    I transferred money from my Paytm wallet to my bank account. The transaction id is
    [protected]. But, till now i didn't get back the money in my bank account. So, do the needful as soon as possible. Transferred amount ₹500. Mobile number:[protected]. Already i try to make a complaint regarding this issue. The customer care computer voice said it takes 2days to rectify the problem. Now 6 days passed, yet i didn't get a solution. So please take an action as soon.

        I purchased a laptop from HP where PayTM was offering 10% cashback on 5th Oct. Just to be sure, I separately wrote to PayTM Customer care asking them to check the order and confirm if I am eligible for Cashback against this order or not. They confirmed on 9th Oct (email attached), that I will get cashback in 30 days against my Order ID. Basis their confirmation, I concluded the purchase and waited for the cashback. I only purchased this laptop because of the cashback promised else I could have bought it in less price from elsewhere, but since they confirmed that I will get the cash back, I didn't cancelled the order. Now even after 3 months, they are not paying the cashback & giving me different excuses. Please help me ask PayTM to honor their commitment made from their official mail ID.

            After trying to sort this with paytm from whom i hve not recvd any resolution from past 2 months. Thr service has become rather too disapointing. I have transfrd 5000 from my paytm to my sis peytm ac. Howerver its been more then a month. Nor. I hav recvd de amnt nor my sistr have.

              I have purchased a mobile phone and elegiable for cash back but I received cash back transaction which is failed. Plz help me out.
              Cashback that I'm elegiable is 1049 which should be credited at the time of shipping, but after shipping we get the transaction which is as usual for adding cashback but I didn't get the money in my paytm wallet. Please resolve it ASAP.

                I ( Sathwara Manthankumar Rajeshkumar) have savings bank account in Dr.B.R.Ambedkar NIT, jalandhar CANARA BANK branch Acc.No[protected], on 21/12/2016 the amount of Rs.8350/- was debited from my account the total amount in account was Rs. 8359/- before this transaction. the amount was transferred to "paytm mobile solution noida, india" on 21/12/2016 time 00:24:51 with transaction number 817533. I didn't receive any OTP on my mobile, the bank officer issued me debit card which was not packed (unsecure condition) so it might be possible that data like card no. and cvv can be fetched by someone within bank,

                I registered a complaint regarding this in his bank branch of CANARA BANK.
                in reply of the complaint, bank said that the transaction was done by using the card detail. but this transaction is not done by me and i did not receive any transaction message or OTP. and address of paytm mobile solutions as " first floor devika towers noida 201301".

                Here I attach the image of my bank complaint and passbook entry.

                Please help me in this matter please help me for retrieving money back to account .

                After registered complaint on this site, i got a call from paytm company(got a call form their customer complaint number). They suggest me to sent my complain regarding the transaction to [email protected] . within 2-3 days i got my transaction detail from paytm company and knew that from which account and by whom(person email id, contact no) that fraud had done. by contacting that person i got my money back.

                    I have never used paytm to recharge my phone number.however i got an sms today that is[protected]at 4:33 pm on my phone number [protected] from AM-vPaytm telling me to recharge my phone as my data plan expires today.what gave paytm the right to send me a misleading message on my number ?this is totally unacceptable .not only paytm is a bad site to transact but also now its deliberately sending misleading messages to those people who don't even use it.i hope this never repeats .

                            I had transferred Rs.10, 000 from my paytm wallet to my Bank account on 02/01/2017 and the amount is still not credited to my bank account. The transaction was successful at that time but now it is been 20 days the amount is not credited to my account. I raised ticket on paytm for my complaint also I tried to contact their customer service but everything in vain. I have lost my Rs.10, 000 because of disgusting paytm services.

                                I make online payment for electricity bill from my dena bank account on 25th december 2016 using paytm. The trasaction was failed but amount was deducted from bank account. I called many times in customer care but unable to talk to executive as there is no option. I also sent mail many times but no response and no call till now.

                                I tell you never use paytm as there is worst service.

                                      I had transferred Rs 6793/- from my paytm wallet to bank since 04th January 2017 and said amount was immediately debited from my wallet. It has been almost 3 weeks since then. Paytm's customer care number never connects me to executive. When we click on that option the call is auto disconnected. There is scripted reply to support tickets raised on that. Kindly look into this and help me out get back my money since they have not yet transferred money to my bank and are claiming it to be done.

                                        I have recharged amount of 1063 in my payTM which i use for UBER cab app, later when i installed the PayTM app it asked if i want to merge as i already have account with the same no, i said yes i already loaded it with 1063 money but later i see i have lost the amount when i created PayTM app in my mobile and balance was shown as nil. I have loaded 600rs again to check if my previous balance pops back but it dint.
