      I had transferred Rs 6793/- from my paytm wallet to bank since 04th January 2017 and said amount was immediately debited from my wallet. It has been almost 3 weeks since then. Paytm's customer care number never connects me to executive. When we click on that option the call is auto disconnected. There is scripted reply to support tickets raised on that. Kindly look into this and help me out get back my money since they have not yet transferred money to my bank and are claiming it to be done.

        Hi Team,

        I have recharged amount of 1063 in my payTM which i use for UBER cab app, later when i installed the PayTM app it asked if i want to merge as i already have account with the same no, i said yes i already loaded it with 1063 money but later i see i have lost the amount when i created PayTM app in my mobile and balance was shown as nil. I have loaded 600rs again to check if my previous balance pops back but it dint.

        please assist as i need the amount back in my PayTM account.

          I opted for paytm payment mode for uber taxi yesterday at T3 terminal yesterday evening at[protected] Hrs. Taxi no. HR... 6044 was the taxi no. He indicated that he was near pole no. 5.however he was not their. My mobile battery had drained out and was switched off. Likely hood of this was intimated to driver. I awaited for the driver for 15 mins but he was nowhere near. Finally I gave up and took prepaid. But to my surprise, I find rs. 210 has already been deducted from my account. Wud rqst u for refund and guard against such occurrence.

            I have sent several reminder to paytm care against failed transaction ref No. POS PRCH POS[protected] PAYTM NOIDA on dated 15/01/2017 for credit of my paytm wallet for Rs.1500/= finally I have lodge my complaints on https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS with tickets No [protected] they reply me that above transaction is in order, still my money is not credited in my paytm wallet or not refunded in my account, even they not reply my any email still now. Its seems to paytm making fool to innocent people who trap in there fraud. I request to you kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              My name is V.B.Srilalan, 72 years of age, retired Bank Officer from a humble background. Sir yesterday[protected] i received a call from the below numbers

              introducing to me as a Bank official and informed me that as per "De-Monitization" I need to re-validate my ATM card and got my ATM card details and subsequently asked me to spell out "OTP" number

              that was received in my mobile, which i have not heard so far as i have not done any Ineternet banking. It is to my unfortunate time that that stranger has used my ATM details and have cheated me

              by doing a transaction of 50, 000 INR for various payment and one he has used it to load his PayTM account. Find below the transaction details (extracted from my bank statement)

              Sir, I have borrowed this money from my relative to perform the monthly obsequies/rituals of my Late Mother who passed away on[protected]. I have been a victim of Cyber Crime. I am not sure whether

              i will get my money back, but i humbly request you to kindly block the transactions if you can so that the cheater does not mis use the amount.

                I tried to contact paytm helpline so many times but they dont reply.

                      I am regular customer of your paytm. So, I want to tell you that I was try to pay electricity bill through paytm couple of days before. There was my money is deducted but bill isn't paid and seen it transaction is successful. When I checked on provider site there is no mark bill has been paid...So please refund my money rs1680 as soon as possible...Or I want to talk to executive officer of paytm.

I want to tell you that, couple of days before I was paying a electricity bill through paytm site but after that my money got deducted and bill isn't paid. Paytm said that your bill is paid but it isn't been paid. I checked my bill status on mahadiscom site there was no sign of bill has been paid. So I request you to refund my money as soon as possible.                         On Jan 8th, Rs 1076 paid to nearbuy against order no 5075111 which is not initiated by me.

                        Despite of complaining so many times to PAYTM, no action has been taken

                        Request you to please look into it and refund this unauthorised transactions.

                        Further to that, some one having number tel:[protected]. Used my PAYTM vallet unauthorised, made payment to nearbuy Rs 1076 to buy KFC vouchers on Jan 8th against order number 5075111. This is the clear case of security lapse from your side.
                        Please look into it on priority basis, take the appropriate action and refund my money.

                          Money transferred to my account on 30th December 2016 from my friends paytm wallet, its been 22 days but still not received the money. Tried to complaint many times but no one seems interested to solve customer complaint.

                          For your kind info i am not begging you guys its my right to ask for the credit, request you to please stop Digital Robbery and Digital Begging.

                          Solve the issue immediately otherwise i may committee suicide as i dont have money to eat food.

                            Respected Sir / Madam,

                            I had transferred Rs 2000/- from Central Bank Of India Br Kothrud, Pune to Patym Wallet on[protected] at 17.25 PM and accordingly
                            I had received your message being Transaction ID [protected].

                            At 18:51 PM on[protected] I had reversed Rs 2000/- from Paytm to My above mentioned bank. I had received message being Order
                            No - [protected] and Transaction ID [protected] for Rs 2000/- dated[protected].

                            Till date the amount of Rs 2000/- is not being credited my bank account. Several times I had inquired in bank and bank officials
                            have told me that the transaction may have reversed.

                            Please check at your end and send the money to my bank account immediately. Otherwise there is no option left with me except filing complaint against you in consumer forum.

                            Kindly look into the matter on top priority basis.

                              Approx. Rs. 14000 balance from my paytm wallet was gone when I logged into the account on 19th January, 2017. I tried logging in again but to no avail. I had registered complaints twice on paytm customer care number on 19th and 20th of January but the company has not yet contacted me till now.

                              With the usage of Paytm increasing day by day, this is such a bad example of service on part of the company. I just hope my complaint gets serviced ASAP.

                                I have sent three time same complaint, but not getting any sufficient
                                reply from team.

                                As per i have attached my paytm passbook screen shot, I have add 1000
                                rs (Transaction Id: [protected])in my paytm wallet on[protected]:25
                                AM. And i also got an SMS for the same and mentioning my updated
                                balance as 1092.33.
                                After that till now i did three transaction for paying money to uber.
                                1. Transaction ID:[protected], [protected], [protected]
                                2. Amount: Rs.39.30, 49.94, 95.49
                                3. Date of transaction:19/01/2017, 19/01/2017, 20/01/2017

                                So my total transaction was done is: 39.30+49.94+95.49= 184.73 Rs.

                                So as per the transaction and my paytm passbook balance should be
                                1092.33-184.73 = 907.60
                                But its showing only 207.60 Rs.

                                So please clarify why 700 Rs (907.60-207.60) deducted from my wallet.
                                And this 700 rs was deducted in two times in form of 350 + 350.

                                Please do some needful because i am not able to contact to paytm over
                                call.

The amount debited to my BOB bank account but not credited to my Paytm wallet. I have sent many emails to but nothing done.                                     I payed 343.54 rupees for my Facebook paytm wallet the date of 20-Jan-2017, i didn't get what i pay for and didn't get my refund. My order ID 0FB[protected] . I didn't get my refund also please help me. I didn't didn't get any confirmation from paytm i send mail to paytm customer care but no reply from their side i got confirmed a successful payment of 343.54 on paytm and also if it didn't success we will refund your money in case the is cancelled.

                                      My recharge on contact no. [protected] tata docomo failed but amount was deducted from my accont on dated 14/01/2017. Then i finally recharged with another card. As the terms of paytm they should return my cash back within maximum of 10 days but they didnt.I made a complaint on paytm but they didnt respond to it. This may be problem of many people plz solve this...

                                        Here to inform you to that i transferred Money from the Bank to Paytm Wallet and do Second Process in Which i transferred money from wallet to another bank account.

                                        But the Problem is that transaction was completed but it show in bank statement money is reversed from bank account to Paytm wallet . but reversed amount is not show in wallet also deducted from bank account.

                                        Amount which is deducted is 5000/-

                                        please guide me and give appropriate solution so, i can get back my money
