Meri ek problem hai jiska abhi tk koi solution nhi nikla mera paytm account number [protected] hai . Mene paytm mein 4000 rs apne depit card se Add money kiya tha but wallet mein 0 Ballance hai. Mene bank se rply manga to unhone mujhe mail send ki hai jispr unka kehna hai ki vo transaction successful huyi hai. Ab aap check krein ki vo 4000 kahan hain .
Agr bank se paise paytm mein gye hain or mere wallet mein add...

I have paid an electricity bill through paytm (ref no - [protected]) on 27/12/16 for rs. 6183. but as per company the order was failed and was supposed to be refunded in my wallet.

But also repetitive e mails they have replied that against amount of rs.6183/- i have done a transaction for rs.150/- and my complete money is exhausted.

And now they are not replying to any of my emails.

Pl help so that...

I am purushottam jha. My paytm id is [protected]. I have paid to easyday fairprice on last saturday but receipient is denied to get money.. I have complaint twice in paytm but nothing response have come to me. Please look into my concern and make it resolved as soon as possible. I have paid rs 941 and facing this issue still. I have called up paytm but customer support is not appropriate to me....

I have ordered and received the yuta mini sewing machine on 20 Jan 2017. The pressure foot of the machine is defective and not in line. It is tilted in right direction instead of remain straight.
Also the original rate as shown in the pay tm was Ra 5000 which was offered on 85% discount and was sold to me in Rs 749. Whereas the product which I have received has a price tag of Rs 1020 only. This had mislead to the faith on the quality...

Paytm finally approved my return that too after raising so many complaints on their website and on https://www.consumercomplaints.in.
Now, the pickup is planned by the paytm but i have been waiting for return for over 2 weeks now and even today the product's return pickup is not done. I am waiting for the refund so that i can buy other things. But paytm return process is so poor.

Recently i purchased a mobile skin from printvenue.com order id[protected] and for payment i selected paytm and paytm deducted my amount from bank but still my order's payment is pending.
Printvenue.com still haven't confirmed my payment and the balance from my Bank account got deducted.
I have also attached the mail i got from paytm and printvenue.
Please try to look into this matter and solve it asap.

On 25 Th DEC 2016, I transferred RS 200 from my bank ruypay card twice, money deducted from my card but money not added to paytm wallet till now ....

I placed my order on nykaa and paid through paytm with an offer of cashback within 3 working days. Please solve the problem as soon as possible and transfer the cashback in paytm wallet as offered ag the time of payment so that we can make more transactions through paytm in future....

Actually i had transfered money for the number ([protected])... On 21/1/2017 & 22/1/2017.. Money was transfered two times...4500 and 5000 which in total is 9000... But later after checking we had requested the person to give back the money but he refused to do soo... He said that money is not transfered...
