I have booked xxx movie two ticket at 8 p. m around and show time is 10:30 pm 1st time when i booked ticket and then after the end i show a message conformation pending and 2nd time i tried so i also getting same message on display

And then i m cheque my current wallet balace in the morning this amount 460 + 460 = 920 was deduct so plz reslove my issue i have send u 1st mail with the screenshot plz resolve my issue and give my balance back.

I want to join in your 5 lac rs bank but after this issue i am thinking about this

      I placed my order on nykaa and paid through paytm with an offer of cashback within 3 working days. My order no is order #[protected] and i placed it on[protected] but havent received any cashback yet. Please solve the problem as soon as possible and transfer the cashback in paytm wallet as offered ag the time of payment so that we can make more transactions through paytm in future.

        I have purchased a gas stove which was delivered to me. But price charged was above m. R. P. On taking up the matter repeatedly, i have received a call from [protected] on 09.01.2017 at 6.28 p. M informing me about solving my complaint and informed that 20000 points will be credited in my account and i can use the amount for some shopping etc. But thereafter neither amount is credited nor any response is received from them, despite reminders.

        I have received a call from above no on 09.01.2017 at 6.28 p.m in regards to overcharging i.e more than M.R.P. On lodging the complaint in this forum yesterday I received a call from [protected] at 8.07 p.m enquiring details of about my atm card no, which I refused. Today again I received a call from [protected] at 10.09 A.M. On enquiry caller stated they are from Bank of Maharashtra and wanted details of atm card. They informed such details are required to sent the amount to my account. I have given details except pin and also informed them I dont have any balance in this account. Then they told it is not active card and asked for another card. I refused to give the details. My question is why Paytm is not responding to my complaints. They are giving scope to fraudulent persons to cheat public. I have given details so that public is not cheated, in case caller are fraudsters.

            Sir i tried to put rs 5000 on my wallet on 15 December. My order id is [protected], this money neither gets credited into my paytm wallet nor did come back to my s.b.i account, i lodged complaint to paytm they said the money will be credited back within seven days i repeatedly contacted s.b.i, but even after 1 month i did not get my money back, i again complained this to paytm in return they deleted my order from history.kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible, as 5000 rs is a good amount.thank you.

              Actually i had transfered money for the number ([protected])... On 21/1/2017 & 22/1/2017.. Money was transfered two times...4500 and 5000 which in total is 9000... But later after checking we had requested the person to give back the money but he refused to do soo... He said that money is not transfered... The actuall number to which money should be transfered is ([protected])... Pls try to help us

                Ir i am jayesh palsule. On 8th january 2017 i use to add money in paytm wallet with my bank sbh ac no[protected] for 4350/-
                Paytm order [protected] this transaction is faild but money debited in my account.. After 5 days i complaint to paytm in mail... They replied me that we are refunded ur money in ur bank account and your bank has shared a refrence number (Arn or rrn no.74332747009700843132180) as a prof of successful refund with us...

                O i went to bank with this refrence number and gave a written complaint.. They check that details and said that ur paytm has not refund ur money in bank plz ask to paytm only... Till now i am not get my money.. Plz help me

                      i (dipak uddhaorao adhapure, mobile no. [protected], [protected]@yahoo.co.in) have purchased a laptop from paytm, but they send me a wrong product as missing of fingerprint sensor in laptop as per given specification on paytm site. and defective piece as white colour vertical patch comes on screen on left side of screen when it start and that patch will continue till the shutdown of laptop.
                      now, they commits me regarding return of product, but they consuming more time to pickup it. they are consumed 18 days. there is no proper communication number as no toll free number to contact directly and also absences of customers representative to receive the call. i am attaching here photos of my received laptop.
                      requesting here to solve my problem as early as possible.

                        Dear sir,
                        It appears that the present case has not been clearly understood at paytm end.

                        The online booking for 5 seats from delhi-manali was made on 5.11.2016 with shane-e-punjab travels vide order id [protected] and payment of rs.4450/- for this was made using paytm to the said company. The reservation was cancelled by the travel operator company itself on 23.12.2016 owing to the reason that the bus service was not available on that day.in this connection, a personal visit was made to the travel operator and they showed the evidence that they have not received any payments against order id [protected]. The travel operator mentioned that accounts are settled with paytm only on monday. It has been confirmed from m/s. Shane-e-punjab travels that they have not received any payment against this order id [protected]. An evidence showing non-receipt of payment is enclosed.
                        It is pertinent to mention and you may like to note that since the payment has not been received by the travel operator, the payment is only lying with paytm who has not been intentionally refunding the same on the false ground of giving the reason of travel operator policy. A reference to their mail received today, i. E. On 9.1.2017 mention that ‘we would like to inform you that under the order id [protected], the date of journey is mentioned as[protected], which is more than 15 days, since the journey travel date. As per the travel operator's policy, we do not process refunds to cases which are more than 15 days old as per the journey date.’ this has been giving wrong impression and stopping people at large to using paytm and creating fear amongst poor people by exploiting them financially.

                          I jitender choudhary booked train ticket by paytm using my mobile number [protected]. Train was cancelled by railway and IRCTC made refund of full ticket amount but paytm has not credited in my wallet since 6 jan.

                            I have sent 16000 in my bank account from paytm wallet on 21 December 2016 but haven't received yet. I have made several complaint to paytm on mail, twitter and facebook also but all time they said that we have transferred to your bank account. I also sent my bank statement to paytm that i haven't received my amount in my bank account but all time they sent copy paste reply to me.

You haven't given a helpline number either where I get connected to a customer care executive. There has not been and contact from your end.                                 Dear sir,

                                I had booked jet airways flight for 7th jan having order id [protected] from paytm.
                                On the day of travel, the flight was delayed a lot and a refund was initiated by jet airways and they asked me to contact paytm for the refund as the amount will go back to paytm from jet airways and the same will be refunded to me.
                                I contacted paytm on 8 jan 2017, and they gave me a case id # 18189106.
                                After that, even after multiple follow-ups no one bothered to reply on the case id.
                                I tried calling them, but their customer# is automated with computer voice and i am unable to speak to any executive.
                                Now i dont know how will i get the amount back.
                                I never had such bad experience with any other online travel site.
                                Please help.

                                  On 21/01/2017. I was transferring Rs. 4250 from my PayTm wallet to my Central Bank Of India, bank account. But due to some technical error transaction did not occur successfully. But the amount got debited from my paytm wallet and the status of transaction was showing pending. I contacted paytm and complained them. But they told me that from their end the transaction is successful, please contact your bank. Now when I contacted bank, they told me there is no such transaction pending from their side.
                                  I am so irritated and pissed off by all these. Even after mailing them and contacting them so many time. I do not know where my money is. It's not in the PayTm wallet neither it has been credited to my bank account. I am frustrated. Please raise this issue. The taxation id is [protected].
