        I have pay my MGVCL bill by the Paytm through Bank Of Baroda Bank via online on Saturday Morning..
        My bill MGVCL are not paid & from Bank Of Baroda Bank my amount 1700/-INR will be deducted & bill still not paid by MGVCL..
        My order number -[protected]. I placed order for fridge stand and I got a broken piece. I raise a return request more than a week back but no one came for pickup. I already rasie 2-3 request and call customer care but not able to talk with paytm customer representative.
        I added money in my paytm wallate [protected] but tranction was failure and money is not credited in my paytm account.. But my money is debited from my bank accounts and not refunded from last 20 days..

          My friend sunil singh registered number [protected] has transferred rs. 4900 from his paytm wallet to my paytm wallet ([protected]). The amount is already deducted from his account and successfully transferred but i did not received the money, it has been more than 1 month, i mailed them several times but still they didnot refunded money.

          I had paid Rs 3380 to CSEB elect bill., but money got debited from paytm wallet but trans.unsuccessful.I then again paid transaction was successful.

              I have a add money amount 30000rs for upgrading my paytm wallet & kyc at paytm noida through sbi credit card. Already amount debited (30000rs) on date 06/01/2017 at paytm noida, through sbi credit card but money not received in my paytm wallet till date 23/01/2017. Sir i worried for my money which is not received, already i have complained in sbi credit card department.

              After telephonic communication (15/01/2017) your paytm custmore executive & i have attached following:-

              3. Reference code
              4. Appointment book screenshot for kyc/account upgreadtion.

                    I have booked a black skmei 1016 analog-digital watch on paytm on 15th jan 2017 order no is [protected] amount to rs. 538 with shipping charges. the product/watch i got is not working so i ordered for a refund. after 5 days they approved for a refund but now they are least bothered for return pick up and returning the money back. they allotted a courier for pick but it has cancelled in his status. i just want my money back anyhow.

                          I have paid an electricity bill through paytm (ref no - [protected]) on 27/12/16 for rs. 6183. but as per company the order was failed and was supposed to be refunded in my wallet.

                          But also repetitive e mails they have replied that against amount of rs.6183/- i have done a transaction for rs.150/- and my complete money is exhausted.

                          And now they are not replying to any of my emails.

                          Pl help so that my money can be returned.

                              I have ordered and received the yuta mini sewing machine on 20 Jan 2017. The pressure foot of the machine is defective and not in line. It is tilted in right direction instead of remain straight.
                              Also the original rate as shown in the pay tm was Ra 5000 which was offered on 85% discount and was sold to me in Rs 749. Whereas the product which I have received has a price tag of Rs 1020 only. This had mislead to the faith on the quality of information posted in the paytm app. We relay on what is being shown on the offer and take decisions to buy.

                                  Paytm finally approved my return that too after raising so many complaints on their website and on consumercomplaints.in.
                                  Now, the pickup is planned by the paytm but i have been waiting for return for over 2 weeks now and even today the product's return pickup is not done. I am waiting for the refund so that i can buy other things. But paytm return process is so poor.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have been tired of complaining about the product I have already returned and I have not got my money back.
                                    My order id was [protected]. I returned it within 4-5 days, to the delivery boy send by paytm. Now these guys never provide any return slip. This time also I didn't got any return slip. But this time they haven't returned my money yet, almost a month has passed since I returned the product and past 1 month I kept on complaining.
                                    I have really long long mail chains where I have been continuously telling that no slip is provided, yet they keep on asking for slip and close the ticket.
                                    I have been contacting them regularly and each time I hear that my complain is escalated and will be solved withing 48 working hours, but those 48 hours never come. I have provided FIR copy in the mail, which clearly shows my mobile was stolen 3 weeks back, with my phone numbers mentioned on it (paytm registered mobile number). Hence I can't provide you the message details for the courier company as well or their contact number.
                                    Yet without checking the mails and giving proper solution, they are closing my complain ticket again and again. Now I have no clue what to do, as my complains are escalated, I contacted paytm, I am continuously sending emails. What else shall I do?
                                    Next I will submit an RTI request for sure, attaching all the mail chains and how these people solve there customer's problems.
                                    Now this not the matter about my money. This is the matter of self respect now. I have been so polite and replying so well but yet these guys are not referring my previous mails and directly closing my complain ticket again and again. I will keep on complaining as much as I can.
                                    Paytm customer care services really sucks.

                                        Recently i purchased a mobile skin from printvenue.com order id[protected] and for payment i selected paytm and paytm deducted my amount from bank but still my order's payment is pending.
                                        Printvenue.com still haven't confirmed my payment and the balance from my Bank account got deducted.
                                        I have also attached the mail i got from paytm and printvenue.
                                        Please try to look into this matter and solve it asap.
