 2016 from PayTM.
        I was facing some issue with battery and the phone hanging so I went to the PCSS Service centre in Goregaon to get it fixed on 24-01-17. When I showed my phone to the service centre engineer he said that my warranty has expired and that my phone has been replaced twice before. He said that I have been caught between a fraud where the seller of the phone has given me a faulty phone. The service centre is not ready to fix my phone or even service it. I have been cheated, I bought the phone with my hard earned money.
        Paytm's seller name is Green Mobiles from Bangalore. They both need to look into this and take action.

            I had transferred money to [protected] on three occasions between 14-20 Dec-16. However, the recipient did not receive the money in his account. When I tried to check with Paytm, there was only App based drop down menu for raising complaints for which there is standard reply. I sent mail to them multiple times, but every time I had to tell my problem from the scratch.

            There is no human interface as well as no mail trail by way of which someone can make out. All they are asking for is same information again and again without linking my earlier mails.

            In the end, I still am struggling to get my money back.

            PS: I have copy of communication in pdf format which I am unable to load.

              Maine 1st transaction 4500 ka kiya apne bank account se bank of india jo ki success ho gaya just 3-4 minute baad maine 300 ka transaction kiya bank account se 300 debit ho gaye but paytm Wallet me abhi tak nahi add huye hai date 17/01/2017 se today but money add nahi hui please ya to mere bank account me add karo 300 nahi to paytm Wallet me add karo 9 days ho chuke hai maine kayi baar mail ki hai but koi bhi reply nahi diya hai aap logo ne

                I have attempted to book tickets on IRCTC in first week of this month and selected mode of transaction as paytm linked account.The amount is deducted twice from my ICICI account but no ticket is confirmed .Simply the site got disconnected after decution of amount
                Transaction numbers received are vin/irctc_paytm[protected]/0 and[protected]/0
                In each transaction 4020 rs got deducted
                Pl arrange for refund to my account

                      Dear Paytm

                      After you became paytm bank, I am unable to sign in using my Facebook account (which I was using for more than a year without any issue) and my wallet also contains around Rs 1000 which I am unable to use. I complaint to paytm and more than 3 days have passed but no response. I used to do mobile recharge but after this awesome expierence I would rather stop using paytm altogether.

                        I booked a flight ticket through paytm app on 17th of november from mumbai to kolkata. Journeydate - 27th january. My order no is [protected]. Due to some issues I requested paytm on 3rd of january to reschedule my flight. I want to reschedule on 3rd of february. That time fare difference was almost null. Only I had to pay the rescheduling charge. But its been 22 days paytm is delaying purposely to gain the fair difference. I called them several times and mailed them. Every time they told me to wait for 24hours they are consulting with airline( indigo ). They even told me I cant directly contact with airlines. The rescheduling must be done through paytm. Still they didnt sent me the payment link. Today they are telling me that I have to pay more than 5000 rs ie the fare difference plus rescheduling charge. But if they didid it on time I have to pay only 2250 rs. So why should I pay when they are delaying it purposely. Its completely their fault. Kindly take proper action and do the needful.

                                    Paytm have to send me my refund money back but it is not sended by them .
                                    My account balance is deducted but the money is not getting added to my account. They said that money is going to add at 16:00 pm but my money is deducted and my refund money i didn't get.
                                    today they call me and ask me for my card and otp they said that this is for checking but they diduct my money and didn't refund me back.
